Wave Rock Caravan Park

This is a great place to visit and the Wave Rock Caravan Park is the place to stay when visiting the area. Wave Rock is literally right behind the caravan park so walking to the Rock for morning and evening photos is no problem at all. Your caravan park admission also gets you access to the nearby salt rock pool at the Wave Rock Resort across the road which is a must see and only a 2 minute drive from the campground. Facilities are clean and there’s plenty of space between sites.

It is 3.5 out of 5. The Park is in a fantastic location. A short walk to Wave Rock & Hippo's Yawn. In the centre of the park is a large undercover area which is excellent. The small camp kitchen needs a new gas/electric stove as the old one is not that good. Amenities are old however very serviceable. Great water pressure. I do question if they get cleaned regularly. The male toilet seats desperately needs to be replaced. One of the door's to the male shower's was covered in graffiti and had 2 holes. The caravan sites had plenty of room. For a regional park is serviceable. They need to spend some money to bring the rating above a 4.

Great location for accessing wave rock. The lady who served us was rushing us and seemed annoyed that we hadn't booked even though there was space. We were parked next the road but it was very quiet didnt hear cars at all. We had a powered site. The bathrooms were clean, laundry and kitchen were good too.

Great location, $45 for a powered site but no water. Service wasn’t amazing, we were very rushed, treated less then for not having a booking and very limited information provided. Amenities were very clean and plentiful. Plenty of bathrooms and showers and great communal space

A very short walk to the amazing Wave Rock and entry/National Parks tickets available at reception. It couldn't be any more convenient and the cabin was clean and cosy. 1.4km walk to the Hippo's Yawn or drive up to the closer car park.

We were in the "overflow" as the main caravan park was full. It was a bit lonely out there, but it was very quiet and well priced. I don't think the spa pool was operating.

Wave Rock in Hyden WA is stunning A 110m long, 15m high granite cliff shaped like a giant wave, over 2.7 billion years old! Amazing photo spot, nearby caves & wildflowers add to the magic.

I wasn't expecting much however what a great caravan park. So close to Wave Rock, Hippo's Yawn and the salt pond. We loved our 2 days at this park. Fantastic amenities, very cold but great pool, nice toilet and showers. Sunset and sunrise were spectacular from the top of Wave Rock.
