This hotel is quirky, unique, and original. If you appreciate those things, it is for you. Our rooms were comfortable & clean, although there is not a lot of privacy in the shower or bathroom area, so if you're sharing a room be aware of that. All the employees we encountered were great, especially Larisse & Gloria. The location can seem a little dodgy at times, but we had no problems. It is very convenient to transport stops and not a far walk to the main area. It's on a busy street, so bring your ear plugs for sleeping (which we did). Such a refreshing stay!

Fabulous, worthy 10 I have spent such an amazing stay at this hotel. To start with, the hotel is so stylish, clean, I definitely loved the vibe and the concept, it's very original, very BEAUtique. The rooms also have a direct view on the tram. The breakfast is correct for sure and various. And now let me talk about the staff, I would love to thank them all for being some kind, welcoming, smiling and most importantly helpful. The hotel is situated in Intendente, the neighborhood is safe and good, also, the metro station is literally less than 30 seconds away (the left entrance is 30 seconds away the right is like 1 min away), and across the street you have one of the stops of the famous tram 28. So what more to ask for ?! I would definitely give this hotel a 10/10.

We absolutely looooved our stay at this hotel. We were greeted and felt so welcome from the very first second. Our room had an amazing view. The theme was so detailed and awesome designed. We can for sure recommend this hotel. Even though it's not in the centre of Lisbon, it's a nice walk. Otherwise there's the tram and Metro very close to the hotel. Thank you to the wonderful people at the hotel.

One of the cutest hotels in Lisbon. It was cheap, clean, friendly and very chilled. We had the opportunity to have a great room with a varanda overlooking the entire street, even though rained everyday, it was totally worth it. The staff was kind and friendly. They have a sister hotel just on the other side of the road which has a restaurante. The hotel also has a brunch place on the ground floor which looked quite yummy. I defo recommend ❤️

Everything was perfect! When we arrived at night, the kindest employee greeted us. We stayed for 5 days, and the room was cleaned every single day, which was surprising and nice. I want to highlight that the cleaning workers never disturbed us, never once knocked on the door while we were sleeping or tried to clean the room while we were still getting ready. Huge thanks for this peace of calm! The room was comfortable and had everything you may need, every detail was thought of. We loved the automatic curtains and nice shower products. The lighting was very cozy as well. The breakfast was also good, thank you to the guy working there, always friendly. There were food options for everyone. The only thing that could be improved is some changing variety of fruits and vegetables: since we stayed for a few nights, it got a little repetitive. As other reviews suggested, we didn’t walk in the area after it got dark, but in the daytime you could walk to some touristy places in 15-20 minutes, which we enjoyed. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would stay here again. Thank you to everyone working in this hotel, you made us feel very welcomed!

I have 2 bookings and first stay was lovely- I booked this hotel again after my trip to Porto. This time room phone does not works, no bathrobe.Additionally second stay’s payment was written off 2 times and I’ve spent a lot of time to understand what is happening. First time it was only one normal payment, My conclusion -nobody wants you here second time:)

We had 3 nights here, booked a Superior room with Queen bed. The room we were originally assigned (308) was ludicrously small, the bed up against a wall so only accessable from one side, no room for any seating, not enough storage space for 2 people's clothing and nowhere to store empty cases. Complained after first night and were given a larger room (302).| On the plus side, this hotel is very modern and clean, although the slightly quirky decor may not be to everyone's taste. The breakfast provided was good, the staff were friendly and helpful . The location is excellent, right next to the Intedente metro station and on the famous number 28 tram route. There is no half board option, but there are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel bar/restaurant was open for lunches but closed by late afternoon, so not available for pre or post dinner drinks.

We loved our stay! The team are professional, warm and ever so helpful. We checked in on my birthday, and as a little surprise arranged by my husband, there was a complimentary bottle of bubbly and a little note waiting for me in the room. The hotel design is quirky and cool, everything centred around the idea of 'living in a water-closet' as explained to us. Just embrace the creativity!😁 Design apart, service is great. Rooms are cleaned everyday, fresh towels, and drinks in the minbar replenished. Ultra modern fittings incl blinds, telly and lighting. Bed and bedding was comfortable. Only minor mark down for us personally would be the location. The property sits in the middle of a main street which is great as you have shops and cafes near by. However, do be aware at one end of the road (Not close by) turns a little seedy after dark, unfortunately. This we discovered only after accidentally walking through... But hey, this is all part and parcel of travel. What should be a focus is the genuine warmth and enthusiasm of the team- they make your stay wonderful. Thanks, guys! 🥂
