Peter welcomed all guests with an energetic smile and friendly conversation. The freshly renovated rooms are spacious with big comfortable beds, located close to lovely local restaurants and a short walk to shopping centre for all your convenience. I was impressed by how quiet it was, easy to forget you are on a main road and short drive to CBD. Owned locally and run independently it is worth supporting people who genuinely enjoy what they do.

We stayed here due to an emergency situation with my 4 kids under 3. Was given an upstairs room, which is what they had left at the time, was a struggle getting up and down. They saw that this was a struggle, so they let me know when a downstairs room came available, which worked in my favour. Very accommodating for our needs. Rooms were always kept clean, and the housekeeping lady always made sure you've got enough linen and clean towels and bin lineners. Lovely lady. The owner always made sure if you needed anything that your needs were met. I was looking for rentals at the time and didn't have access to a computer/printer. I was able to send application forms via email, and he'd print them for me. Thanks to this being done for me, I was able to secure private rental. So, on behalf of myself and my family, thank you. The service provided was excellent. Close to the park's with BBQ and big oval. Only downfalls like everywhere we go is the smoking area just under the stairs. Perhaps be moved to the street for occupational health and safety of others and air-conditioning intake. They generally stay to themselves.

Whilst the rooms were clean. The motel room was terribly old and need complete demolition. Our mattress had a layer of plastic sheeting underneath the mattress protector presumedly to catch the wee??? that puddles in the sagging mattress. Noisy neighbours gather under the stairs as a smokers speakeasy at all times of the night. This should be rated as a one or two star motel Sorry.

Amazing little gem hidden in plain sight! A little dearer than the other budget hotels but very clean and tidy and comfortable. Only downside was the kids upstairs sounded like they were coming through the roof!

Horrible service. Horrible staff. Showers flood the bathrooms and sometimes the rooms. Half the lights have had bulbs removed. The cleaner touches things that are personal and only partially cleans every few days. Often you are left without a towel and they remove pillows and blankets and some how manage to forget to return them. Often cleaning gloves and dirty cloths are left behind. Large coacroaches call it home. Broken beds on wheels that move around the room. No privacy at all as unless you are there and chain latch your door as they believe they have the right to just walk in. Rude guests are often in and out and if you go more then 2 days without seeing the police then that's a mere mirical. I could go on but it's not worth it

The bed was on wheels, moved every time I sat on it. Mattress' was covered in garbage bags n plastic, not very comfortable to sleep on. Pillows had no protectors n one pillow was stained badly. The floors seemed to have been washed in some sticky solution which left a dampness. Table was uneven. Reception staff was friendly.

Would give a minus 5 if I could, this is the worst place I have ever stayed, read the other reviews and avoid this place like the plauge, the room had fumes so strong it was causing us headaches had to leave the window open all night, there was painting done in the room while we weren't there, the night worker was beyond rude he was intolerable and we had a glass thrown at our door and they didn't even want to clean up the glass, not ideal for children, our one and a half year old son hated it there. Had to make a do not disturb sign so the cleaner wouldn't come in and make our room smell like chemicals. So invasive, cheap and nasty, no regard for the privacy of guests, and just all round shady, there are places far better within a 10 minute walk, just go there instead. Take your family somewhere better, they deserve better.
