We had lunch here. Fantastic location. Amazing views across the harbour. Staff service can’t be rated as there isn’t really any service. Order off a QR code and then they drop it off. Other than that, you really do t see staff. Food was like any pub food. Nothing special but overpriced for what it is. Clearly charging for the view. To be honest, don’t think I’d go back to eat.

While the service was impeccable I couldn’t help but notice how the Mediterranean salad was quite honestly one of the WORST I have ever tasted. Not only was I required to cut my own feta (?) however there was zero onion, approximately three olives, and ice berg lettuce drowned in what seemed to be the cheapest dressing option available. I am severely disgusted and disappointed at this salad. Watsons bay I expected more from you. However the seasonal vegetables were very delicious. Please do better next time in regards to the salad.

I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the management and reception staff at Watson's Bay Boutique Hotel. We had a complication with our booking that was all our doing, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us with excellent communications, professionalism and, above all, kindness. We will absolutely be back to stay at this superb establishment. 5-stars all day long!

Ate here since we were going walking at the park nearby after. My pizza was pretty decent. The standout for me was the ginger beer. Really enjoyed it. Would definitely drink that again.

We dropped in for lunch on an outing with my elderly mother on a rainy day. We were a little early for lunch, but the staff were lovely and very accommodating and allowed us to be seated while they were still setting up. The scotch fillet was well cooked (medium rare) and came with chips and salad. The lamb pasta was tasty. Sides of green vegetables (nicely cooked), and starters of olives (big portion) and flat bread. The view is great and the ambiance not too loud, perfect for an 80+ yo with hearing problems.

There for a special memorial lunch event. Everything was very well done, in an emotional setting. From greetings & discretion of staff, to the food, tasty & well presented, good choice of wines & soft drink. Lovely venue overlooking the wharf & harbour, a great spot to send off a much loved, family member, friend & long term resident of the Bay. One negative, I am currently recovering from knee surgery, using a stick. There was no accessible toilet near the dining area & a few steps up into the dining area with no rail, nothing to hold onto. Had to ask re toilet & was directed to reception area, not close, where there was a locked accessible toilet, which staff unlocked for me & helped with door.

The hotel staff are really lovely and have did all they can to make me feel welcomed. The location is amazing and easy parking. Food in the restaurant proved to be also very good with the chicken burger. I recommend rooms that face the park. Thanks again for your hospitality and being attentive to your guests.

A great experience and service from everyone related to the Boutique hotel, especially Daisy who gave us service above and beyond. If you book a room looking straight out to the Harbour Bridge is spectacular and the view of Sydney Harbour is unbelievable. Was disappointed while eating at the outside Cafe as our meal of Chicken was undercooked and when returning was told by Waitress that is the correct way to eat Thigh Chicken in a Hamburger. I would have thought the correct Chicken to use was from the Breast. Why would a Manager tell her Waitress to pass on that you were wrong and we serve lower grade ingredients????
