Amazing place to stay. Me and my wife and a great time here. Because of the climate, I fell a little bit ill and they went out of the way to help us out and make us feel warm and comfortable in every way possible. ||The people are very courteous, respectful, sweet and helpful. The restaurant staff were also really helpful, especially Binita, Sabina, dikshya and chij. They made us feel very welcoming and safe which gave a very homely feeling. Thank you team for this experience!

Greats: Food (Try the Biryani), Hospitality ||Goods: Room, Farm Views (Also, a little bit of the lake), Cleanliness, Service Time (Quick response to requests)||Could be better: Massage Service. Won't recommend in the current state as the environment and setup is not that good.||Others: It is a bit far from the market so you'll have to walk ~1.5 KMs up and down. Also, its hard to find taxis for 4+ people||Great hospitality from the staff, namely Binita, Dikshya & Saroj. Sorry I couldn't get names of the rest of the folks but everyone has a very welcoming nature and always happy to help.

The view, foods, behavior of stuffs are excellent. Dinning is very neat and clean. Foods is very enjoyable. We feel homely here. Hotel infront of lake are very nice to stay. Security policy is best than others. We are very happy to stay there one nights.

Had such a great an experience here. And it was made all the better by staff. We had the same server two nights in a row, Jiban, and he was just fantastic. So if you are lucky enough to visit this location, do yourself a favor and dine at the restaurant. Great food. Great service and just all around kind people.

Such a beautiful property on the bank of Phewa river. The view from our 2nd floor balcony room was awesome. Early morning sunrise view from my room’s was just breathtaking. Beautiful ambience, beautiful location, beautiful rooms and great hospitality team. Food also is super tasty and the restaurant team was also very soft spoken and kind. I am really impressed with everything. My stay was just two nights i wish i could stay more there. But no worries will 100% come back again. Just loved the property❤️

We had booked lake view room, was given a room that wasn’t lake view. Then they made excuses like it was partial lake view, then said booking number is different, finally they said they would change the room but they can’t because we used the room.A/C remote was broken on first day, but they fixed it immediately.There was no hot water on the last day in the morning, came back much later but it was too late for taking any shower before checkout. Room service food was horrible, burnt paneer and biriyani full of bones and fat. We could only eat part of it.The only good thing I would say is that the staff is well behaved and the breakfast was really good.But this is not the experience I was expecting from a 4* hotel. And it wasn’t even the busy tourist season. I would recommend to avoid this place.

Gave us a different room than we paid for, didn’t notice the view until the morning since it was dark outside, then proceeded to tell us won’t change the room since it’s used. Partially our fault for not noticing sooner. Also made the mistake of getting room service, which they served really oily biryani full of bones. Horrible taste. Wouldn’t recommend, probably nearby 3 star accommodations are better.
