WEIL Hotel

We were a group of 11. From reservations (thank you, Alvin Lee!) a few months ago to check-in and check-out (thank you, Hakim!), the experience was smooth and comfortable. The hotel crew were welcoming and courteous, and made the stay pleasant. Weil Hotel has an extensive breakfast buffet and even serve a small supper from 11pm to midnight (great for those who didn't eat enough during the day 😆). Worth another visit even if it's just to stay at the hotel to enjoy the rooftop views, garden and infinity pool.

There were about 20 of us booked into your hotel to attend a family member’s wedding on the Rooftop followed by the wedding reception in your ballroom. Rooms were very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was extensive with lots of variety. The service was outstanding especially at the buffet breakfast. Mathy was exceptional, ensuring that we were looked after and could not do enough for us. Also Lee was extremely helpful sending food up to the room of my elderly uncle and aunt! Our stay was amazing and I highly recommend Weil Hotel .

Great hotel in Ipoh! They serve complimentary buffet style supper with soya milk, porridge. Room is nice with smart TV so my kids love it as they spent their time on YouTube while I’m having my own time in bathtub. It is connected to Ipoh Parade so it is great for shopping and meals.. Just 10mins away from the airport

WEIL Hotel offers an excellent location, just a short distance from many popular food spots in Ipoh. The entrance feels grand, and being directly connected to Ipoh Parade makes it convenient for some quick shopping. We stayed on the 12th floor, which is the highest level, and enjoyed a great view of the surrounding Ipoh mountains. The rooms are spacious, clean, and come with a bathtub that the kids loved. The TV connects to YouTube easily, which is a nice touch. The gym is simple and sufficient, though it doesn’t offer much of a view. In contrast, the rooftop swimming pool is fantastic—an infinity pool with a beautiful panoramic view of the city. One thing I really appreciate about the hotel is how well it takes care of its guests. They offer complimentary cocktails from 5pm to 7pm, along with snacks like fruits, cakes, and sandwiches. There’s even a supper session from 11pm to 12am. Breakfast was quite good too—pretty standard but with a great variety. Parking was a bit confusing at first because it’s linked to the mall. You need to take a card and insert it twice to pass two gantries before reaching the hotel’s carpark. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and travelers looking for convenience and comfort.

Weil Hotel Ipoh offers a very pleasant and comfortable stay from start to finish. Check-in was friendly and efficient, setting a great first impression. The concierge was helpful, and the doorman was courteous and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and the rooms are comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities. A nice touch was the complimentary minibar and snacks in the room. Complimentary supper and buffet breakfast were also provided, which added great value to the overall experience. The location is excellent right in town and directly connected to Ipoh Parade Mall, making it very convenient. Free hotel parking is also available, which is a big plus. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and definitely calls for a return visit, ideally a longer one to fully take in the sights of Ipoh. Installing the hotel’s app also gives access to additional discounts and perks, which is worth doing.

Me and my wife recently stayed at Weil Hotel to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel atmosphere was super nice, cozy, and perfect for a special occasion.We were pleasantly surprised when the team prepared a complimentary swan towel decoration in our room — such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay feel even more meaningful. The amenities were excellent too: the room was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable for both of us.The food throughout our stay was delicious, and the hotel even provided a complimentary supper, which we truly appreciated. Another plus point is that the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, making it extremely convenient for us to walk around and explore without needing to drive.Overall, Weil Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Thank you for making our anniversary stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Held a 2 days meeting in the hotel with accommodation. The room and toilet are spacious. Location is good as it is just beside a shopping mall. The food served during the tea break is nice, similarly to the breakfast which has a range of variety. There are also great local food selection within walking distance from the hotel. And it is within a 15 mins drive to the airport.

I recently stayed at Weil Hotel Ipoh and the experience was superb from start to finish. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast with wide selection, fresh items, and everything tasted great. Another pleasant surprise was the late-night supper porridge served at 11pm, which was such a thoughtful touch and really added to the overall experience.If there’s one minor downside, it’s the parking arrangement, where guests need to park at Level 4 of the mall. It can be a bit inconvenient, but honestly, this is the only small con I found.Overall, everything else was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ipoh!

Great service! Our friends needed a bath mat and the hotel went to buy one and sent it to their room within 30 minutes. That's what I call good service. Ambience is nice. Most importantly to me, the beds are good. No sinking beds. Maybe because it is a relatively new hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. You won't regret it.

New nice and modern hotel in Ipoh! I was here for a wedding and because it's new, I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel! The hotel rooms are fairly well equipped as well so that's great. We had our wedding after party by the infinity pool, it was really nice except their last order was 12am which was a bit of boohoo. Giving it a 4 star because service was not quite there. I wanted to request for a late check out, I called concierge so I asked the lady to transfer me to the reception. She just cut me off. My toilet doesn't flush, and I could hear my neighbors talk through the thin wall. Lastly I thought it's kinda cute that they put up a little sign to say all their drinks and food in the room are complimentary, I opened the fridge and found water and two cans of coke. Haha :)

It's a brand new hotel that hasnt officially launched as they are only going to launch in September. Since it was pre launch, there was a discount for the room. The normal room has a bathtub so that's good. They also have an infinity pool with a bar by the pool side. Their breakfast is pretty good for a hotel and they actually use good coffee. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the town as well. The hotel design is very modern and classy, suitable for business trips. Although it is just a 4 star hotel, it feels like a 5 star hotel with the quality of service they provide. When asked for cab service, the staff was more than happy to assist with finding a cab for me.

We stayed at the Weil in 2017 for multiple nights, it was fantastic. We came back to Ipoh this year and hoped for the same. Sadly things have changed. It appears very little upkeep has been done. Paint needing to be touched up in the hallways. Noted holes in carpeting such as in our room tonight (1030 room number) and just general wear throughout. The restaurant in 2017 was fantastic, now after our first night we skip it and go out for breakfast even though it is included. I really hope the management works on improving and keeping the site up to date but I don't see much hope in it. Instead, I figure we will be staying elsewhere on our next visit. Look elsewhere.
