My wife and I had the most memorable New Year's Eve gala dinner at The Savoy, and Ankit from the F&B team was the absolute star of our evening. From the moment we enquired about it to when we arrived, he made onboarding effortless and confusion-free, guiding us with such warmth and expertise that it set the perfect tone for the night. What truly set him apart was his genuine understanding of hospitality. He didn't just do his job, he went the extra mile, anticipating our every need and ensuring our celebration was the best we've ever had. In an era where service at even iconic brands like ITC fall short, Ankit stands out as a rare talent, raising the bar for everyone around him. His passion and dedication turned a great event into something extraordinary, leaving us raving about it to our friends and family. ITC is incredibly fortunate to have him. Someone like Ankit deserves recognition and a step up. He's promotion material through and through!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Savoy I and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences for us as a couple. The property is absolutely beautiful and creates the perfect romantic and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was simply perfect — from the delicious food to the exceptional services, everything was beyond our expectations. A special thanks to Ms. Shrishti, who is truly a gem. She assisted us throughout our stay, made us feel extremely comfortable, and explained everything about the property so well. Unfortunately, we couldn’t meet her at the time of departure, but we will definitely be visiting again very soon. Thank you once again. The entire Savoy team is incredibly warm, helpful, and friendly.

Stayed at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, The Savoy, Mussoorie for just one night with my family, and honestly, it felt like stepping into a fairytale in the Queen of Hills. The moment we entered the property, the old-world charm of this over-a-century-old heritage hotel, with its English Gothic architecture, wooden interiors and vintage vibe, made us feel like we’d gone back in time in the best way possible. ITC Hotels +1 The location near Library Chowk/Mall Road is perfect – close enough to the buzz, yet tucked away in a serene corner with beautiful views of the Garhwal hills. The overall ambience, lawns and cosy corners across the property gave us that classic “heritage hill station” feeling that Mussoorie is famous for. ITC Hotels +1 What truly made our stay special, though, was the hospitality and warmth of the team, especially the F&B staff. A huge shout-out and heartfelt thanks to: Anas Manoj Arun Prashant Sumit From breakfast to high tea and every interaction in between, they went out of their way to take care of us and made our family feel genuinely special. They were attentive without being intrusive, remembered our preferences, checked on us regularly and interacted with a lot of warmth and genuine smiles – something that really stood out and took the experience to “cloud seven” for us. The heritage feel + modern comforts balance was also very well maintained – the rooms were comfortable, clean and well kept, still retaining that vintage character instead of feeling like a generic modern hotel. The common areas, lobby and dining spaces all reflect the hotel’s long history in Mussoorie and add to the charm. Tripadvisor +1 If I have to point out one area for improvement, it would be the dinner experience on the day of our stay. We were expecting a buffet dinner, but it turned out to be a table d’hôte (fixed) menu, which was a slight disappointment as we were looking forward to more variety, especially with family. Also, as a big fan of ITC’s signature Dal Bukhara, I was excited to order it – but the taste here, honestly, did not match what I have experienced at other ITC properties. It wasn’t bad, but it just didn’t live up to the benchmark that ITC has set in my mind for that particular dish. That said, this was the only off note in an otherwise wonderful stay. Everything else – the setting, the vibe, the service standards and especially the efforts of the F&B team – more than made up for it. Overall: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for hospitality, staff and heritage experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for overall F&B, with specific scope to improve the dinner spread and Dal Bukhara to ITC’s usual iconic level We left with beautiful memories and a strong desire to come back for a longer stay next time. Amazing experience at the Savoy. It has that heritage royal touch wherever you look. You can also see snow capped mountains from one side. Buffet spread can be better. But overall would highly recommend!
