A Truly Perfect Stay – Luxury at Its Finest We had the great pleasure of spending a few days at this outstanding WEISSENHAUS Privat Nature Luxury Resort , and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the professional, attentive service remained consistent throughout our stay. You can truly feel that hospitality is a top priority here. Our Schlosszimmer room in level 2 was spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably clean. I was especially impressed by the balcony view – a breathtaking panorama that we won’t soon forget. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the bathroom was flawless – top-quality materials, and a rain shower that was simply a dream. The breakfast buffet was a real highlight – fresh, diverse, and featuring both regional and international options. The 2 Michelin Star restaurant „Courtier“ also deserves a special mention: world-class cuisine combined with exceptional service that was both discreet and attentive. Also the WEISSENHAUS Bootshaus is definitely worth a visit. The awarded wellness area was beautifully designed and well-maintained – the perfect place to unwind. Sauna, steam room, pool, and relaxation zones were never crowded and always spotless. Final verdict: This hotel sets a new standard in comfort, service and quality. Pure quiet luxury! I can wholeheartedly recommend it and am already looking forward to my next stay.

There is so much to praise at Weissenhaus but sadly our experience was so poor at the end that I cannot recommend to stay here and will definitely not be returning.||The grounds themselves were stunning and beautifully kept. Our room was nice and the late breakfasts (until 12) are a nice touch that many guests took advantage of.||I can highly recommend Ariane from yoga and really enjoyed the classes. We used the private cinema and that was a real treat. We also hired e bikes which were really good.||So why did we not enjoy our stay? I think we are well travelled and stayed in many 5 star resorts around the world . Weissenhaus did not compare nor meet our expectations. The service is very friendly but sadly just not up to par for a luxury resort of this nature. Dirty plates left to pile up on the table at breakfast, a requested larger robe in the room that never materialised, drinks not delivered at Das Boothaus after ordering and even after waiting over 30 mins , no apology when finally brought to the table. Little things but they are disappointing seeing the resort was far from full.||The final straw came when we booked massages at 2pm on our last day. We had stayed 3 nights but decided the last day would be good to use the spa as the weather was not so good. We checked out at 12pm. This was already a very poor check out process and not even asked how we found our stay. We informed them we were going to the spa as we had massages booked at 2pm. They told us we had to leave the spa by 2pm. We repeated they had taken our booking and off we went. I just want to say I find it very odd to limit the use of the facilities in this way to begin with. Guests often carry on to use facilities in resorts after check out due to travel plans and again we have NEVER been told this before. ||What transpired next is worse. We had our massages and then went to use a pool ar about 3.20pm. A member of staff then came up to us and directly in front of a guest told us we had to leave . My husband said we leaving in less than an hour and she responded that was not quick enough. So we were kicked out. The spa was not even full. This was so badly handled and was very embarassing. The other guest did not know where to look! If you have silly rules then don't take bookings after the cut off. They were happy to take our money and then kick us out straight after. This was very upsetting and far from ideal for a supposedly relaxing break.||The responses from the Head Of Guest Services and the General Manager were poor and just made us even more convinced we would never return. A shame that Weissenhaus does not understand customer service at any basic level as it could be a truly amazing and special place!

The best hotel based on the: The best location in nature, the friendliest staff, best food, kindest service, greatest facilities and the best views. We loved every minute of our stay. The Weissenhaus Team is amazing and everything was perfect.

I stayed 3 nights at the Weissenhaus Resort and it was everything I expected: beautiful grounds, lovely staff, charming European flair. |The terrace room was large and cozy: I had a separate lounge with TV and stylish armchairs and a room with a very comfortable mattress. I loved my private garden with sun beds. The perfect place to relax. |I had dinner at Boothaus: the food was very good and the service was efficient and very professional. And what a view, especially at sunset ! I had dinner another time at the sushi bar: very tasty and creative makis eaten al fresco.. I even got to see a deer coming out of the woods whilst dining. |Breakfast was served in a separate house: high quality products. I loved the fresh fruit display, the smoothies, the salmon and cheeses.. and of course the bread. And you could order eggs, pancakes, avocado toast at your convenience. ||Thank you to the staff who attended to all my needs. I felt pampered. |The only default I found was the quality of wifi.. it should be improved in some parts of the resort.

À beautiful castle hotel in a beautiful natural setting, in a park and close to the coast. You can enjoy the friendly and personalized service, the excellent food in the 3 restaurants (we tried all 3 and enjoyed all 3 very much), and the nice spa. A small walk brings you to the private beach of the domain, next to a very well preserved natural reserve. Very quiet and relaxing. Problems do not exist here, only solutions. We will be back for sure
