This hostel offers excellent, almost luxury facilities. The beds are some of the most comfortable I ever slept in. It has nice and relaxed and helpful staf with good music choice. Abundance of bathrooms. Bicycle rent and Laundry service cheap and good. Good kitchen too. This hostel attracts the slightly wealthier backpacker and that's nice if you want to stay away from party youth for once. Not said that the atmosphere here is boring, on the contrary it is very social. Breakfast starts at 6am and is gorgeous. There is a storage facility too for when you're trekking TDP.

Overall highly recommended. The shower and WiFi was totally fine. The hamburger restaurant is inside of the hostel and delicious. The breakfast is nicely served with scramble egg. The guy of the reception has a good vibe. The stair of the bed does not have any handle nor point to grab so is severely difficult to climb up and down. Is it a part of the practice to climb up mountains? The coast is very near but a bit far from supermarkets and the central. You can take a taxi to the bus station.

This hostel is one of the best we've stayed in throughout 9 months of travel in Central and South America. Spacious but cosy dorms, really comfy beds with proper duvets and two pillows each. The shower is powerful and as hot as you want it. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. The breakfast is plentiful (includes eggs) and the burgers in the restaurant next door are great for nights when you're feeling too lazy to cook!||The staff are also really friendly and they clean the place everyday.||My only tip would be not to stay in room 1 if you have a choice. The noise from the restaurant clearing up in their kitchen can go on until 1am.

We loved our time at this hostel. We stayed for 2 nights before doing the W Trek. This hostel is set up very well. The beds are very large and comfortable. Each bed has its own powerpoint and light. Lockers are in each room as well. Towels are included in the booking. Staff are very friendly and happy to help!

I stayed at this hostel for two nights prior to going on the W Trek and returned for another night after my trek ended before heading to El Calafate. The first two nights were not that comfortable sadly, as the walls and doors are extremely thin and there is no attempt by staff or by any signs to enforce respectful quiet times. In good hostels this is mentioned in signs around the hall. The rooms were all overheated and depending on which staff is at reception, they sometimes do not speak English at all.||That is not the reason I am rating this two stars. I really really wanted to like this place as even though the staff were not very well-trained, they were well-meaning and very nice. However, just being very nice is not enough to run services at a hostel well. I asked for them to call a taxi for me in early the morning so that I could catch my bus to Torres del Paine, which they agreed to do, and when the morning came, the taxi was not there, and the person on staff profusely apologized that he had forgotten, and I very nearly missed my bus. ||When I returned for the second stay after my trek, I asked them if my bus ticket to El Calafate was received at the reception, and the person at the reception said they had not received it, and advised that I could wait for the morning to book a bus to El Calafate. In the early morning I was woken up abruptly by the staff to tell me that they actually had my ticket but didn't let me know, and actually I had missed the departure as they realized it too late. This set off a chain of events that caused me to lose a substantial part of my trip as I had to make several other arrangements to get to my next destination, as a result of the mistakes made by the staff. They were kind enough to waive the cost of my one night stay which was nice, though. But I lost a whole day of my vacation, which was not so cool.||Aside from those experiences which might be unique to my case, I will note the following objective pros and cons:||Cons:|- difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep |- no recommended or enforced silent hours (as any hostel should have!)|- slow WiFi||Pros:|- easy to use kitchen|- laundry service |- generally kept clean |- staff are nice |- showers are hot|- very good restaurant attached to the hostel, where the staff are very very nice and the food is very very good||I don't want to be too harsh as this hostel has a lot of potential but please train the staff to be more attentive.

Had a wonderful 2 night stay in this place. Booked the all ladies room which was clean, comfy beds, and everyone there was very lovely. The bathrooms were also clean, hot water worked fine, and well maintained. There is a burger joint in the same vicinity which worked well if you don't want to venture out. There are vegan options. Overall great experience. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The Nordic style of decor is relaxing and so is the comfy bunk bed. The breakfast is also one of the best I had in hostels: fruit yogurt, scrambled eggs, cheese and ham. Little things like how they set the dining table show they do care about each traveler. The only thing I found disappointing is that bathrooms and kitchen can be a mess easily. I am not blaming the hostel for not cleaning it frequent enough. Instead, I hope the travelers can be more responsible, show more respect and clean up his/her own mess.

The only thing I enjoyed here are the comfortable beds, lockers and location. I originally planned to book three tours with them, during my firs t tour there was no English at all therefore I switched companies for the rest and I was given a big guilt trip about this. When I went to leave for the airport, I had ask to have the shuttle come at 1230 they said it would be there at 1230, it never showed up, they kept telling me it was coming until I was left struggling to find a taxi past 1330 almost missing my flight. The bathrooms were the dirtiest I’ve seen in a hostel, the area underneath my bed was very dirty, there was a dirty q tip there. The kitchen and common area were very small, very small refrigerator, no place to store your food and no place to hang your stuff in your room. The restaurant there is very good. Excellent veggie burgers.
