Welcome Guesthouse Edinborg

We used booking.com and received an email prior to arrival with door codes. The guesthouse has rooms on the main floor and a shared dining and living space and kitchen area upstairs. The rooms are on the smaller size but adequate and have a private bathroom. We slept very well with white noise playing. Overall it was cozy and convenient. Recommended for adults not young children.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Check-in is from 4pm to 9pm. If you will have a problem and you won't be on time you will sleep outside. No one will answer to your phone call. At the and we had to book another place (Our Hotels) much cheaper than this bluff.

This place is the absolute worst when it comes to communication. They are meant to send you an email with check in information 24 hours in advance, but they failed to do that. Then the phone number they provide is useless. No one answers. We arrived at the property and continued to call for 45 mins and no answer. Then in one of the buildings they state you can use their phone but there is no phone. I'm glad we didn't come after sun down because being stranded in the dark with terrible reception (only in their lot) would have been awful. First no email, then no response/ communication, terrible cell service, and phone number doesn't work. Overall terrible management.

Reserved a room via Agoda and never received a door code or check-in instructions. No email, nothing to spam. The property was entirely unreachable by phone or email. Even Agoda customer service was unable to reach the property, which is what allowed us ultimately to get a cancellation and full refund.

Stay FAR away from this place!!!! There is no one here to help you and the will no pick up a phone. You cannot access your room… this place is a HORROR SHOW

Room is TOO SMALL. There is no space for two people moving around, not even mentioning other features. There is no table, no chairs, not even space for luggage. Won’t stay again.

Stay away from this horrific place. No one is here to help you, the don’t email you the code to get in… they don’t pick up a phone… We got stranded.. I had to sleep outs side in the rain as there were no room available anywhere… It was a disaster.. HORROR SHOW

Very bad. Highly NOT recommend. The hotel has a lousy policy that check-in is not allowed after 9pm. And the host is unreachable for any assistance needed.
