I had an excellent experience thanks to this supervisor store NANA From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to my needs. They took the time to fully understand what I was looking for and offered thoughtful recommendations without ever being pushy. What really stood out was how helpful and patient they were throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered clearly, and I always felt supported and well-guided. Their positive attitude and strong communication skills made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only great at their job but also truly cares about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them and would absolutely choose to work with them again in the future.

I visit Watsons MCC Really I like stuff and one lady she helped me about the product skin care and hair product. Her name is Nana I believe she's supervisor of the store. She's really kind and helpful. Thanks for your service Nana

Love Watsons and always but my sheet masks from there. But this particular one is super tiny and I don’t have any second for myself to choose because 4 consultants are literally on top of my head standing and staring at me and what I choose. And that’s after I politely said “thanks, I’m good, I don’t need help”. For me as an introvert, it’s completely unbearable to relax while being watched from step away by 4 stranger women. I’m not sure WHY this store need THIS amount of ladies in 1sq m but it’s ridiculous. Had an anxiety attack in 2 minutes I had to spend there. That’s the ONLY reason I prefer to by my masks through Instashop. Ps. Cashier and manager were super nice and listened to me about this issue with total understanding. Also, seemed to me like I wasn’t the first one to raise this concern.

I visited the store today to buy stuffs when I came across a staff named Djaouida. She was actually working for Eucerin the brand that I am using. She was very helpful, knowledgeable on the products and was kind enough to share more information about Eucerin even when I told her that I won’t buy the items yet. It made me feel welcomed. Bravo to sales representatives like her!

I visited the store yesterday and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience with one of the sales ladies — I believe her name was Aman. She was very enthusiastic in the beginning while showing the products, but kept pushing me toward just one option. When I insisted on trying something else, she became visibly annoyed and rude. Overall, quite disappointed with the experience.

Very disappointing experience. The staff, especially a sales lady and the person at the counter, were completely uninterested and unhelpful — their attitude came across as rude and dismissive. It felt like they didn’t care about customers at all. Definitely not a place I’d recommend or return to.

It's the first time I've been in this shop and it's the last I seemed to be bothering the sales assistant who, on top of that, didn't know the products in the shop and was looking for as much as I was ... in addition to a pretentious look, she was really annoyed at helping me. What's more, if you don't buy the products the person represents, she turns her back on you directly.... I absolutely do not recommend this Watson! The one at MOE is much better and the staff are much more professional.

I love the variety of products this shop has to offer but the staff are a major issue. I am sorry your employer doesn’t seem to pay you fair salaries but pestering customers and treating them horribly when they don’t buy from the brand you’re in charge of is not acceptable in the slightest. Kindly review the way things operate because I don’t believe there will ever be any customer loyalty with this attitude.
