The restaurant is cozy and warm. The staff are welcoming and smiling. They brew their own beer and it's amazing, you can only taste it there. The food is good and tasty, all fresh and local.

Google
Excellent food . Also enjoyed salad with mushrooms and mautouchen soup . Excellent helles. Wheat beer was not so good (tasted a bit sour)

We stayed there for 2 nights and was perfect !! The restaurant and the hotel was super ! I suggest to make reservation for the restaurant cuz it’s always busy! The food was nice and served enough, the staff was attentive and very friendly, the beer was delicious and you can buy the glass to take home ( I Did) . The Hotel was super clean , cozy and very silent at night, the breakfast was very nice and sorted, and they always ask if you need something . I strong recommend the place .

I come here quite often and the reason for this is simple.... Beer that is brewed here in the restaurant. It's not just a beer - it's a very tasty beer. But everything else is mediocre, and in this city you can find many other worthy establishments where food is prepared much tastier, and the atmosphere is more interesting. Well, since I'm evaluating a beer establishment here, I give the beer establishment a five for beer.

Google
Amazing value for money and authentic food you wouldn’t expect in such a touristic town. The beer was delicious and my schnitzel crispy outside and tender inside as I like it . If you add friendly waiters (very rare in Germany where 90% of the time service sucks), this place is a gem for eating and spend a great time.

Google
Nice restaurant in the city center of this beautiful village. Very big location with 2 floors. Ideal for small and big groups and it's even possible to share the table with other people, but this is quite common in Germany. Portions are huge, better to share or to order just a main course with nothing else. Prices are really good.

Great authentic food and friendly staff. Saw their rating on Google. They were packed and you do need reservations at least for Saturday night. However you can eat at the bar which was even more fun as bar staff and waiters were very friendly. Salad was remarkably fresh and diverse. We both had Franconian beef which was slightly sour and yummy. The spatzle which I normally dislike was cooked well and very good with the beef sauce. Finally I couldn’t believe how reasonable our bill was. Definitely worth the visit

Google
Brilliant little pub that brews its own beer. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was very friendly, as were the people working there. Got chatting to some locals and ended up helping them build a Jägermeister Tower with the little bottles they're served in, very enjoyable but a little punishing the day after! : / Would definitely recommend!

Yelp
Made in house great beer! Good & timely Service! Great prices! Good portions! Clean! Menu in English! So all of that leads to a 5 star! Oh also it's organic But the only thing I disliked was the waitress didn't ask how I would like my meat cooked but I can tolerate medium so it's fine, I just wish I could have had them medium rare! Also some of the best bacon I have ever had! Cheers!

Yelp
Very good beer. Try the helles, it's on point. The food is your typical German/Swabian fare and they don't disappoint. If you can, come early or call ahead and make a reservation, they fill up fast.

Yelp
We walk in and they greet us in German and English... just enough that we understand and just enough that it feels authentic. There is a German menu and an English menu. The beer is brewed in house and you can see the copper tanks and pipes that lead to the draught. We first ordered our beer-- the hefeweizen and the lager. Both were awesome! (And I'm not a big beer person) The waitress is has great recommendations for the food. We got the pancake soup, which she recommended. The broth had a delicious light meaty broth taste and the pancakes were thin sliced crepe-like pancakes. The parsley sprinkled on it just completed the delicious homey flavor. Our meals came with a salad, which had beets and sauerkraut under the greens! I ordered the Swabian schnitzel with spaetzle and it was the best! I ended up not using a lot of the gravy because I like the crunchy crust on the schnitzel too much. Perfectly seasoned! My husband got the 3 grilled meats--rump steak (cooked medium rare without us even asking!), turkey, pork chop, which came with a thick slice of crispy bacon and the most heavenly fried potatoes I had ever tasted (fried in bacon grease... and maybe some garlic). The potatoes were the best!!! This place is awesome and had so many German-speaking people in it! It felt authentic.

Yelp
This is the best authentic German food around. There is leberkase, bratwurst, and spetzle. They make the beer on campus and there is wine and other beer too. Great for children and pets are allowed. You will always find a spot, the is an upstairs as well.

Yelp
Place was great. It's a local hangout. Everyone knows each other. Staff was friendly. Food was very good. They brew their own beer. If you only speak English, they only have one waitress that speaks English. - Great place for Local German food and beer.

Yelp
This is my absolute favorite restaurant in all of deuchland , the food is amazing and the beer! OMG this is the best beer I have ever had in my life. it is flavorful, smooth and has no bitter after taste. even my son who hates beer loved this beer.

Yelp
This was a wonderful find in a quaint and cute town. The service was very helpful and friendly as we did not speak any German. I had the grilled cheese and pineapple sandwhich, my husband had the brat and sauerkraut, my friend had the roast, and other friend had the trio cuts (turkey, steak, and pork). We all left with happy plates. I would have gone back for more if we would have stayed in Dinkelsbuhl longer. I highly recommend the roast.

Yelp
Slightly off the main streets of Dinkelsbul this place has great beer and food. Unfortunately, I ordered a regional dish that I was not crazy about (sausages in a vinegar and onion broth with bread). Everyone else I was with really enjoyed their food.

Yelp
This was our favorite meal in Germany, other than the Augustiner in Munich. What a find! It was small, quaint, and they spoke just enough English to understand our broken German. The food was so good, and very hearty. The pork loin, and medallions were fantastic. Reasonable prices, beers flowing - what a great spot!

Yelp
Sehr tolles Brauhaus. Sehr gutes Essen und Bier. Einen sehr informativen Vortrag über den Vorgang des Bierbrauens vom Vater der Wirtin und Braumeisterin gehört. Absolut einen Besuch wert! ** A very good private Brewerie. Fantastic food and beer. We had a good speech on "how to make a good beer in Germany" You will miss a good event, if you don't visit this place!
