A really cool place, lots of fresh fish and seafood, you can clean your fish on site. I've seen over 100 types of seafood. I've been going to this market for over 25 years, and now it's a great place; you can really buy wild fish here. There's also a fruit and vegetable market next to this market, as well as a market where you can buy meat. Convenient parking.

One of the biggest food markets in Dubai — you’ll find everything here, from fresh vegetables and fruits to fish, meat, and all kinds of spices. It’s a great place for bulk shopping or just exploring local flavors. You can get down at Abu Hail or Gold Souk Metro Station, then take a taxi to the market (it costs around AED 15). Very convenient and worth a visit!

As one of the biggest food markets in UAE, Waterfront is a must visit even if it's for the sheer novelty of the experience. From the fish market, to the vegetable market, to the dry fruits market... The variety of items available to buy is quite staggering, at very reasonable prices. And the quality is better than most chain supermarkets. Beware though, many shops are cash only.. Especially the fish market, where its 100% cash. We purchased some fish, dry fruits... Quality of the dry fruits was really excellent.

However, I do feel the prices are on the higher side. You almost always need to bargain and even then, it can still end up being more expensive than a normal supermarket, which is not ideal.That said, if freshness and cleanliness are your top priorities, it’s worth a visit just be ready to negotiate.

However, the fruits and vegetables are quite pricey, even after bargaining. You might get a small discount, but the prices are still higher than elsewhere.
