Waterway Point

The last time I visited this mall was a few years back. I went for a fund raising walk when centre first opened . So much has changed since then and the place has grown with so many new interesting food outlets. New residents that move into this estate are blessed with such a modern hangout place with everything under one roof. Great food, sports facility, shopping variety covering personal care , home improvement, pet grooming and cinema. Two wings East n West are loaded with 3 floors of shops to pamper oneself and with 2 podium hosting events . One is so pampered, no more need to go downtown as everything is at your doorstep. A great place for families to spend time.

Bustling and vibrant mall with a good variety of food and restaurants. There’s a good mix of retail and shops as well. It’s a pity it’s getting rife with too many PRC restaurants and there’s too many Japanese sushi places in one mall. There’s more food options and restaurants here compared to Compass One but the food court here is rather mediocre.

Waterway Point is a large and spacious mall with a good mix of shops, products, services and plenty of food options. It covers most day-to-day needs and works well as a one-stop destination for residents in the area. That said, it gets very crowded on weekends, so be prepared for heavy foot traffic. On the plus side, there’s ample parking available, which helps. Overall, a solid and well-planned mall — just better enjoyed during off-peak hours.

We recently took a trip to Waterway Point Mall with my wife and our little one, and it turned out to be a pretty good spot for a family outing. It's conveniently located right by the Punggol MRT, so getting there was a breeze. We spent a good chunk of time letting our son burn off some energy at the playgrounds on the second floor – there's both a dry and a wet area, which was a nice surprise. It's great to see a mall that genuinely caters to families with young kids, making it easy for them to have some fun while we get some shopping done. The mall itself has a decent selection of shops and eateries. We grabbed a casual meal at one of the many food places, and there was plenty to choose from. I also appreciated how it connects directly to the Punggol Waterway, offering a pleasant outdoor space for a stroll if you want a break from the indoor hustle. We didn't catch a movie this time, but it's good to know Shaw Theatres is there for future visits, especially with the IMAX option. Overall, it's a solid choice for a weekend with the family, offering a good balance of retail, dining, and kid-friendly activities.

I was having Delifrance and went to Uniqlo and I surprised by the pleasant smell. This is one of the biggest neighbourhoods mall with a well balanced fragrance that adds to its upscale and comfortable atmosphere with a deep sense of community and nostalgia and a touch of mint and flowery. Great! Will definitely return for food and shop. Aroma adds a soothing and calm feeling.

Bring my parents to Dian Xiao Er last evening, From the moment I entered the mall, the fragrance created a clean and calming atmosphere. The scent is well-balanced—noticeable but not too strong—and remains consistent throughout different areas. It definitely enhances the overall shopping experience and makes spending time here more enjoyable.

On weekends, you’ll see families with kids playing in the open areas, joggers passing through, and couples taking in the riverside sunset. All in all, it’s not just a shopping destination but a place to unwind, hang out, and enjoy the Punggol waterfront. Whether you’re here to shop, eat, or just soak in the relaxing atmosphere, Waterway Point delivers a complete day-out experience.
