Don’t trust their online store. I ordered a had for my father this past November. Come December 14 I reach out asking what the status is, and they acknowledged they dropped the ball and didn’t process my order. They finally sent it and it arrived today (12/22/25) and it’s the WRONG HAT!! So they forget to ship, and when they do, they ship the wrong product. I’ve been trying for 2 hours to get on the phone with a human, but I have had zero luck. So let me repeat, DO NOT order online - you might now get it and it very well might be the wrong product.
