I would like to thank Hakim, the receptionist who has an excellent customer service skills. He explained everything in great details with warm smile and hospitality.|Overall experience was good. The only things there is no complementary tooth brush with paste as in the other hotels. Hope it can be considered.||The cleanliness is very good and bed is comfy.|Breakfast was ok. It would be nice if different types of cheese and more vegetables could be add. ||Location is good connected with shopping mall. ||Thank you

Truly exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, precisely what you want in a city-center hotel. Being able to step out and immediately be at Ipoh Parade was a huge plus, making my trip so much more convenient. Inside, my room was exactly what I needed cozy, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast was a definite highlight, with a great selection of tasty options to start the day. Most importantly, the service was exceptional. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful, making my entire stay a smooth and enjoyable one. This hotel ticks all the boxes!

1. The room was clean and well-kept. 2. Check-in was smooth and fast. 3. The parking system was quite inconvenient — guests need to insert the card twice, and the parking area was poorly lit and very quiet. There were also many water puddles, indicating a lack of maintenance. 4. The gym was decent. However, when I took the lift to level 6, the entire floor was very dark with no lights turned on. Management should ensure the lights are functioning to make it easier for guests to access the gym. As a first-timer, it was quite a bad experience. 5. Breakfast was average in my opinion. There’s definitely room for improvement in terms of the food quality and variety.

Celebrated my anniversary here, Weil Hotel delivered more than my expectations right from checking in. Location is right next to a mall. Room was very clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable too. Breakfast was good, there is a special touch to provide complimentary supper of congee and sweet soup. There is also Netflix and Youtube on its TV for earlier nights in the room. Only comment is that the washroom flush strength is a little weak for my room. Absolutely left a last impression of Ipoh as a first time visitor. I will highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when I visit again.

Overall, my recent stay at your hotel had some truly delightful aspects, alongside an area where I believe there's significant room for improvement.The ambience of the rooms was absolutely lovely. I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and comfort they provided. A particular highlight for me was the bath gel – the white tea and camellia scent was so captivating that I actually purchased it to use at home! It's rare to find such a memorable amenity.However, I was not very keen on the front counter service. I found it to be too cold and not particularly friendly or welcoming. The interaction felt impersonal, and I believe that the initial impression at the front desk is crucial for guests to feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive.I would strongly suggest improvising your front counter service. By fostering a warmer and more approachable demeanor, your staff can ensure that guests feel genuinely welcome and comfortable from the very start of their hotel experience.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. The cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities was superb — everything was well-maintained, tidy, and comfortable, which truly made the stay relaxing and pleasant. The service from the front desk and housekeeping teams was commendable — courteous and efficient. The location is also strategic, with easy access to shopping and local attractions. However, there is room for improvement in the breakfast service. The variety and taste of the food could be enhanced to better match the otherwise high standards of the hotel. Additionally, during peak breakfast hours, there was a significant wait — nearly 30 minutes — due to limited staff clearing tables after guests left. Increasing the number of staff during busy hours could help improve turnover and reduce waiting time for guests.

We arrive at the Hotel at 5.15pm. We check in 6person that is 3 Twin Room. They gave us 7th & 8 floor they could not put us on the same floor as they were running full house. Check in the rooms were very clean and spacious do was the bathroom. The bathroom lights were not bright enough hope they could do something about it. There was coffee, Tea and mineral water and they offer free snacks comes with coffee and tea. Breakfast spread was great they have full spread of breakfast. In the night they also offer on the house supper from 11pm to Midnight. Fresh Soyabean Milk with porridge and dessert and also Coffee or Tea. We are very happy with our stay the staff they very helpful and friendly and warm. We will come back again soon to Ipoh.

Have been coming to this hotel since 2015 every other year. Staff are very pleasant and the amenities excellent. Yhe rooms are spacious and well provided. Access to Ipoh Parade Mall next door through a connecting corridor provides that most needs are catered for. We keep coming back, so it must have something going for it. The restaurant has a good choice of food and the breakfasts well supplied with a wide selection of food. Make sure you book breakfast with your room.

Great service! Our friends needed a bath mat and the hotel went to buy one and sent it to their room within 30 minutes. That's what I call good service. Ambience is nice. Most importantly to me, the beds are good. No sinking beds. Maybe because it is a relatively new hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. You won't regret it.

New nice and modern hotel in Ipoh! I was here for a wedding and because it's new, I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel! The hotel rooms are fairly well equipped as well so that's great. We had our wedding after party by the infinity pool, it was really nice except their last order was 12am which was a bit of boohoo. Giving it a 4 star because service was not quite there. I wanted to request for a late check out, I called concierge so I asked the lady to transfer me to the reception. She just cut me off. My toilet doesn't flush, and I could hear my neighbors talk through the thin wall. Lastly I thought it's kinda cute that they put up a little sign to say all their drinks and food in the room are complimentary, I opened the fridge and found water and two cans of coke. Haha :)

It's a brand new hotel that hasnt officially launched as they are only going to launch in September. Since it was pre launch, there was a discount for the room. The normal room has a bathtub so that's good. They also have an infinity pool with a bar by the pool side. Their breakfast is pretty good for a hotel and they actually use good coffee. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the town as well. The hotel design is very modern and classy, suitable for business trips. Although it is just a 4 star hotel, it feels like a 5 star hotel with the quality of service they provide. When asked for cab service, the staff was more than happy to assist with finding a cab for me.

We stayed at the Weil in 2017 for multiple nights, it was fantastic. We came back to Ipoh this year and hoped for the same. Sadly things have changed. It appears very little upkeep has been done. Paint needing to be touched up in the hallways. Noted holes in carpeting such as in our room tonight (1030 room number) and just general wear throughout. The restaurant in 2017 was fantastic, now after our first night we skip it and go out for breakfast even though it is included. I really hope the management works on improving and keeping the site up to date but I don't see much hope in it. Instead, I figure we will be staying elsewhere on our next visit. Look elsewhere.
