We The North Specialty Coffee

The coffee was indeed particularly delicious, I recommend it to anyone who likes to experiment with extra specialty coffees. We also ordered a toast, which turned out to be a big mistake, unfortunately it was inedible, not at all what we expected. The toast was cold and made with very poor quality ingredients.

The café We the North is an interesting concept that I definitely appreciate – a place like this is a refreshing addition to Tenerife. Overall, I had a positive experience, but I see a few areas with room for improvement. 1. Menu and Service The menu is quite extensive, which unfortunately seems to complicate smooth service. A smaller selection could help improve both the quality and speed of preparation. For example, removing XL drink options could be a step in the right direction. I would also consider replacing the Chemex and V60 with something more practical, such as batch brew from a Moccamaster, which is better suited for this dimensions. 2. Interior and Atmosphere The café is located on a corner with large windows, offering plenty of natural light and the potential to create a more open space connected to the street. However, the interior could use a light renovation and a more unified style – the current decor feels a bit too eclectic. A minimalist and cohesive visual style would add more elegance and tranquility to the space. 3. Overall Impression Overall, this café has a great location and a lot of potential. With a few adjustments, whether to the menu or the interior, it could become an even more appealing destination for locals and tourists alike. I’m looking forward to seeing how this café evolves!

Beautiful cafe, with a very quick wifi & plugs for working on your laptop. Love that there are vegan milk options, and their turmeric latte is highly recommended, although the cup size of drinks is smaller than in a usual cafe.

Flat white is bad Chemex is good Cleanliness is 7/10 Service is good and pollite, but sometimes forget about some requests.

After our first visit, we weren't really convinced and gave the café shop a second chance. This was a good decision! We are now regular customers here and look forward to a delicious cake and coffee every time we are in La Laguna. The vegan options are just amazing! The cold brew with orange is to die for. Absolutely recommended!

Coffee shop right next to the old town. The coffee itself was amazing, and 5 stars worthy. I was impressed by the beans offering and quality of both their V60 and Americanos. By far the best coffee we had on the island. The shop itself is unfortunately not the coziest but the coffee makes up for it. A bit on the expensive side compared to mainland Europe. Didn’t try the food.

Finally I get to place when I can drink perfect cup of coffee. Panamanian Geisha is for me best of the best coffee’s on the world. Barista, perfect professional gentleman make us in V60 drip. He nailed. Thank you Frank.
