Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever especially neeraj bhaiya was very co operative and helped us in every situation. lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Right from the happy and bright "Namaste" greeting that we received at the Welcome until the very last day, our stay in this amazing hotel was nothing short of beautiful!! Our room was a stunning one, with ornate corniches, a beautiful comfortable bed, and a breathtaking view of the outside, that would let the clouds float in on many an occasion.|The staff was extremely warm, efficient, and really quick to respond to all our needs.... can't thank them enough for their efforts in making our stay so memorable. Special thanks to Mr Gautam, Mr Aditya, Mr Yogesh....and all of the rest of the team members.....|The food was simply great, too! And we dined all three nights in the hotel- loving every bit of the amazing dishes served at their speciality restaurant- the Royal Afghan.|We enjoyed their Writers' Bar as well, which is a warm get-away- with a luxurious seating, loads of history artistically plastered on the walls, and an inviting intricate wooden Bar that can set the mood for you at any time of the day.|The sprawling greens and the blooming flowers just left us to soak in as much of Mother Nature as we could..... I also enjoyed the morning Yoga sessions conducted by the really nice Yoga instructor.|My husband and I are certainly looking to come back here again....soon...... just for the relaxation, food, pampering....and a lovely dive into luxury and history......

.||||This was the last day of my trip and they actually stood up in front of the other resorts. ||Firstly the warm welcome and the check in procedure was very smooth Ms Sonal tripathi helped us with the check in and she was very polite and helpful. ||Her hospitality skills were up to the mark. ||From the check in till the check out she was always around and happy to assist in anything and everything. ||Also Mr Aditya from the front desk and ankit from the restaurant took care of all my needs during the stay. ||In all these 3 people made my stay very comfortable.

Great experience. Surreal atmosphere. Warm hospitable staff. We were waited by Mr Anas. Had a lovely lunch and a relaxed afternoon thanks to the attention to all the little details. Food was scrumptious. Thanks a ton ! || The property is serenade with lovely view !

Staff has inbuilt hospitality. Food is good. Chef Deepak Uniyal suggested garwali thali . It was different from the same thali at other palces in Uttarkhand. Kafile and Chuli ki chatni was excellent. One should try it. THis is heritage modernised property. I look for aptitude of hospitality in such places and that was here. Good Hospitality.

|The Property is located right on the mall road and is very beautiful with the best scenic views. I want to thank all the staff, especially Mr. Ankit Chandel the restaurant manager for arranging gluten free food for me and the rest of the staff can't remember all the names just some I remember like Anas in the restaurant and Shubham in the recreation block. Will definitely come back again.

Savoy is an excellent hotel. It has touch of British Era. Very royal and classy with wooden interiors. Anas, Sumit and Poangmai hostess and Mr. Ankit were excellent hosts during the breakfast. We had an amazing experience of staying and dining here. Truely a royal 5 star property.

Had a comfortable stay. Well looked after by courteous and well behaved staff. Very well maintained property and organized shows to pass leisure time. Food was excellent in both the restaurant s.Really enjoyed our trip. Like to thank all staffs , Ms Semanti and Ms Sonal Tripathi
