Absolutely FANTASTIC! We had the one of the best stays ever at Weisses Rössl-Hotel. What makes this hotel a real gem is the staff. From the front desk at check-in to the morning breakfast staff, everyone was amazing and so friendly. We had a 5th floor room with an outside terrace; it was very spacious and comfortable with a large bath and huge walk-in closet with plenty of luggage storage. We enjoyed the amazing, included breakfast and had an outstanding dinner of traditional Vienna Wiener Schnitzel. I cannot say enough about this lovely hotel, and I highly recommend it. Plus, you can't beat the location.

You couldn’t want for any more. Right in the middle of the Altstadt, a world away from chain hotels, without exception the staff were welcoming, friendly and very efficient. Incredibly quiet at night. Rooms and shared spaces were beautifully decorated in a rustic style. The open terrace was delightful for breakfast and evening meals.

A very nice and quiet place to relax. The prices are quite affordable, especially for Innsbruck, where it’s usually more expensive. They offer a great selection of traditional dishes, all fresh and delicious. Cozy atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. Perfect spot for a peaceful evening.

My husband and I spent two nights here with our golden retriever and we had a magnificent time. The staff are absolutely delightful and Monica was exceptionally lovely and very helpful, along with Maria who greeted us upon arrival and gave Bailey some treats that he enjoyed very much. It felt like we knew everyone already and were friends. The breakfast was amazing, from beautiful fresh breads which I enjoyed with salmon and cheese and wonderful yogurt with seeds, nuts and berries. The porridge was truly delicious and my husband took a liking to eggs and sausages, to start the day. Last night we enjoyed the best blueberry punch I’ve ever had, at the lovely hotel’s bar on ground floor with tables outside. We will defiantly stay again when we return to Innsbruck. This beautiful hotel is situated in the old town, it’s absolutely stunning location brought so much joy|Our room had views of the snowcapped mountains which was fabulous |The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and clean|Restaurant was lovely as was breakfast |But by far the biggest stand out was Monika, she was all over everything!!!|Super helpful, friendly knowledgeable, she made our stay so memorable |Innsbruck itself was an absolute delight and in December a winter wonderland, truly special

If you’re ever in Innsbruck this place is a must. Not only was the service top tier, the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant which was great and we cannot say enough about the breakfast offering.Its also right in the center of the old town. The attention to detail is apparent throughout and it truly made our visit to Innsbruck exceptional!

Went there for dinner following an advice from local colleague. The place was really cosy, waiters helpful and, most importantly, food was really good. The menu offers typical local dishes and that is what we ordered. However, although dishes were widely known they all had a nice touch to it, and were prepared perfectly. Meet we ordered was tender, grilled vegetables crispy, groestl with shrimps really tasty. So, whe we come to Innsbruck we will come here again.

Service used to be really good, unfortunately this seems to have changed. I lived in Innsbruck for a while and we used to come here a lot, now we are here on holidays and of course this place was on our list. We went for dinner and the food was good but we felt that the service is not what it used to be. The next day we decided to go back (just for a drink this time), we got in and asked if they had space for 2 to which we got “yes, sit wherever you feel the most comfortable”. Once in our table we waited 20 minutes to not only be attended but to get a menu to order from. We saw there were 4 staff members around but it felt they had no intention to attend our table nor the ones around us. At one point we decided to stand up and leave the place. This is really unfortunate as the service used to be great. You can get amazing food and wine in a lot of different places in Innsbruck and most of the times the service and the way you are treated is what makes you go back.
