Nice decor, basic facilities. |Empty mini bar but products in my family. |Restaurant not open at night and bar closed at 4pm. Went to sister hotel over the road and tried to over charge us. Service not good. |Breakfast minimal, no yoghurt left and asked for one and was told NO !!!|Very noisy all night as traffic constant. Bed is not level it slants down at the headboard. |Maybe give instructions for cheap coffee machine, never seen one before and I’ve lived in hotels for over 25 years for work. |Not even worth the payment. I shouldn’t have to leave hotel to get a drink and good. |Not based in a very nice area. Even graffiti on the glass outside the breakfast window. |The image on line of the hotel is not a true reflection.

Recently stayed here for 10 days with my partner. This is such a cool quirky and comfortable hotel. The rooms are super cool and modern (could be bigger, but space in hotel is limited so not a deal breaker). All the gadgets and extras you get are a nice touch to the rooms. Also thoroughly and immaculately cleaned daily, could not fault the cleanlinesd standards! The smell throughout the hotel was lovely and the theme and attention to detail is perfect. The service from each member of staff was superb, always a smile on their face, always greeting you at any time of day and happy to help and answer any questions you had. The location admittedly isnt the best however this wouldnt put me off staying here again as its within easy walking distance to the centre or extremely handy for the metro or tram or Ubers (so cheap!!). Noise from the street below but quickly get used to it and its nice to see the trams go by. highly recommend a stay in this hotel if youre in Lisbon! Side bonus is the cafe Mila attached was stunning, every dish we tried was so tasty and the coffees were great.

Good location. Next to metro, very convenient.Good service. Breakfast is also nice with lots of varieties.Coffee inside room is a bit limited. No hot water for tea. Room is quite small in general.Originally stay next to main street and was very noisy. Then we asked for quiet room close to back street and that was ok

Loved this quirky hotel, it’s so central, metro just outside, but it’s very walkable to most places. It’s absolutely immaculate, rooms are so nice. Also the reception staff are so nice and extremely helpful. Ate is the cafe, it’s very nice but they need a bit more on the menu. It’s more brunch than anything. The breakfast in the hotel is ok, usual breakfast stuff, quite varied. It’s very chilled, also good value for money. Would definitely stay again

Fabulous, worthy 10 I have spent such an amazing stay at this hotel. To start with, the hotel is so stylish, clean, I definitely loved the vibe and the concept, it's very original, very BEAUtique. The rooms also have a direct view on the tram. The breakfast is correct for sure and various. And now let me talk about the staff, I would love to thank them all for being some kind, welcoming, smiling and most importantly helpful. The hotel is situated in Intendente, the neighborhood is safe and good, also, the metro station is literally less than 30 seconds away (the left entrance is 30 seconds away the right is like 1 min away), and across the street you have one of the stops of the famous tram 28. So what more to ask for ?! I would definitely give this hotel a 10/10.

We absolutely looooved our stay at this hotel. We were greeted and felt so welcome from the very first second. Our room had an amazing view. The theme was so detailed and awesome designed. We can for sure recommend this hotel. Even though it's not in the centre of Lisbon, it's a nice walk. Otherwise there's the tram and Metro very close to the hotel. Thank you to the wonderful people at the hotel.

My partner and I had a lovely stay in this hotel recently. We thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous modern interior, daily room cleaning and just a lovely relaxed unique vibe throughout the hotel. We found the location perfect, with the metro that brings you right into the centre (only takes about 6 mins ) right outside the door and the tram stop just across the road. The hotel is also only about 25 minute walk to the centre. We requested a room on a higher floor as we heard the noise from the street can be disturbing but we have to say on the 6th floor it was not an issue. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel is 2-3 metro/tram stations from the center very easy to get there. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. The hotel is designed differently than any other hotel we were before and I mean in a positive way. The remark I have is that there is no double glazing that prevent noises especially ambulances and police cars that using sirens in the middle of the night.
