Terrible Experience – Avoid if Possible
I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this so-called "hotel." I never received any check-in instructions, nor was I informed that there is no front desk. When I arrived late at night, I was left standing outside in the cold with no idea how to get in. Other guests—who were just as frustrated—told me you’re supposed to receive a code by email or text. I never got anything, and despite calling the hotel multiple times, not a single call was answered. Clearly, customer service is nonexistent and they don’t care about their guests at all.
To make things worse, I learned from another guest that he also never received an email, but was only able to get the code after calling the hotel earlier in the day. That’s not acceptable, especially for people arriving late and tired.
I was exhausted, freezing, and had nowhere to go. I nearly called the police just to get some help. Luckily, my partner managed to find another hotel nearby at the last minute, but we had to pay a much higher price just to have a place to sleep.
This was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. The complete lack of communication, zero support, and utter disregard for guests’ wellbeing is appalling. I strongly recommend staying far away from this place.
