Waterfall Country

Nice walk, and or day out. It's doable for all abilities, would recommend water and maybe a snack though because it is about 4/5miles and lots of steep hills and stairs. We paced it so was just under 2hrs but you can go at your own pace. There aren't any shortcuts, so would recommend doing the last waterfall (the one you can walk behind) first, then if you want to and feel up for it, do the other 2 afterwards. Parking is either free or £5 if the free parking spots are full

Nice little place to stop. This is a lovely walk to the Waterfall. For first 25 - 30 minutes it's just one track which is nice, with different streams running down the hill both sides. After there is a bridge which you can go across for other routes or carry on the same one. The waterfall is worth seeing it was flowing so well. Recommend a walk here

This was honestly one of the most stunning places I've visited. I entered from the end by The Angel Inn and it took me about 40 minutes to reach the waterfall shown in the video and I am by no means a hiker! As this sort of trail was a newer experience for me, there were some parts I found a little scary, but much more to do with my own fear of heights than a lack of safety. There are, however, definitely some areas where the path is pretty narrow and there is a bit of a drop, just on the way to that first one. There was an option to carry on to see what I'm sure are just as (if not even more) stunning falls, but again... not a hiker and I only had my bag with me and trainers, not any hiking gear. That said, if I can make the first one despite those limitations, definitely a walk others can make to and an absolutely beautiful location, well worth it!

Family of 5 (2 adults 3 children 10, 7 and 1yr old in back carrier) we did the Elidir trail and loved it so much! We love a good explore in nature and love waterfalls, ❤️.

Amazing walk and views. Hard work getting up and some very steep inclines but route is well marked and path all the way. Falls are amazing to see and well worth it. Coming down takes a lot less time than going up.

The trail was absolutely delightful to walk along! It's quite accessible, making it easy for everyone to enjoy. There were a few spots that were a bit slippery and muddy, so it's a great idea to wear the right gear. As you stroll beside the sparkling stream, you'll be greeted with breathtaking views that are simply stunning. And reaching the waterfall? It was a breeze! The whole experience filled me with joy and wonder!

Absolutely lovely walk to do, breathtaking waterfalls to see from start to finish. Will definitely be going again. My daughter is 8, and she loved the walk. There are toilets just before you started your walk, lovely like cafe and pub to get some food after. Parking is on the side of the road, I would get there early just to try and park.

This is a wonderful waterfall walk with lots of pools if you want to take a cool dip. It's very popular in the summer, but if you get there early, about 9am ish, you'll have the place almost to yourself for a while.
