Just visited WATERMARK for their Harbour Brunch Bliss and loved it! The unlimited appetizers were a highlight, especially the grilled squid and lobster. The ambiance was lovely, and the views of the harbor were stunning. We also enjoyed the dessert platter and opted for the **150-minute Free-flow Beverages**—definitely worth it! A great spot for brunch with friends!

Went for weekend brunch with my friend and the vibe here is super nice! The restaurant is right at the pier with a nice view of the Victoria Harbour. Unlimited refill of appetizers is definitely a plus. Recommend the lobster as the main - super delicious! We added the free flow as well and it was amazing.

I was pleasantly surprised by Watermark's gorgeous shopfront when I arrived at Pier 7. The interior is equally impressive with its high ceilings, making it perfect for group gatherings or intimate conversations between two people. The harbour view is absolutely breathtaking and creates such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere while dining. All the appetizers were delicious, especially the seaweed corn balls which were exceptional. Overall, I found the restaurant to offer excellent value for money with a high price-to-quality ratio. Definitely worth a visit for both the stunning views and tasty food!

The restaurant is located on the first floor of the Central Pier, facing Victoria Harbour. It features a stylish decor, high ceilings, and a strong sense of space, creating a wonderful overall atmosphere. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes with great flavors, especially the aged beef steak and Iberian pork, and the fries are excellent. It's a great place for gatherings and entertaining friends visiting Hong Kong.

Tried out the $598 Weekend Brunch with 11 Unlimited Appetizers, from Sourdough with Seaweed Butter, Hamaci Crudo, Scallop Crudo, Wagyu Beef Tartare and more 🙌 I really love their Corn Fritter with Seaweed and kept on asking for more haha. For the main course, we had the Grilled Whole Lobster and M7 Wagyu Bavette! The wagyu is really tender and the potato is a nice surprise. 🌊 This place also has a really great Victoria Harbour view, so would really recommend for your next date/girls hangout idea :)

Wow. What an underrated place - I’m surprised I haven’t heard of this place earlier but I’m so glad I did. Unbelievable value for the quality, service, and atmosphere. We had the set dinner menu and was thoroughly impressed by every dish - it’s presentation & taste. Will definitely be back and make it a regular !!

Watermark Superb dinner with the victoria harbour view. We particularly enjoyed the Wagyu beef tartare and the pork belly! The diced beef is soft and tender with the right amount of seasoning. The pork belly has this melt in your mouth texture with a perfectly caramelised surface! It is definitely the best place to spend a chillax weekend afternoon with your friends and family!

Yelp
We went to Watermark for New Year's Eve 2015. I'm not sure how indicative it was of a normal meal/night at Watermark, but we enjoyed it. They presented a six-course set menu with some really diverse and unique plates. There was a scallop dish, a tuna ceviche, a tomato bisque and a Wagyu steak for the main course. All really well prepared and presented. Of all the restaurants my wife and I have gone to in HK, this was the first time I saw her give the wide eyes- mouth drop expression when the bill came. Again, I hope this was just NYE gouging, otherwise I could never say Watermark delivers a bit of value for what they serve- no matter how good it was.

Yelp
And this experience illustrates why I ate the rest of my meals in the Great Court food hall! One night "off" (with colleagues) in the middle of the week so we decided to go out for dinner. We have a pretty limited expenses policy, so knew we couldn't claim back for anything even remotely expensive. We decided to go for a stroll by the water, and one colleague said she'd seen "a load of really good looking places near some of the piers." So we headed that way, and after an hour of walking, were all starting to get pretty hungry and a bit crabby. We looked at a few places which were clearly bars or fast-food restaurants, and finally came to Watermark. They made a bit of a fuss about the fact that we didn't have a reservation, despite not being anywhere near full. We sat down and I was pleased there were several vegetarian options marked with a big green V. I ended up getting a Cesar salad and fries, and my colleagues all got either steak or fish. My salad came out after all their meat dishes, and of course it had bacon on it. I don't even know where that came from-- anchovies, yes, but bacon? I had pointed to the V, and asked if it was vegetarian when I ordered, and they said yes, so I was pretty frustrated (and hungry) at this point. Took a good 10 minutes for a replacement, while I was gnawing off my arm. It came, and was OK, fries were OK but nothing special. That plus one glass of wine cost me the equivalent of £45, most of which can't be claimed back, so that was a pretty painful one. Colleagues said meat dishes were decent but way overpriced. Oh, and don't think you can see the 8pm light show from here, because you can't, unfortunately!

Yelp
The Watermark Seafood Bar and Grill is one of the two restaurants situated at Pier 7 and Watermark is the more imposing of the two location for two reasons. I can't hardy think of a location in Hong Kong which ahs an entrance like the Watermark- completely private and has ambient lighting, water features- the whole set up. Given that this place is not some swanky hotel it really is a surprising feature for me. The second thing is that this restaurants sits right by the harbor side, you actually see the ferries coming in and out right next to you and its difficult to find a place which has completely unobstructed view of the harbor whilst you stuff your face full. Pier 7 looses out on this because it faces backwards towards town. The food? As you could imagine its seafood and grill the whole way. I would describe it as right for the price; it won't be getting any Michelin stars just yet as in my opinion its not quite fine enough but it certainly does the job here in creating a proper, formal dinner experience. On this subject, the venue is open to bookings by groups and depending on the numbers you have you may take only the upper level or the entire place if you have enough guests. The drawbacks? Well it might just be me but I find the place to be a little bit on the warm side given the entire restaurant is surrounded by glass panes and on my visit I felt like I was sitting in a greenhouse (note: came here for lunch). Not a good thing in Hong Kong summers. Other than that all I can say is that it is a bit of walk from Central but we could all do with some exercise after a leviathan of a lunch. (Best place for proposals in HK too as mentioned by other reviewers!)

Yelp
On a Sunday afternoon around 12:00 p.m. we came here for the Sunday Brunch Menu. A very relaxing location as it is surrounded by glass walls to enjoy the view of the harbour. On to the food...With a all you can eat seafood brunch menu: the seafood consists of sashimi sushi (salmon and other), cooked muscles, fresh oysters, King Crab legs, and cooked, but cold, shrimps. You can eat till your hearts content. The seafood is fresh and really satisfying. They had various choices on the salad table, such as potato salad, greek salad, and smoked salmon, and the regular greens and your choice of various toppings (olives, cherry tomatos, etc.) On the hot menu, they had pumpkin soup, steak, dim sum, eggs benedict, and 5-6 other hot dishes you can choose from. I can't remember what they were because they didn't look good enough to eat. I do remember not liking any of the hot foods I tasted for various reasons, but mostly because it just tasted bad!!! The dessert table had COLD, OLD churros, various chocolate pieces, a chocolate fountain, and 4 types of Hagen-daz ice cream. The ice cream was looking a bit old and looked like it wasn't taken care of in storage, as there were icicles on the surface of the ice cream. I guess the best thing you could have is the bit size chocolate brownies. So bottom line.... you get mediocre hot food and dessert for $399HKD per adult. But if you're ok with just having the fresh seafood then it's ok. But all the HOT dishes and the dessert table can be thrown out and replaced with better tasting and quality foods. Probably wouldn't come back.
