Welcome Hotel Fort

The room was good but the managers of the hotel are arrogant and hostile. This is least expected from hospitality sector. The managers are not trained and have no manners. They make the customers feel that they are doing favour to them. There is no mobile network inside the hotel and the managers are reluctant to provide wifi connection for more than 1 devices. The hotel administration must provide training to their unprofessional managers if they want to remain in the hospitality sector. In short, no feel good factor in the hotel. Try to avoid the hotel if you want to make your stay pleasant.

When I booked room through Agoda they continuesly asked for make payment through different numbers when I inform them to cancel then they started abuse language. Don't book this hotel they are such big fraud.

One of the best hotel in fort area with decent budget price. Rooms are spacious with minimum ammenities. No restaurant available in property but outside food delivery and grocery is allowed.

Great place to stay near the CSMT. The staff and the manager were extremely helpfull, no matter how many requests I made for food or water or milk, they would happily get it and also would take extra efforts to bring it from outside. All the staff was very helpful and warm. Really happy with the type of room and comfortable stay! I visited with my family and my 3 year old. Absolutely satisfied!

Location is very good however basic amenities are missing while check-in this hotel.its very pricey I believe due to location may be.No kitchen if you want to order you need to ask office boy to get the things carried from near market.

Rooms are quite normal but gives you a homely feel. Room size is big which I loved really. The bad part is they don't have a buffet system.

Location wise 5-7 min walk from CSMT station but the neighborhood is relatively peaceful. You will get some heritage style vibes as the hotel itself is more than 100 years old. Restroom were neat and clean but fixtures are of old age (recommended commode and shower unit replacement). Good for business and budget stay (needs bargain skill).

Unfriendly to couples. Will moral police you. Made my girlfriend feel unsafe. Definitely not recommended for foreigners or tourists.
