Waterwoods Lodge, Kabini

Location is absolutely stunning.. view from the pool and room is also good. We took family room, which had bath tub and it was good and room was spacious. Food is good, can’t say delicious but not worst also, it was manageable. Breakfast options was very less, for the price they charge food options could have been better. And there is no kids play area if u are planning with them. Not too big property, Suitable for one day stay, But location is just irreplaceable 👌👌👌

What a gem !! Located at the banks of the backwaters of Kabini. Spacious rooms and delicious food. But what made it extra special was the staff there. Manager Pradeep and his team were so courteous and polite and took care of all our needs. Our only feedback is pool needs to be updated and is ready to swim anytime and the towels need to be upgraded as well. We will visit again for sure.

The Resort is very well located with scenic view of the River. The ambience of the resort is very positive. Staff are very helpful and cooperative. Manager Pradeep was extremely helpful and has a very pleasing personality. He goes out of the way to ensure the guests are comfortable at the Resort. Food was very tasty and the staff were serving food without any complaints. Overall a wonderful experience. we wish to visit again in the near future.

Just got back from a lovely weekend at Waterwoods. These guys get it right, every single time. The staff is really nice and very accommodating. The food is so so good! It's not spicy or too oily..they have alot of variety as well. The rooms are spacious and clean.. The grounds and pool super well maintained. We truly had the best time this holiday | It's our favourite place to stay at in Kabini :)

We had an wonderful experience in Kabini and Waterwoods Lodge is the reason for this. Reasons:|- Located just beside the backwaters, the view it offers is mesmerizing|- The food (which was part of the package) was excellent. Tasty and healthy with variety of options|- The helpful nature of all the staffs made it extra comfortable. Special mention to Guru (one of the staff) who went an extra mile to arrange an item for us which we forgot to carry.|- The booking facility for the safaris were also provided and they dropped us to the jungle lodge boarding point.||Overall it was a memorable experience for me and my wife and we ended up saying an extra day.

Thanks Guru for the surprise birthday decoration, though we only ordered cake but the House keeping staffs did surprised us with the decoration when we returned from Safari . Overall our experience was good and all the staffs are very helpful and cooperative. We stayed in suite which needs some proper maintenance.

The property location is 10 on 10 but the amenities lack a bit. Like a guided nature walk or a complementary river ride type. Decent rooms but could have been more improvised like a jingle feel rain shower along with bath tub etc. food is good but taste is average. Very limited option for breakfast. A spread of breakfast should be worked upon. The best thing is the river view from the room. For the amount they charge, could have been done little more to give a luxury feel.
