Fantastic cellar door with excellent examples of German riesling ranging from dry through to sweet. Tasted 4 wines, all delicious. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Easy 30-40 minute drive from Frankfurt.

Amazing selection to taste in the vinothek! We could walk in without giving notice before hand. Tasted over ten differente Rieslings and saw the amazing cellar. Really friendly staff who told us all about the Weingut

Bad experience. The gardens were beautiful as was the interior, however the older man who worked there was incredibly rude and made us feel very unwelcome, as if we were a burden for wanting to try his wine. We decided not to give this place our money, and went to another place up the road. Would not recommend, maybe buy the wine online but don’t bother visiting the Vinotek.

Unfriendly service in the Vinothek, I didn't feel welcome. Could also not find out, why you would pay so much more for this brand. But after this experience I don't need to buy this wine.

Nice place and very good wine.

Went here on one of our last days in Germany. We showed up and were told the gentleman only had 30 minutes as he was leaving but would do a tasting with us. He ended up not only spending over an hour with us, but allowed us to try more wines than we had originally thought we could. He taught us about the process and why the wines taste the way they do. To say this is the best wine tasting experience of my life would be an understatement, and the wine is also the best I’ve ever had. Be aware that the wine definitely is not cheap, but after tasting the quality and seeing the love and effort this winery puts into their product, it is abundantly clear as to why the price tag is what it is. If you are looking to do a high quality wine tasting, look no further than here.

Lovely vineyard! The gardens are amazing and if you are going with kids it is highly recommended. The wines are very interesting and very nice! The guy who helped us and explained the wines was very friendly and it's nice to see that he has a lot of knowledge 😊 we will definitely recommend it!

The wine is delicious! The garden is luscious. The property is beautiful. I only wish we had known that it is set up for picnics and garden dwelling. Next time we come with a spread of bread and cheese and buy a bottle of bubbles to enjoy. Perfect spot for a romantic wine tasting date:)
