Location: Just 25 mins away from jaisalmer airport. Very easy to locate. Right at the starting of the city. Very accessible from all places. Ambience : beautiful properly - heritage rooms and palace vibes. They have a museum inside the hotel which you must visit. The hotel is unique and you must experience it once. Service : Great service. All the staff are very polite and helpful to tourists. Booking, check in and check out experience was very smooth. Very clean and well maintained. Food : Food is very good we had the Laal maas at the restaurant. They also offer complimentary breakfast which has lots of options for Indian as well as Western food choices. Rooms : spacious, clean and has all the amenities you can possibly need. Overall, if you are looking for a unique, experience to stay in jaisalmer, you must consider this place even if it's for just one day. It's one of a kind and will be very memorable!

Hotel was great and provided a satisfactory experience. However, there are a few areas where improvements could be made to enhance the experience for future customers. 1. Upon arrival, the reception staff was not adequately staffed to accommodate the arrival of 10 guests. 2. Unlike luxury hotels, the hotel did not provide a formal welcome greeting to guests. 3. The individual who answered the phone from the room greeted guests with a casual “hello,” as if they had called a random number. Proper training should be provided to ensure that guests receive a more professional greeting. 4. The buffet dinner on the first day was delayed by approximately 45 minutes from the time we were informed. While dinner time was unusually late, the delay was further extended. We, as a group of 10 guests, waited for an hour. Despite the delay, the staff was attentive and provided excellent service during dinner and breakfast. 5. Guests were unable to use the pool due to the droppings of pigeons. While the pool is visually appealing, swimming with the presence of pigeons is not advisable. This should be advertised as such or action should be taken to clean up.

We were a group of five on a biking ride through Rajasthan and stayed at WelcomHeritage Mandir Palace for two nights — this being our second trip to the property. It’s always a pleasure coming back here. The location is perfect, the stay is warm and comfortable, and the hospitality truly reflects the unmatched spirit of Rajasthan. Every single member of the staff is courteous, helpful, and genuinely caring, which makes the experience even more special. Looking forward to coming back again next year!

We stayed in Golden Suite room. We booked 4 rooms and all were different (that’s okay since it’s old palace and not business hotel). We liked the room and overall property. Even though its heritage property it’s maintained well. So satisfied with the room. Property is located near Fort and other attractions which makes travelling easy. The one thing we didn’t like was food. Breakfast had very limited option. Not expected when u pay 5star hotel prices. Also no live counters for dosas or paratha etc. once we had lunch which was also very average. So 1 point deducted for Food

Our stay at welcome Heritage was amazing. The property is part of the palace, which makes it very unique experience. Palace grounds included a museum, which we could tour at any time of the day. Dinner was served at the rooftop overlooking the fort. Although the food and the views were amazing, the weather was freezing at night in early Jan. Breakfast was delicious! The only thing that was bothersome was that our rooms were close to the museum section where tourists were filtering in and out. With kids running around the property, we had to keep an eye. Overall, I would recommend this property that offers peaceful retreat in crowded streets of Jaisalmer.

We stayed at Welcome heritage Mandir palace for 2 days. It's a Royal families Haveli, partially converted into a Hotel. Staff was very good. Water geyser was not functioning as required. Food is nice at restaurant. Fort view from rooftop restaurant is the best. Rennovations are in progress at the hotel. Found overpriced.

I was really happy to travel and stay at this place with my family to feel the royal life. Also great place to have dinner on Roof top restaurant to view the fort lightened. Amazing view. Nice folk music well to add to the night. Highly recommend to stay here.
