Weill Cornell Internal Medicine at 211 East 80th Street

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Barbara Strong. She was patient, present, and attentive in providing context and guidance and answering my questions.

The front desk and check in system are chaos here. And indeed very rude people are managing the show here.

Receptionist refused to help me get an urgent imaging appointment. I was instructed by my pcp to ask them to call it for me. Instead of clarifying with the dr. or simply calling, I was told off. I left crying, 8 months pregnant.

Were not accommodating of the fact that I had a time issue

What is going on with this confounding door?! Someone should do something about it!
