THE MOST VARIETY of Gluten Free foods anywhere, period! Fresh baked GF bread, pastries, snacks, ALL the sushi and sauces are GF. Five isles of multiple GF options. Heaven for sure. Not to mention all the fresh proteins, fruits and vegetables. I used to think the prices were high, especially GF items, and now Wegmans is the same if not the best around for value, quality and freshness. I recommend highly ESPECIALLY for GF options, if I had not said that before. 5 Stars

Love my Weggies!!! Their store brand is the best (except for the potato salad. For real. Never get it). We love their quality products and selection. Fun rooster and train for the kiddos. Best grocery store cakes around - its worth paying the little bit extra. You should be shopping here if you arent!

Absolutely the best grocery store in the area. Fresh produce, plenty of staff to help, and great selections. Don’t overlook the store brands….sometimes healthier than the name brands. Great customer service, to the point that you can tell the difference. The employees are glad to be there, or at least give the impression they are, which DOES make a difference in the shopping experience!!! Kudos to Wegmans Employees!!!!! Keep it up, you’re AWESOME!!!

So many choices!! The prices were high which is why I didn’t give five stars. The prepared food was delicious. My favorite is the fresh breads and bakery department.

Still in awe of this grocery store It's like a Disney World of food! Each section looks attractive and is full of fresh and delicious options! Friendly staff & very clean. Love this store! The butcher area has old school butcher shop vibes and one of the employees there named Tyler has been a great help in getting me and my family very fresh beef and explaining the different options. Wegmans in Northborough is truly a cut above the rest!

Very nice store with a lot of selection. The produce is always fresh and in good condition, and the prices are fair. The store has a restaurant inside, and I think the food there is good.

I used to meet a friend here for lunch, then shop in the stores nearby. The food court prices were unattainable. It was $9 for half a sandwich. We ended up each getting a $7 cup of soup and slurped it sadly. This good court has always been higher priced than other grocery stores. But the quality is better. But now we are priced out and won’t be returning. Maybe have some specials or something for the common folk?

You really need to be more clear on your holiday hours and I know im not the only one because driving all the way here just to have your store be closed and there was at least 20 other cars coming to check too saying your open on Thanksgiving day just because you close at 12am the night before is ridiculous. Every other store i look up says they will reopen Fri but yours says its open on Thursday when really your not.
