Our family of eight had a wonderful one-night stay at this fantastic hotel in Ipoh. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and excellent service. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, offering great comfort after a long day of exploring. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed breakfast buffet. The location was convenient, making it easy for us to explore the city. Every detail of our stay was well taken care of, and we truly appreciated the high standards of service. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ipoh. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

One of the top hotels in Ipoh. Quite a big hotel, with 13 floors (including a bar and infinity pool at the rooftop). The twin room is a comfortable size for 2. All amenities provided, including complimentary snacks and 2 canned drinks in the mini bar. They've also installed a filter tap beside the basin in the bathroom that provided free flow drinking water. There's also a hot water dispenser provided at the lobby. The rooftop pool is a fair size and you get a lovely sunset view too. It's also accessed controlled by room card, ensuring exclusivity for in-house guests. There's also a gym but I didn't check it out.I love the creative Christmas tree in the lobby that had little towel animals, a running train and hand written greetings. The hotel is also connected to Ipoh Parade mall, providing great convenience.The hotel stay came with complimentary breakfast buffet from 6.30am to 10.30am and supper from 11pm to 2am! Breakfast is common but Supper is pretty innovative. Though the spread is limited to 1 savoury and 1 sweet item, the idea itself was a feel-good worthy thought. The breakfast spread is rather standard but quality is so so, I did enjoy the Nasi Lemak station and Chee Cheong Fun.

This hotel is really great! The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The view from the window is also beautiful, making the stay even more enjoyable.The location is excellent—it’s right next to a shopping mall, so you can easily walk over to shop or grab anything you need. Plus, it’s close to the city center, making it very convenient to visit tourist attractions and try local street food without traveling too far.Another plus is that the hotel offers free parking for guests, which is really convenient. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back next time!

Check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable & well-equipped. The hotel is conveniently connected to a large shopping mall, ensuring there’s always something to do. I enjoyed a relaxing evening at the rooftop lounge, where a live duet performance added to the ambiance. My nephew and I had a fantastic time at the infinity pool. Overall, a wonderful stay at Weil Hotel.

A very nice Business Hotel with a modern look. Rooms are professional, clean and elegant. They have a big shower area with nice clean bathtub. They have Christmas buffet with Live Band and the spread plus its quality meets it's 5-star rating covering Turkey (dry), meat loafs, beef, satay, seafood and desserts. They have healthy supper for weary travellers who check in late, another plus point. Breakfast, some food lacks tastes but the average spread somehow made up for it. The Manager of the restaurant provides tip top service hence is one of the stars for the hotel. Parking is shared with the mall but there is a section inside that is closer to the hotel.

Our regular hotel whenever we visit Ipoh. We like the convenient location as the hotel is directly connected to the shopping mall Ipoh Parade. The rooms are spacious and clean with adequate amenities. An in-room water filter dispenser is provided for you to refill the water jugs whenever needed. The breakfast spread provided is amazing! I particularly like the nasi lemak. This time around, supper between 11pm to 12mn was provided too. We would definitely go back to stay again.

The hotel design is clean, sleek and neat. Wonderful stay. Walkable distances to food streets.. Its connected right next to a shopping mall which is perfect for rainy weather plans.The best touch was the complimentary supper by the hotel every night. Oh, and the roof top area is so comfortable with good views. We enjoyed ourselves so much!

I've Been There For 2 Days 1 Night (Attend Work Seminar). The Staff There Are Very Helpful & Friendly. My Favorite Place In This Hotel Is Inside The Hallway Between The Elevator To The Rooms, The Carpet Very Soft & The Environment @ Vibe Feel Like You Going To Watch Cinema. The Foods Are Delicious. I Definitely Will Visit Again In Future. Please Take Care Of The Staff Hotels As They Are Your Assets. Overall Great Experience Although It Was A Short Stay.

Great service! Our friends needed a bath mat and the hotel went to buy one and sent it to their room within 30 minutes. That's what I call good service. Ambience is nice. Most importantly to me, the beds are good. No sinking beds. Maybe because it is a relatively new hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. You won't regret it.

New nice and modern hotel in Ipoh! I was here for a wedding and because it's new, I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel! The hotel rooms are fairly well equipped as well so that's great. We had our wedding after party by the infinity pool, it was really nice except their last order was 12am which was a bit of boohoo. Giving it a 4 star because service was not quite there. I wanted to request for a late check out, I called concierge so I asked the lady to transfer me to the reception. She just cut me off. My toilet doesn't flush, and I could hear my neighbors talk through the thin wall. Lastly I thought it's kinda cute that they put up a little sign to say all their drinks and food in the room are complimentary, I opened the fridge and found water and two cans of coke. Haha :)

It's a brand new hotel that hasnt officially launched as they are only going to launch in September. Since it was pre launch, there was a discount for the room. The normal room has a bathtub so that's good. They also have an infinity pool with a bar by the pool side. Their breakfast is pretty good for a hotel and they actually use good coffee. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the town as well. The hotel design is very modern and classy, suitable for business trips. Although it is just a 4 star hotel, it feels like a 5 star hotel with the quality of service they provide. When asked for cab service, the staff was more than happy to assist with finding a cab for me.

We stayed at the Weil in 2017 for multiple nights, it was fantastic. We came back to Ipoh this year and hoped for the same. Sadly things have changed. It appears very little upkeep has been done. Paint needing to be touched up in the hallways. Noted holes in carpeting such as in our room tonight (1030 room number) and just general wear throughout. The restaurant in 2017 was fantastic, now after our first night we skip it and go out for breakfast even though it is included. I really hope the management works on improving and keeping the site up to date but I don't see much hope in it. Instead, I figure we will be staying elsewhere on our next visit. Look elsewhere.
