I visited the WE hotel earlier this year in March. Beautiful pristine hotel very quiet perfect for families, couples and friends. Hidden away in picturesque forestry lovely walks in the sunshine and at the beginning of spring it was so beautiful and relaxing. The hotel itself was very clean, foreigner friendly and very helpful staff. Especially the hotel manager whose name I failed to obtain but was a wonderful gentleman assisting with the breakfast service and talking to guests. Lots of choice for continental and local Korean cuisine during breakfast. The manager went over and above to fix my boot that broke during my stay! I was very grateful to him! Rooms very clean and spacious for the three girls staying in the one room and the best bit was the spa facilities included! The best bit however was the spa! I loved using the hot tub outside, the sauna, pool inside everyday! Felt so relaxed and since we visited jeju island first during our trip to South Korea it was a relaxing start to wind down and forget all stresses. Be mindful in the changing rooms everyone strips down with no clothes in showers/changing rooms (I’m from London and they do not do this here) but normal there I believe and by the end of my stay I embraced it too haha! I loved the With Moment facial serum and toner they had in the changing rooms which were free to use but they do not sell internationally :(||Would happily stay here again (very reasonably priced) and recommend to everyone looking for peace and quiet and relaxation 🫶🏽

This hotel was in a beautiful setting, surrounded by forest with some short walks available from the hotel, with a fantastic view of the forest and coast out our window. |It was also accessible - part of the reason we chose it is because we didn't have a car and they offer a shuttle service into Jungmun, where you can get a bus down to the beach or on to Seogwipo. It's also easy to get a taxi to other locations closeby such as Seogwipo natural forest.|The staff at the hotel were all really friendly and helpful, offering recommendations. And Tak the concierge manager, and his colleagues, were fantastic in helping us get to the hotel and around.|The facilities of the hotel were also excellent - a lovely indoor and outdoor pool, health facilities, and a comfortable lobby with a piano player in the evening. |The restaurant served good quality food, with plenty of vegetarian options for breakfast and dinner, and the staff were very attentive.|We would highly recommend this hotel, we had a very relaxing stay here and it was also a well located base to explore the surrounding areas.

Top marks! This was my first visit to Jeju and my first stay at WE, a mountain wellness resort. It was so serene, away from the tourist crowds, and a wonderful week of rest and relaxation. ||||The staff spoke good English and were always happy to assist, such as booking taxis (readily available on the island). There's also a free shuttle bus to nearby Jungmun, with cute shops, restaurants, and bus connections, etc. ||||I had a nice spacious room with calming views of the forest. I loved the use of volcanic bedrock water on the premises, including the stunning outdoor pool and jacuzzi. ||||From the concierge and reception to Dachae, the delicious restaurant on-site, and Azalea Lounge, for a nightcap or herbal tea over quiet jazz and live piano music, everything was excellent and memorable. Special thanks go to Mr. Tak at the concierge. Would love to return and book this hotel again!

Loved our stay here. The staff were unbelievably accommodating and friendly going above the call of duty every time we spoke to them. The meditation pool and relaxation program activities are great for relieving stress. Plus they have an adjoining hospital for elective cosmetic procedures so you can receive excellent treatment and recover in nature.

All of the hotel staff we met were nice and friendly! However, there could be a lot more that can be done to maintain the hotel better. The cabinet was dusty, the basin tap sprays water onto the basin so that it was wet whenever I used it. The toilet door handle was broken but was glued back. All of the lamp shields in my room were slanted - this is not a practical problem but these are easy fixes . The hotel could also fix big bottle of shampoo and onto the wall instead of giving us shampoo bars. The only upside was the bedding seems quite clean. Sorry to the nice staff we have met but I dont think it is a 5-star hotel.

We had a wonderful 2 days stay (22nd Sep to 24 Sep 25) at We hotel Jeju. It was a quiet and serene place surrounded by forests (with deer crossing signage along the way, but thankfully did not meet one). It is great place to rest and recover from hustle and bustle of one's daily grind (with wellness centre, did not had time to use). It is slightly out of way, own transport there would be preferred. There is shuttle bus from Hoesu rotary or Jungmun postoffice and to/from Jeju airport but limited timings (check hotel website). Carpark When we first arrived, was met by courteous concierge staff who helped with our many luggages and bag, while i parked my vehicle. The carpark space in front of hotel is rather limited less than 10 assigned lots so it gets full fast, some creative parking created more spaces but not enough. The rest had to park in rather far carpark space which would be inconvenient if you have alot of luggage. There is an only EV charger currently, which is tucked in obscure corner at presumably staff carpark area (not sure no sign). You would either find a EV truck charging. When i did get a chance to charge my rental car Ioniq 6 (rented lotte rent a car), i could not read as the wordings were in korean, so i still manage to charge but under slow charge (68% to 90% needs 4 hours). I also was stung by mosquitoes while just trying to charge it. I had feedback these to GM of limited and tight slot there, hopefully next i come it would be in front of hotel lobby. Hotel lobby Hotel was spacious, and we were greeted by staircase up to lobby, but there was a set of escalators thankfully. The staff was courteous and did our check in in no time. Concierge staff brought all our luggages and bags in trolley straight to our rooms. Room There is only level 3 and level 5 rooms, no 2nd or 4th floor room. Level 6 is to rooftop garden but no access from lobby lift i presume it is if you sign up for wellness then there is access. Level 5 provide the best view of sea in distance, and some parts of city. Level 3 room i was checked in, only see the forest trees surrounding us. Level 5 room non carpeted also have a step up from entrance (toilet bathroom) to living area itself, one must be careful to look down and clear it. If not a nasty fall may occur. Level 3 is normal rooms (some parts carpeted) with no such hazard We slept soundly through the night with 3 pillows each (1 hard and 1 soft standard, we request another set). There was not much outside sound we could hear. Aircon was ok except the one in suite. Great customer service We had breakfast at the hotel and saw a Korean man (wearing chef uniform) serving us whom we thought was sous chef but he turns out to the GM Kang of hotel to our surprise. He was so personal and humble, and ask us how was our food and if there was any feedback (if any) during our stay. We mentioned that we were thinking of dinner (due to coming birthday) at hotel and he had passed word of our intent (with some menu change since we don't take beef) to manager in charge. We were touched by how humble GM served us and the other guest (not because they were short of wait staff). We also witness he personally brought ice lemon tea (due to hot weather outside) to workmen who were fixing the roof of lobby porch ceiling. If you thought GM was for show only, he was there again the next morning waiting at tables and asking for feedback, that is how personal he gets with all guests. Because of how he made us feel at home, we definitely will be back at We hotel next we are back in Jeju. Food - Breakfast was delicious, however it caters more to Korean with spread of rice, kimchi and some western spread (sausages, french fries, bacon, etc). There is a egg station manned by chef and manned pho station for beef noodle soup. Dinner was nice too with salmon tasty and juicy and fresh, befit a 5 star hotel. I was even delighted they had English breakfast tea, which had been elusive through out jeju, as koreans don't take it.

The hotel is nestled in a beautiful forest. The lobby is very nice, but the rooms are a bit outdated and could use a renovation, as well as a deeper cleaning of the bathrooms. The schedule of activities could be better organized, especially in relation to breakfast. I took part in the forest activity, which I really enjoyed, and I had purchased breakfast, but there wasn't much time to enjoy it. What a pity.

Our stay at WE hotel exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived to the hotel till we checked ou (we stayed in Jeju for 5 days), we had a relaxing and wonderful stay. The room is very clean and spacious, we had great view from the hotel room and beautiful sunsets. The hotel property and gardens were beautiful to walk around in spring. The staff was extremely helpful (Concierge Manager Tak was exceptional) and made sure our stay was enjoyable. We tried Aqua Calming and Singing Crystal Bowl meditation and really enjoyed. Definitely recommend renting a car for your stay in Jeju, you get to enjoy Jeju better. We will definitely choose to go back to WE hitel when we vusit Jeju again - CV, Canada
