Wattura Resort and Spa

We stayed in Wattura resort 3 days during our vacation. It was a great relaxing experience for the whole family. With easy access to beach, plunge pool, main pool, kids water park and arcade, kids had lots of fun and it was so easy to entertain them. All the staff were very attentive and friendly. Our personal helper Tharaka was really helpful and exceptional with everything. If you are traveling with kids this is definitely a great place to stay.

Our stay at the resort was a very pleasant experience. Both our kids loved the water park and gaming zone ! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The suites are great. Ours was very spacious and the bathroom was really fancy 😀 the environment surrounding the resort is also very serene. Pasindu, who helped us with our meals was very friendly. Dinner was extremely good. Breakfast was nice as well. Overall we had a really nice experience at the resort.

Excellent place to stay if you want somewhere near the airport but away from the busy crowds, especially if you have young kids (the water park and pool are brilliant). The food was 'fine dining' standard but also they were wiling to make practically anything for our kids (chips /burger/pizza/etc). Be aware there is not much within walking distance other than the neighbouring hotels, so food/drink could get expensive if not included in your room rate. Some areas of the hotel/room need a bit of maintenance/fresh paint but otherwise it's a luxurious stay with great views of sea / river / nature.

Wonderful two night stay. Staff were genuinely lovely and super helpful. We had a spa treatment which was 75 minutes of bliss. And the breakfasts were amazing - size and quality - special mention to Anju who made us smile each morning and kept our coffee levels satisfied. Highly recommend.

We recently stayed at Wattura Resort and Spa and had an wonderful experience. Pasindu is a very pleasant and attentive staff member who is very committed to service. All the staff here is very welcoming and supportive.Special thanks should goes F&B Manager ,Mr.Eranda who made our stay special without no second thoughts.Although the price felt a bit high at first,the convenience is at a top notch . Specialy the breakfast lasts till noon ,which is very convenient and we had enough of time to enjoy at pool and kids area without rushing.Experience in here with the kid and family was nice.Kids water area was superb .The food was absolutely nice and fish was delicious. Both the natural beauty and architectural masterpiece make this place wonderful.The main as well as the plunge pool and kids water area are very good .

We had an enjoyable two days. Food was scrumptious. Kids enjoyed thoroughly and had fun in the games room, water playground and pool. Well maintained facilities. Staff is friendly and accommodated and looked after guests very well. ||Kayaking and boat ride experiences were added extras that enhanced the overall experience.

We had an incredible stay at this resort! It was the perfect family getaway—spacious rooms and exceptional service throughout. The highlight for us was the kids water park—absolutely amazing! That kept our children entertained for hours. Highly recommended for families looking to relax while the kids have a blast!
