Good ambiance, great food and amazing service!. |The pools right by the lake and has great lake views. |The staff is really friendly and amicable. The servers Salina did a great job with attention to detail and making sure that we were taken care of! We will definitely be back here.

All the staffs were great. Manager Mr Yusuph, took personal care and was rallying helpful and made sure that our stay was comfortable. Other staffs at breakfast, Binita, Salina and Sante, and bar were really good and helpful. Rooms were clean and roomy too. Swimming pool was good too.

This was my third stay here at Waterfront Resort by KGH and this time I was here with my family. We loved their service (superior as always) and the amenities. Our daughter's become a fan of their huge lush green gardens and the play area. All of us had a good time. The Indian Tandoori dinner is a must mention, kuddos to the chef.

The hotel was excellent. The service was outstanding both at the reception and in the restaurant. Everyone was kind and took care of everything we asked for, even when it wasn’t part of their job, like grinding coffee beans we had bought. We received amazing attention with everything we wanted.|Highly recommended to visit — we hope to come back here in the future.

We had a wonderful experience! Food was delicious and service was great. Our server Binita was sweet and attentive. We will definetly plan another trip back.

One of the best properties to stay in Pokhara. If you want to stay here do keep a day to enjoy the hotel itself. The service is top notch. The staff is so accommodating in all the KGH properties. They went above and beyond to accompany me and my partner. The breakfast buffet has really great items and live counter too but the bakery section “WOW” , idk if it’s house made or outsourced but they are doing everything right with that section.
