Nice property, neat and clean, in the middle of city. You can easily walk around in the city and get a feel of life there. Walking distance from key spots like old havelis and even fort. They need to improve on the furniture in rooms, which keep on giving crumbling noise every time when you move a little. This was one of the annoying parts in an otherwise good stay. Other one is the food, they can have better options in the breakfast buffet considering the price they're charging. Most surprising was the absence of any local delicacies in the breakfast for both days that we stayed, while even big hotel chains keep that in the menu and this is a heritage property.

Decent, well maintained heritage property. Good location. Room 154 had a lot of noise coming from roadside and adjacent areas. Soundproofing of windows and balcony door should be done. Veg biryani was below average. Breakfast was ok.

Location is, good , rooms are clean but expensive. Food average, breakfast options are very less as per room charges. Feeling of heritage inside property. Swiming pool good. If you take cabs from hotel then it will be costly

Lovely, authentic hotel. It's part of maharaja residence and is also a museum. Some of the architecture is stupendous. Rooms have a heritage (often overused word, especially in india) feel and the views to fort are great. Food was good in a large courtyard with folk music. Only sad thing is the pool was too cold to swim but it was January!!

It's a very neat and clean hotel. Location is top notch and ambience is worth it. We spent 2 nights here and had a lovely experience. Breakfast service is tasty as well. However, we found the dinner menu to be quite expensive. Staff is good and is happy to click around a few photos 😁.

Mandir Palace is a hotel set inside the Palace of King of Jaisalmer. The name of Palace is Mandir Palace. It is set in the city and thus the nearby area is very crowded and has narrow lanes due to hawkers and other free parking. The hotel is luxury and has the Royal touch. It has museum within a part of Palace and it's worth watch. In case one wants to click picture he/she has to take extra ticket for it, But its worth. The museum is small and has collection from the Royal family. Overall its a good place.

Stayed here 2days ago for 2nights. Had a lot of issues with this place. Room didn't have a proper heating facility, slippers not ready in the room, no air dryer. Constantly needing to call and ask them to bring things. The small fan heater provided in the room wasn't sufficient. The rooms are made of marble and stones, so it's super cold. We got moved into another room with a heat pump, and the new rooms heat pump wasn't working, and staff said it was. I made sure my family was coming they were also in a good room, and their heat pump was working perfectly. We wasted two 2hrs going back and forth over this. The next day i asked the staff to come and compare both heatpumos but no one did. I demand a partial refund for not providing sufficient facilities and paying 24000rs for a shithole like this.

It’s worth a stay if you want to get a taste of luxury in Rajasthan. The service is amazing and prompt. We stayed here only for a day and felt it was too less and could have spent more time. There is so much history and culture to know about. This is the palace where the current Royal family stays and the museum is free to visit for the guests. We had a fort view room and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. We were attended by Bhoj Raj Singh ji, he was very cordial and welcoming. They made an exception and helped us checking in 1.5 hrs in advance. Overall a must recommend for stay in Jaisalmer ❤️
