I would give this place half a star based completely on the location. Been numerous times and it's consistently horrible. Food is over priced, 11 dollars for a handful of spinach with a strawberry. The service is beyond bad. The servers are not rude but that's only because they are non existent. You will wait if you go here. You will wait to place your order, your drinks, your food, your condiments and your bill. A pitcher of beer and nachos cant be completed in less than two hours. Hoping they go out of business so a decent business can take over but I assume there are enough tourists to keep it afloat.

There are so few choices at Queens Quay Terminal now that I took a chance on this, despite some so so reviews. I found out they deserve every 1 and 2 star review they received. After waiting 20 mins to be acknowledged after being seated, we placed our drink orders, only to be served drinks we didn't order. After telling the server she said the bar was out of one of the ingredients so they gave us something else that was similar. We sent it back and ordered wine only to be told that they were out of the wine we ordered. We changed our drink order again and ordered our food. The food was missing the sides we ordered. The buns were stale and the meat barely warm. The fries were good though, but would have been better had they brought the dip we ordered.

It was a busy Saturday on the Toronto Waterfront. This pub was busy on the patios and we decided to take the kids inside. They didn't have anything immediately available and the hostess said she'd be back in 20 minutes after she reviewed the table situation. We waited. We spoke to the manager who said that the place seats 300 but if the piled everyone in the food and service quality would go down. We eventually got seated, ordered, and got our food. One app was undercooked so we sent it back. Overall the food was bland and nothing worth the money paid. The pulled pork sandwich was flavourless and way too big. Nobody enjoyed their food. No refills of water or drinks offered. No real service at all. Everyone seemed overwhelmed and didn't like their jobs. Great location but not a place to eat or go on a busy day.

The food is typically average and the service, while usually pleasant to deal with, can be a little slow or lose track of you at times. It seems when it is busy, the service very quickly degrades as sometimes individual servers seem to be handling a large number of tables. Live music on Fridays is a nice touch, but sometimes I feel like the volume is turned up a little too high as if you're sitting at one of the tables near the performer, it's near impossible to talk with others at your table without yelling.

Went to Watermark on the long weekend with a large group of 11 people (we had to be split up into two tables). Our server was excellent however the food was not. We waited an hour and a half for our food, and my vegetarian burger was missing guacamole and Chipotle Aioli. Our other table got there food, ate, and paid before our food even arrived. Our server discounted our food which was nice however I will not be returning.

Good view. Food was not great. We order fish n clips. the fish batter was not crunchy. The fish had no taste. Fries are soggy. We had a plate of nachos, just as bad. Cheese was cold. But the plate tasted overcooked. It felt like it was prepared a long time ago. Worst of all, i order a glass of coke. The pop wasn't even fizzy. Told the waitress to give me another glass and it was still flat. How can you go wrong with a soft drink?

Drinks arrived almost after 20 min of waiting. After server never asked if want a refill. Food didn't come even after 1 hour of waiting. Left the place not waiting for orders after 1 hour. Staff doesn't care, tables not prepared, floors dirty with cutlery on the floor and staff not even bothering to pick up. Used napkins on floor under tables here and there... horrible. Will never go there again... do not recommend at all. AVOID.

Service is incredibly slow for a restaurant that is not busy. Got seated immediately but took the server 15 minutes before taking our order. Another 20 minutes for the beer to be brought and so far 40 minutes and no food in sight. Best thing they have going for them is their location by the lake.
