Weisses is a traditional München restaurant. Decor is aligned with the restaurant environment but is still pleasing to the eyes and experience. The food and beer were good as expected. Service was great, our waiter spoke a bit of English, enough to understand that i wanted a taste of the Karmelitan beer, which she brought it 😀. Even after we were done, there was no rush with the bill and to vacate the table. The restaurant is alive later with groups going upstairs and to the back. Note that there were many locals as they were friends with the waiters. Overall, it was a great experience.

Lovely lunch spot for Bavarian classics! We had the pancake soup and the beef goulash with bread dumpling, both comforting and full of flavor. Quick service, nice atmosphere, and perfect for a midday break in Munich.

This was our first time in Munich and I can't recommend this enough if you're interested in a traditional Bavarian experience. I grew up with German classics and it was spot on. Especially recommend the liver dumpling soup, platter of sausages, and potato salad. Everything we tried was amazing. Loud atmosphere (as expected), but was so fantastic.

If you're travelling through Munich and love an authentic dining experience, I can't recommend the venue highly enough. Nestled in the heart of the city, this place offers a truly delightful experience, especially when the sun is shining. On a sunny day, we opted to sit outdoors and what a treat it was! The outdoor seating area is charming, allowing you to soak in the sun whilst enjoying a perfectly chilled beer. It's the ideal spot for those glorious summer days. The food here is great. The staff are some of the friendliest I've encountered. They are attentive and willing to help in numerous languages, including English and German, which makes the dining experience all the more comfortable and welcoming for international visitors. Even if the weather isn't on your side, fear not, as the interior is equally beautiful. The decor and ambience indoors make for a cosy and inviting atmosphere, and the quality of the food and beer remains top-notch inside as well. In summary, whether you're sipping a refreshing beer in the sun or savouring a hearty meal inside, this place is a must-visit for anyone seeking an authentic and thoroughly enjoyable dining experience in Munich.

For an authentic Bavarian experience in Munich, Weisses Bräuhaus im Tal is good option. We got a table in about 5 minutes without a reservation, which was great. It's convenient to pay by card, and they even have an English menu. We did have to ask for cutlery, but it was quickly brought over. The atmosphere is crowded and lively. And yes, their Weissbier is good.

My partner and I went to Weisses Bräuhaus on two different occasions. Once to have a dessert after dinner (we had the apple fritters and the apple strudel), which was really nice. The other time we went was to have the typical Bavarian Breakfast. This was absolutely delicious! We loved the sausages, and the pretzels were the best we have had! The combination of these two was just wow. Definitely go here to experience the traditional Bavarian Breakfast! I went completely traditional and had a berr with breakfast... loved it!

They have great beers and good food! I had the weiss bier for breakfast and boy was it good. The weisswurst sausages are nice too. Not the usual fried kind but this is boiled. Peel the skin off and eat it with some sweet mustard sauce and pretzels. Thats apparently how locals would eat.

The portions are generous, and the sausages are definitely worth trying—solid choice! The pork knuckle served with potato balls was a bit puzzling, though. Desserts are on the sweeter side. But the atmosphere is relaxed, and the staff are warm and friendly.
