We stayed one night at the Waterfront before a cruise. The owner met our flight and took us to the boat the next day. All rooms are on the first floor. Our room was clean, quiet, comfortable, small. There was a double bed, no chair, no dresser (wire structure for hanging clothes and storing items), no desk (too small for those), no TV, no phone, no fridge. There is a modest sized "living room" for guests with a couch, chairs, TV. The property is right on the water and has a very nice open patio overlooking the water. The ferry dock (for the "Blue Canoe") is immediately in front of this property; if you came on that, you could walk to the B&B. Breakfast was good. There are few places serving supper in Petersburg; there is Chinese/American restaurant almost across from the road, said to be "mediocre". There are a number of choices for lunch "downtown", which is about 4 blocks long, a 0.75 walk on a sidewalk, and perhaps two there open in the evening. The B&B rents bikes, and a map shows a substantial network of bike paths on the island.
