"This surf-style restaurant elevates local food-truck fare at the new Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina. Expect ahi poke, wild-boar hot dogs, and the coolest French fry innovation out there: A heaping platter of slender spuds topped with Parmesan, cherry tomatoes, and wilted arugula for that "It's healthy, really" feeling! Wash it all down with kombucha on draft—with flavors like pineapple ginger or liliko'i (passion fruit)—and cocktails such as the Castaway, featuring melon vodka, coconut water, and lime juice. Come prepared to lounge outside, as the Waterman wraps around the family pool and also serves its exclusive beach. Food is served 11 a.m. to 6 p.m."

Great outdoor pool bar. Small and intimate. Bartenders were very attentive. There is a lunch and dinner menu offering depending on the time of day. We just to happen to have been there at dinner time. The menu is small but impactful! Lots of yummy choices! We opted for the nachos and short rib Bao buns! BOTH DELICIOUS!!! This is the place to go in the evenings after dinner to have a couple cocktails and take in the surrounding scenery. Just so beautiful and relaxing! If you’re feeling like something sweet. Ask for the ice cream sandwich from the kids menu!!! YUM!!

Google
Great pool side bar that serves some good food. A bit high on the price side, but the atmosphere is just right. No happy hour, but you are right by a pool and the ocean is yards away!

Service was great, food was a big let down. When I pay $21 for 3 tacos with avocado, I expect real avocado when it says avocado on the menu. This was a sorry excuse for a $7 taco, actually a $9 because we got half an avocado on the side for $6 more. Ridiculously overpriced for the quality of food produced and false marketing. +1 star for service. Another +1 star was for the steak and garden salad, which was quite spectacular. -1 star for the sad tacos. -1 star for the "watermelon salad" that had the texture of day old soggy watermelon and -1 for the value. I don't mind paying $100 or even $200 for lunch. The quality of the food needs to reflect the price. The Aulani Pool bar next door is half the price and has a much higher quality output

The Waterman Bar And Grill offers the best gluten-free and vegetarian burger. If I had to eat gluten-free and vegetarian burgers for the rest of my life, this would be it. Don’t miss it. The grill offers lunch from 11:00-6:00 PM overlooking the pool and lagoon. The grill offers a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a full day of just doing nothing.

Absolutely love a lobster roll and a drink from a pineapple with alcohol! Doesn't get any better than that! 2 hours free valet parking. Great scenic views . By the pool outdoors but also an inside bar. Staff is super nice ♡ We have stayed here several times and we end and start the vacation by eating a lobster roll! Kona sweet lobster♡

Google
New Manolos Lounge — Exceptional wait staff, truly attentive and great option if you‘ve eaten at Minas and Noe‘s already. It’s definitely a place to try out, with chill ambiance and flavourful food. A veritable exotic dining option holding its own space at the 4 Seasons! We‘ll be back.

Very nice open relaxing setting with friendly staff and mostly good food. Accidentally received a chicken sandwich instead of a burger, not a huge deal except the chicken sandwich the worst I’ve ever had. Build a great chicken sandwich and they will come!

We had pre-dinner cocktails at the bar and it was lovely. The service was fantastic and the drinks were delicious (we had the mai Tai and the mango margarita).

Yelp
Chad the bartender is like the anchor keeping my boat in the harbor here. Enjoy your stay, no need to go away. I feel like I've made a professional friend. Of course this is the product of unrivaled experience. Arrive, valet your car, take a short walk, enjoy the great food. Finish your stop with a hand crafted cocktail, made with passion for the art. Please drive safe. We're all part of the community. Thank you Chad! You're one of a kind Pic is of a mint julep. It's just the way I like it, not really traditional but it's sooo good! Try the French 75!

Yelp
Terrible food, overpriced and super processed. Im surprised for a four seasons hotel.

Yelp
Perfect way to grab a drink or "few" and some good eats while spending time by the pool. The menu was a little limited but had something for everyone. Being a vegetarian, I ordered the Buddha Bowl. My bf ordered the Mahi Mahi tacos and a few spirits. Our food arrived in plastic covered trays and was nicely plated with vibrant colors. Both were delicious and lite... perfect for the pool. The swim up Mai Tai bar (van) was adorable and fun. Service was great. Everyone was incredibly personable, outgoing, friendly, attentive and helpful. Pricing was standard for a poolside bar. If you're spending the day by the pool, this is the way to go.

Yelp
Really great poolside bar at the Four Seasons in Ko'Lina. I got the fish tacos and pulled pork tacos, as well as a mixed drink. It's pretty pricey but the view, service and portion makes up for it. The vibe is really casual and the service was great. They are taking measures to ensure your food is safe and has as minimal contact as possible while dealing with the pandemic. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a quick bite and some good music.

Yelp
Good, a little better than average poolside food but very pricey for what you get. It's nice to leisurely experience a meal by the pool especially at a Four Season's property, but again...I didn't think the price was really worth it especially for the alcoholic beverages. They were on average $20 per and there wasn't much in the glass. My friend and I had the Ahi Tuna sandwich with sweet potato fries and the lobster roll with truffle fries. We shared so we could have half of both. Both were tasty and I loved the truffle fries. I usually get this when I see it on a menu whether it's a pupu or choice of a side. It also came with an aioli dipping sauce that I believe also had truffle oil in it...really good! I wish I could make or buy that aioli sauce. In any case...the food was a little above average. Service was a little below average. We couldn't figure out where to go to get seated as there was no host/hostess. Finally when we figured it out and waited by the easily-overlooked podium, it took forever to be acknowledged and seated..

Yelp
After we checked in, I took the kids to the pool. The super friendly staff set up 2 chairs right away and also brought me menus and waters. The kids menu is what really impressed me. For $8, your child can get an entrée, side dish, and dessert! My daughter ordered the chicken strips with teriyaki sauce and loved it. My son had the all beef hot dog with French fries and I can attest that it was very good. Both chose the mac and cheese and it was a very generous serving in its own bowl. They also use veggie puree instead of cream and the staff member was right that the kids wouldn't be able to tell the difference! I was also very surprised that they brought me a birthday dessert platter. It was such a thoughtful gesture and I really appreciated it!

Yelp
Chad was awesome and so were the drinks! Love that it is outdoor with beautiful views and there are a decent amount of seats. Although we weren't staying at the resort, being at this bar allows you to feel like you are on vacation mode. Definitely a great stop if you are on vacation or stay-cation. The food served around us looked really good, although we didn't try anything.

Yelp
The lobster roll was pretty good. Our drinks were delicious and the customer service was forsure 5/5, very enjoyable and the bartenders were amazing.

Yelp
Poolside bar at the Four Seasons. Food was just ok but the ambiance is superb. I had the fish sandwich which was a nice piece of fish on a bun with a small amount of coleslaw and spread. It was served with sweet potato fries that were oily and very crispy. The bun was pretty dry and didn't taste very fresh. The fish was nice but it needed more on the sandwich like more coleslaw or lettuce, tomato, avocado, etc. It was just very plain and bland. The setting is very nice, we sat at nice big couches with a table next to the pool overlooking the beautiful ocean lagoon. There is a nice waterfall next to the bar area which was really pretty. The setting was great and the service was really good. People were nice and helpful.

Yelp
I ate here for the first time for a company luncheon. This was our only option at the hotel since the Fish House was closed. My eyes were struck by the Lobster Roll instantly and our waiter mentioned it was a popular menu item. Majority of our table ordered it. You have the option of getting it with fries, sweet potato fries, Maui onion chips, onion rings, or truffle fries (extra charge $6 for truffle). I decided on the onion rings. The price was $31, but I wouldn't have expected any less since we were at the Four Seasons. It came out presentable. It was REAL lobster (not imitation, thank goodness). The taste was also perfect. I've been to places were they load the mayo on and take away the real taste of the lobster, but they didn't here. The onion rings were a perfect crisp! My other coworkers had the sweet potato fries and truffle fries and they were also very delicious. The only reason they're getting a 4-star instead of 5 is because two appetizers were brought to our table. We all were thinking that it was a starter (like free bread being brought). We asked another waitress to bring us small plates. Before she came back, our waiter came out, took the appetizers off of our table, went around the corner, and brought it to the table next to us. I was in shock. What if we ate from it!? You're going to give those same plates to the other table!? Unacceptable. I understood that it was a mistake, but something simple as that should not be happening at a hotel like this. Other than that, I was impressed with everything else.

Yelp
This review is strictly based on trying their Hawaiian Style Mai Tai. The price was $21.99 for this mai tai. The hotel itself is beautiful and for some reason thought that I would find something magical in this overpriced mai tai but did not. I understand that you're paying to enjoy a drink with fantastic views. I was expected a craft cocktail for the price but ended up with an average cocktail in a plastic cup. (understandable since its a pool side bar) I tried Olelo in Aulani a few weeks ago and their drinks are more affordable and better tasting. Will try a cocktail at NOE next time.

Yelp
Waterman Poolside Bar is there Four Season's lunchtime restaurant and bar. It's fairly small - because I suppose everyone is eating on their "chaise longues" poolside - but we never had trouble getting a bar seat, table or low top. Service is excellent and friendly and food is well above average - a mixture of sandwiches, salads and a few entrees - but prices are above average too but not exorbitantly so - this is the Four Seasons you know? ;-0 If you're staying at the hotel, kids under 4-years of age eat free so there's that too. Wish they had some daily or seasonal specials - by the end of our stay, we had cycled through a couple menu items a few times.

Yelp
We were fotunate enough to be here on opening day in May 2016. We met Chuck that day and have been lucky to see him regularly ever since. This is becoming a ritual stop during some of our lagoon walks as they are welcoming to kama'aina just as much as they are to hotel guests. It is a pleasure to chill out at the scenic bar and enjoy a glass of wine, cocktail and some small bites. Their beverage prices are what you would expect for a high-end hotel, so it is not the best value. We are paying for the convenience of being able to come barefoot to a bar in our swim attire and enjoy the friendly company of their staff and the amazing backdrop of the tropical surroundings. We have enjoyed the Chalk Hill Chardonnay, the mai-tai (with an extra shot of dark rum), the beet burger (vegetarian), onion rings, summer rolls and spicy edamame. Chuck is awesome and so is Daniel and Heidi. We look forward to meeting more great staff on future visits.

Yelp
Very nice vibes and friendly, quick staff to take care of you at the Waterman bar. It's a relaxing place with great food. I had just started off on a 'vegetarian' experiment and ordered the vegetarian burger option. It was surprisingly tasty and filling and I would definitely order it again - especially with the huge onion rings that came along with it. It's set at the middle pool of the Four Seasons and so it a perfect spot to enjoy the sun, the wind and watch the lagoon from atop the patio deck level.

Yelp
This is the pool bar at the FS Oahu. They have a great location you can see both the pool and the lagoon. The drinks are delicious and the service is fantastic! I loved the strawberry pina coloda with the Kohana dark rum!

Yelp
I believe this is where I had drinks at the Four seasons last night but not any signage that I saw. It had a lively crowd at 9:30 on a Thursday night. Definitely the most upbeat place on property to be at. Great drinks and great staff. I don't remember what this drink was but it was a drink for 2 and was delicious

Yelp
What can one expect from a poolside bar. Four Seasons had to raise the bar with an eclectic menu and healthy selections. Im not sure my buddah bowl was worth the money but it was super tasty. I would suggest sharing a few items and get a taste of the menu. Service was excellent and it was a great lunch with special friends after splashing in the lagoons. Give it a try.

Yelp
I've always loved the atmosphere in the Four Seasons. This restaurant has good service and good food. I especially love the fireplace seats. I'd say it's the best spot to have a sunset dinner in the west side. It's a little pricy but the portion of the food is pretty decent. If you want a comfortable couch table on the weekend, make sure to have a reservation.

Yelp
The three of us went a little after 11. I didn't have to ask for a refill on my water, servers always beat me to it. I had the lobster roll and it was huuuge. I had to eat it with a fork and knife. I almost ate it all. Kid had the hot dog, which was huge too. Chicken Schwarma was okay. It was nice to get away from Aulani (great place btw). All in all, the food was good, atmosphere even better, and service on point.

Grace L.

Yelp
Expensive drinks and they were not great. I would def just order a wine and enjoy the ambiance.

Yelp
Service is very slow. It took us a long time to get seated. It took us a long time to order. Then, when we order drinks we never got refills. Food is very expensive. The kids menu is $16 for each item. I got the tuna bowl which was $27 and totally not worth it. It did taste good but the price is high even for this area. The tuna sandwich on an open faced bread was very small but tasty. The onion ringsAre OK I give them a three out of five stars but they are nothing special compared to smaller restaurants and diners. I don't know why people say they're so good. The french fries were average. For four people, including tip this cost me $160 and that's a lot of money for food that wasn't very filling. Better to walk across the street to the market and get yummy food at a reasonable price.

Yelp
My GF and I had a fundraiser at the new Four Seasons at Ko Olina and treated ourselves to a one-night stay. We wanted to have lunch before departing the resort, so we dropped in at Waterman Poolside Bar. It's a nice relaxing, casual setting, set right next to the first pool at the resort. I was told by a friend that the hot dogs here are to die for, so we ordered both of them. We were very disappointed. My GF ordered the Teriyaki Dog, an all-beef dog with teriyaki sauce and furikake. However, the dish was so incredibly salty it was nearly inedible. I hope they will work on improving this dish as it comes with an $18 price tag. I tried a Wild Boar Dog, also for $18, This dog was actually a sausage dog with pickled Moana Farms daikon and carrots, coriander and chili aioli. It was underwhelming. Good, but not great and not worth the price. The onion rings and beer were the best part of our lunch. In all fairness, a few menu items that came past us looked amazing, but I simply cannot recommend the gourmet hot dogs at this bar.

Yelp
Cute poolside beach vibe bar at the Four Seasons Resort. Perfect for if you just need to grab some cocktails and decent food after a long day relaxing at the lagoon and/or lazing about the resort. The service was friendly and attentive, not too much in your face. Seating was clean and comfortable. Going during the afternoon you'll have gentle live music playing by the infinity pool in front of the bar...or behind you...depending how you sit at the bar. They do service the patrons seated at the cabanas around the pool area if that is preferable. All in all I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere the best.

Yelp
Walked over from the Marriott (it's a very pleasant walk along the lagoons) and checked out this place for lunch. It's part of the Four Seasons and as such it's very nice. It is, of course, a pool bar/restaurant, so we weren't expecting some crazy inside space. We choose to sit out at a bar ledge that over looked the water and beach areas straight ahead, and the pool to our left. Very nice. The menu is quite good and varied. My wife had fish tacos and was quite pleased with them. I had a burger and it was really outstanding, as were the fries. Service was first rate as well. Of course, it's a bit on the pricey side, but we didn't expect McDonald's prices at the Four Seasons. I recommend it.

Yelp
This bar is inside the 4 Seasons Resort and everything here is amazing including the service. We ordered poolside, and had the garlic shrimp nachos ($13 nachos + $9 for garlic shrimp) which is a little pricey but it was amazing and we shared it amongst the three of us as a light snack. There was just the right amount of chipotle salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and cheese, and it was presented to us in a covered food tray box so it was easy to eat without making a big mess. They came by with water even when without us asking, and even provided a pitcher of water. Other items on the menu include - caesar salad, fish salad, fish burger, grilled beef burger, sesame turkey burger, lobster roll, teriyaki dog, quesadilla, street tacos, all at least $17-28.

Yelp
Stopped by for the beginning of the Saints/Eagles game yesterday to grab a drink and food. Drinks live up to the Four Seasons name at this place as they are real tasty and smooth. Great local Hawaiian brews on tap to choose from too. Just for an app we shared some poke and was very impressed. It was a large snack being split in 2 and would probably be a full meal for someone alone. Would recommend this place if you are in the Ko 'Olina area. Be aware that this is a Four Seasons bar so prices are a little steep but the exceptional service and quality of food and drinks is worth it here. You definitely get what you pay for.

Yelp
My family and I came to this resort to check out this beautiful property and take some family photos. A year ago, I took my other half to La Hiki restaurant for his birthday and had an amazing experience. Being that valet costs $15 for an hour or if it's past the hour it'd be $45, we decided to have lunch at Waterman Poolside Bar so we could get a free valet validation. But, of course, we'd have to spend over $50 to get the free valet. I'm here wishing we just spent $15 for that one hour while we were there. I gave the poolside bar a three star because the service kinda sucked, actually.. it did suck but the food was great. But let's get a little into the experience... Once we got to the poolside; it didn't seem busy. So we took a seat at one of the tables. We waited for 20min for a server and, once I got a hold of a server, he told me that he'd get a server right to me soon. I figured that server would just assist us right there at the time and just tell our actual server our orders or something (mind you, we were on a tight schedule--but we really wanted to get something in our system before we left as well). Once our server came to our table, she then apologized for the wait. Our server didn't really check up on us or give us any status on our food order because, man, it took a while! I'm trying to understand why it would take so long for Onion rings and Poke wraps to come to our table, as well as a salad plate... but maybe they were short handed (idk)... management didn't really seem like they were helping out the servers other than just looking at the poolside bar business. Out of the three management team that I saw, I saw one manager helping out the tables. Once our food came out, it came in this plastic lunch box which was pretty cool. I wish I took a photo of it because it sounds low class, but trust me, they were pretty cool. The food runners were nice.... Overall, I wish my experience was better than I thought it could've been. I'm a blogger and definitely love that property. And because my other half and I LOVED LA HIKI RESTAURANT, I figured the service at the poolside was just as great as well, but I was kind of wrong. I'd recommend eating there, but I just wish the service could improve whether they're short handed or not.

Yelp
Came here for a late lunch and so glad we did: the service was friendly, the food was great, and the view is unbeatable. You won't be disappointed!

Yelp
Great food and drinks, and the location (and view) are perfect. Excellent service, too. Some of the best onion rings I ever had. This is basically an upscale snack bar. Of course it's expensive - it's a Four Seasons.
