We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel very welcome throughout our 2 night stay. Even though there were plenty of dinner options around the lakeside, we found ourselves coming back to the hotel for dinner, it was just that good. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of healthy options available. As a vegetarian, that was truly the cherry on top. A special shout out to the amazing host Saurav, who was very attentive, and to the lovely ladies in the breakfast restaurant Sabina, Sanam, and Alishwa for their warm and friendly service. Highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at Waterfront Resort, Pokhara. From the moment I arrived, I received a very warm welcome and genuine greetings, which made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest.|I would especially like to appreciate the kitchen staff – Binita, Sansakr, and Sante. They were extremely kind, professional, and attentive. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and served with care, which truly enhanced my overall experience.|Not just the kitchen team, but all the staff were welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality reflects the true spirit of Pokhara.|I highly recommend Waterfront Resort to anyone visiting Pokhara for a peaceful stay, excellent service, and warm hospitality. The location is fine, overlooking lake, but a little walking distance from lakeside walkway (500m). The rooms are clean but the amenities are between 3 and 4 star, though it's confortable. The food and bf menu is great. They have live music and bbq on Fri night which looks awesome. The service is very good, prompt and friendly. Overall, a very good place to stay with family.

The staff are polite, friendly, and always ready to help special thanks to BINITA baini which makes the stay comfortable and welcoming. The food served at the restaurant is tasty, with good options for both Nepali and international dishes.||The resort has a relaxing atmosphere, well-kept gardens, and easy access to lakeside walking areas and boating points. It is suitable for families, couples, and business travelers who want a peaceful stay away from crowded areas but still close to main attractions.||Overall, Waterfront Resort is an excellent choice in Pokhara for a relaxing and memorable stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pokhara.

Stayed here in winter. The swimming pool was non-functional, which is fine, but it was dirty, damp, and smelled bad. The small field/lawn at the front was also poorly maintained and very smelly. The hotel is right beside Phewa Lake, but there is no view of the Mt. Annapurna range from anywhere, despite what the photos may imply. Breakfast was just okay. Some staff were polite, but others were in a rush to clear plates—even before we finished eating. The hotel’s cab service is absurdly overpriced. A 2 km ride to Phewa Lake costs 800 NPR, while local taxis charge about 200 NPR. Avoid booking cabs through the hotel. Booked via Agoda where a balcony was mentioned, but the room provided had none (likely an Agoda issue, but still misleading). Overall, the property is poorly maintained and does not match the pictures shown on booking apps. At this price, there are much better hotels available near Phewa Lake.

The Hotel is located at a very good place near the Lake with ample parking and spacious compound making you want to stay there the whole day.|The staff especially the Front Desk Managers were very helpful to our every genuine requests. We face a lot of challenges as the trip was unplanned however the Managers were kind enough to accommodate our requests. ||Mr. Yusuph and his team helped us, also Mr Subin helped us patiently. ||The food and morning buffet was an absolute delight especially the fluffy pancakes. ||One must come for the view and stay for their hospitality. ||Thank You Waterfront Team for your support and cooperation.

Waterfront Resort is the perfect place to relax after a long trek. We stayed here with our little child and my elderly father, and it was absolutely wonderful for all of us. The atmosphere is peaceful and full of care surrounded by nature, with a beautiful pool and stunning mountain views. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything. The rooms are clean, bright, and comfortable - a real sanctuary to rest, recharge, and enjoy quiet family time. A perfect place to restore your energy after days in the mountains.
