Very good hotel! Minibar is free and the rooms are very quiet and clean. Breakfast is basic but everything there was fresh and tasted amazing. The area is a bit dodgy but it's very close to the center. Tram 28 passes right in front!

Location is the best for using local public transport. The hotel itself is very good. |Super comfy bed. Good shower with very good shower products and body lotion. |Drinks in mini bar replenished every day. ( they did forget on 2 occasions to replace the water, but they did do it once I told reception) Room serviced every day with new towels and pillows freshly puffed up.|Breakfast was very good .|Reception staff is very helpful with travel advice. |The reason for 4 stars is that the metro can be heard during your stay, which is shame. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel .|

Wow! Such a lovely, clean and individual hotel. It’s a hotel that you feel fresh and clean in….given the quirky water themes throughout. Very friendly and perfectly placed next to the Metro to get to the main part of Lisbon. The aircon makes it even more relaxing from the heat of the day. I cannot recommend it enough. Would definitely go back!

Really loved our stay. The hotel is bathroom themed, which sounds weird but it's actually really cool and unique. Nice room with a massive bed. Breakfast is great quality. Staff are very friendly Room was immaculately serviced daily. Would probably say not for a first romantic weekend away as the toilet behind glass at the foot of the bed leaves little to the imagination! Also a touch of noise from the road below and the subway beneath but that's to be expected from a city centre hotel. A great experience overall.

Hotel is a themed hotel of water. The rooms are decorated in tiles and walls mirrors with water effect everywhere. Our Room was very good and cleaned and serviced every day. (Fresh soft drinks and juices bottles replaced if used. Water bottles are replaced with fresh bottles. In our case though they kept forgetting and had to ask 2 twice for fresh water). Our room was on the second floor a little traffic noise can be heard and the underground subway can be heard also. It's a city hotel so I expected some noise. The Rooms could do with a lock on the toilet and shower cubicle. Location is the best thing about this hotel . Metro station is only few steps away and bus stop is very near by. Breakfast is very good also with plenty of choice.

The room was a superior double, it was immaculate with a mirror that also was a HD TV! The staff were all amazing, polite and knowledgeable about local travel - the metro is literally one minutes walk from the hotel. Travel is so easy, there are plenty of places to go which are all within 15 minutes walk. Me and my husband were celebrating a very belated honeymoon. It was also my birthday while we were out there and the receptionist presented me with a large slice of their house carrot cake- delicious!. Would highly recommend staying here.

Sleek glass enclosed bathroom themed hotel with a unique interior-decorated ambiance and facilities of the highest order. Friendly staffs. They even offered us a complementary full bottle of champagne and specially decorated bed for our anniversary week. Rooms offer nice tramline views of the city. Wide breakfast buffet as well.

I’ve just spent 4 nights here and I cannot rate it highly enough. The theme is very stylish and also fun. The staff went above and beyond - so friendly and helpful. As a solo traveler I felt safe and relaxed at all times. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. The staff were constantly checking the buffet was well stocked and customers were happy. If I’m back in Lisbon again, I know where I’ll be returning to for my stay.
