DO NOT BUY.. I purchased my mom a coat for Christmas. Upon opening it, she found the zipper to be broken. i reached out to the company on December 27th no response. I continued calling and emailing weekly until they finally showed up to work on January 16th !!! They then told me I missed the return window! You will get zero product support from them.. from my perspective. It seems they sell defective clothing and ignore you until after the return period. Please proceed carefully. This was not an inexpensive coat, either.

My wife purchased an Avoca blanket from Weavers of Ireland. The employees were very polite; they handled the shipping back to Alaska and tax paperwork for us. I highly recommend visiting Weavers of Ireland while you're in Killarney.

Don't get fooled by their supposedly "Free worldwide express shipping offer". It's a scam. They further state that you pay only for the first item send and all others are free shipping. But the thing is: I ordered 2 hats and a shirt and they were all sent in the same package !! So you pay full price for shipping no matter what. I paid more than 50 canadian $ for this small and almost no weight shipping. Beware...

Bought a sheepskin in the Glengarriff store. When I for home and washed, following the instructions, it fell apart. At first customer service was was good and they agreed to replace, however it never arrived and now, no matter how much u contact using email, form on website they have ignored me. No response in over 2 months!
