We stayed at The Savoy Mussoorie for 2 nights with our kids in August and had a wonderful experience. The property beautifully blends old-world charm with modern comforts. The staff was exceptionally courteous—always attentive and eager to help—which made our stay seamless and comfortable.|Our kids especially enjoyed the hotel’s lively ambiance, green lawns, and curated family-friendly activities. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-decorated, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. Dining was another highlight—delicious food with a wide variety, and the team even made special arrangements for the children.|The entire atmosphere was welcoming, and every member of staff, from reception to housekeepers, made us feel valued. Special thanks for organizing activities that kept our children engaged and happy throughout the stay.|We will always cherish our memories at The Savoy and highly recommend it for families traveling with kids!

We stayed here in the month of august for 2 nights. The hotel and the staff was just amazing. Right from the time we reached and until we left, the hotel staff took really good care of us. Special mention to Ms Sonia for making sure that we get the best available room in the property. Also huge shout out for Mr Pankaj and Mr Ankit from FnB who are just fabulous and assisted/helped us during our meal time and made sure we don't face any issues as we were staying with young kids. Hoping to stay in this property once again.

I stayed at The Savoy for 2 nights but the experience was the best I had in any five star in India or abroad. Starting from the food to the hospitality was top notch !!!|What touched my heart was the kind gestures of the staff at the multi cuisine restaurant ( they gave me complimentary food when I was unwell the night before). They care of your smallest likes and ensure you have a beautiful experience at the hotel. On the last day they surprised me with a small ‘See you Soon’ cake which was unlike any other five star experiences I have had |Special shoutout to Mr Ankit, Mr. Yogesh and Mr.Raman for the entire arrangement!!|Thank you very much

It was my repeat visit to Savoy Hotel, thanks to Sonal's exceptional service! She kept us updated on new promotions/offers and made our stay special. We loved the Cassata three-layer ice cream – it was top-notch! Our room was booked at a great discount rate. Sonal's efforts and customer-handling skills truly shone through. Breakfast was memorable, with the team serving with love and Sonal ensuring everything was perfect. This hotel has a beautiful atmosphere and an amazing team. Thanks, Sonal, for making us feel at home!

Requested check out by 11:20 AM but was told strictly to vacate by 11:10 AM but they bell boy for collection came only at around 11:45 AM There was no housekeeping/ cleaning of rooms done during the entire stay. A small number of empty glasses were requested in the room which was promptly denied by the hotel staff. Restaurant staff - 5/5 Front desk - 1/5 Housekeeping - 1/5 Food taste - 4/5 Food quality and freshness - 2.5/5 I’d end by saying that the issues aren’t a problem of the staff but a lack of initiative in training them up to a standard by the management.

We had lunch one afternoon at the multicuisine restaurant at the Savoy Mussoorie. We loved the local Gadhwali thali and the fantastic hospitality. Everyone at the restaurant was very good, friendly and professional. They kindly helped us celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Thank you to the whole team for making our impromptu lunch a memorable experience.

My first visit to Savoy hotel exceeded expectations! The staff provided excellent, professional services. A special mention to Ankit, who went above and beyond to arrange gluten-free food for us during the breakfast and it made a huge difference. The room are cozy and specious, and the beautiful open lawns invites you to create memories.
