The café We the North is an interesting concept that I definitely appreciate – a place like this is a refreshing addition to Tenerife. Overall, I had a positive experience, but I see a few areas with room for improvement.
1. Menu and Service
The menu is quite extensive, which unfortunately seems to complicate smooth service. A smaller selection could help improve both the quality and speed of preparation. For example, removing XL drink options could be a step in the right direction. I would also consider replacing the Chemex and V60 with something more practical, such as batch brew from a Moccamaster, which is better suited for this dimensions.
2. Interior and Atmosphere
The café is located on a corner with large windows, offering plenty of natural light and the potential to create a more open space connected to the street. However, the interior could use a light renovation and a more unified style – the current decor feels a bit too eclectic. A minimalist and cohesive visual style would add more elegance and tranquility to the space.
3. Overall Impression
Overall, this café has a great location and a lot of potential. With a few adjustments, whether to the menu or the interior, it could become an even more appealing destination for locals and tourists alike.
I’m looking forward to seeing how this café evolves!
