Boutiquehotel Weisses Rössl (Innsbruck, Tyrol) 1 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Arguably the nexus of alpine high culture — pun fully intended — Innsbruck has long been a perennial draw for slope junkies and Tyrolean history buffs alike. That’s particularly true for the pedestrianized old town, where Boutiquehotel Weisses Rössl (“white horse”) preserves the essence of four generations of Plank family hospitality. Though it boasts a 600-plus-year pedigree, the building has been painstakingly transformed into a model of efficiency — solid and sensible, it makes great use of available space, with aged wood and stonework accents supplying the artisan touch throughout. Calm, cool, and collected rooms come thoughtfully appointed in grayscale, with organic textures to let them breathe." - Tablet Hotels

This hotel offered very good value for money. The rooms were clean, modern and tastefully decorated. The staff were very nice, helpful and made us feel welcome in the city. They gave us tips and chatted to us about our vacation. The location is unbeatable with all major sights within a five minute walk. Food was good and the hotel restaurant was very popular among locals. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Insbruck. Thank you!

We didn’t stay in the hotel of Weisses Rössl, but we ate there three times in a row because the food was so good. The first time we went there we had a Kaiserschmarrn and a beer. The Kaiserschmarrn was to die for and the service was impeccable. Relying on the great experience we had on the first time we tried the food we booked a table for dinner for the next day. This time we got to sit upstairs on the rooftop terrace which was lovely during the summer and the time of day we went which was 8 o’clock. Again the food was amazing and the service was quite quick, but our server wasn’t that friendly. We had the Braten with Spätzle and Pilzrahmsauce. Again we ordered the Kaiserschmarrn because it was so good the first time. All in all the balance between price and performance was very fair. The third time we went was for lunch at around two and we had a schnitzel. Again, the service was good and the food was great. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone actually that either lives in Innsbruck or gets to visit this lovely City.

My wife and I stayed here for a few nights and everything about the Weisses Rössl was amazing. The room was perfect - it had a terrace and a ton of space, with a large bathroom and closet. The bed was comfortable as well. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful - when we arrived, the attendant at the front desk was very thorough in options for activities in Innsbruck, and helpful in general. The bar staff were also friendly. Lastly, the restaurant staff were fantastic, along with the breakfast included in the stay. Our waitress remembered our coffee orders every morning. The breakfast had so many easy options, as well as a hot food menu. My wife and I are already talking about the next time we can return and stay here again!

Location is perfect. Bed is very comfortable- quality mattress, pillows and linens . Hotel itself is very pretty with a real Tyrolean feel. Breakfast was wonderful. The only downside is that the bathroom is in the actual room not in a separate room - the shower is right next to the bed. And the sink next to that. At least in my room. That could bother people

Everything about this place is high class. We stayed a few nights and it’s in a prime location. The front desk check in gal was lovely and so knowledgeable and helpful. The buffet breakfast with cooked eggs were top notch and we looked forward to Al fresco dining each morning. Dinner on the sidewalk was 10/10!

A very nice and quiet place to relax. The prices are quite affordable, especially for Innsbruck, where it’s usually more expensive. They offer a great selection of traditional dishes, all fresh and delicious. Cozy atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. Perfect spot for a peaceful evening.

Absolutely FANTASTIC! We had the one of the best stays ever at Weisses Rössl-Hotel. What makes this hotel a real gem is the staff. From the front desk at check-in to the morning breakfast staff, everyone was amazing and so friendly. We had a 5th floor room with an outside terrace; it was very spacious and comfortable with a large bath and huge walk-in closet with plenty of luggage storage. We enjoyed the amazing, included breakfast and had an outstanding dinner of traditional Vienna Wiener Schnitzel. I cannot say enough about this lovely hotel, and I highly recommend it. Plus, you can't beat the location.

Possibly the best overall hotel we’ve ever experienced. The location is perfect, with less than a block to Maria Theresian Strasse, Golden Roof and the heart of Old Town Innsbruck. The hotel is gorgeous, with so much character and attention to detail. The rooms are gorgeously appointed and furnished, and the AC actually worked! The service was exceptional, and the breakfast was delicious and included a made-to-order menu in addition to a small buffet. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It was an unforgettable experience.
