What a wonderful place if you are looking for relaxation. The wife and I had massages perfect for both our needs. Afterwards you can experience their private rooftop pool, grotto and all the other spa amenities that are included. Sadly my wife was not able to enjoy all the spa amenities due to an incident that required my wife's quick response and aid. This was no fault of anyone. And to go above and beyond, In lieu of her actions the staff offer her and I another day to enjoy the spa amenities. This offer was not necessary but greatly appreciated.

Came here to celebrate my mom’s birthday and while the staff were kind and welcoming, the overall experience was pretty underwhelming for the price point. Daniel gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had — truly exceptional technique and attention to detail. The spa attendants were also wonderful. Unfortunately, the facilities didn’t match the service. Both jacuzzis were basically warm bath water temperature, not hot tubs. There were multiple loud bachelorette parties that made it hard to relax. The only quiet room I could find was the aromatherapy room, which I found ironic — I was literally searching for a place to relax within a spa. One of my favorite parts about this spa is the fireplaces with a book, and they weren’t working. Several guests, including us, couldn’t get hot water in the showers. At the pool, the food took over 45 minutes to arrive and was extremely lackluster. We ordered the burrata and tacos, both of which were disappointing for a resort-level menu. With so many great spa options in the Valley, this one missed the mark — especially after spending close to $700. In the end, the only thing that felt lighter was my wallet.

I had a fantastic experience at the spa at the Fairmont! From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The locker room attendants were especially helpful in making sure I had the right size robe and spa shoes, and everything was spotless and well-stocked with thoughtful amenities—hairdryers, combs, mouthwash, hairspray, deodorant, shave kits, and more. The facilities are top-notch. Indoors, there’s a hot tub, cold plunge pool, steam room, and inhalation room. Outdoors, the pool area is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of lounge chairs, a full bar, and a waterfall hot tub that was perfect for relaxing. I was gifted a massage and it was wonderful—Christine, my masseuse, was incredibly skilled and made me feel completely at ease. Overall, this was a truly relaxing and luxurious day. I highly recommend treating yourself to a visit!

I had one of the most relaxing massages of my life with Andrea, an exceptional and gentle masseuse. Her practice of asking for consent before any touch truly sets her apart and demonstrates her respect and professionalism. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the spa, which included a fantastic massage, a rejuvenating facial, and access to various facilities such as the sauna, steam room, waterfall, hot and cold pools, inhalation room, and unlimited snacks, including coffee and tea. The only aspect I would have liked to experience was the rooftop pool, which is currently under renovation. I will be coming back.

How this has anything below 5 stars is beyond me. I’ve been coming every year for about 7 years and each time my experience has been incredible. Today I had an oxygen facial with Rose and it was a lovely experience all around. Truly my happy place! The staff, the services, the amenities.. all wonderful.

Shay on the Sisley side took such great care of me! She was very warm, and kept the macarons coming :-) I needed to decompress after some stress, and she was so I had the best massage with Rick, 10/10 recommend. I don’t typically love massages but thought it would be a good way to unwind, and my only regret was not booking the 90 minute one! The products used by Sisley are amazing. Lastly, Alex at the rooftop pool is incredible. Not only does he provide exceptional customer service, but also the best recommendations. I’ve only tried the burger there, because that’s what I keep getting each time as it’s SO good.

Beyond my expectations! From the moment you walk in, you will feel special. The massage with Anastasia was wonderful. The amenities are the best , and something for every taste, a variety of different options. I loved it! I also wanted to compliment Maria who works hands on keeping everything so neat for us customers and with a welcoming smile the entire time. Thank you. 🤩

A Wonderful Spa Experience with a Few Minor Improvements Needed Overall, this spa provided an amazing experience with exceptional service. The team went above and beyond, even wishing me a happy birthday and surprising me with a thoughtful gift—a delightful touch that added to the celebration with my friends. We planned a full day, arriving early to enjoy the amenities and ending with facials in the afternoon. I highly recommend this approach, as the facility is truly remarkable and fully equipped for a serene spa day. The spa does have a dedicated pool, but it was under construction during our visit. While they offered access to other pools on-site, we opted for the adults-only pool, which was a bit of a walk from the spa. We spent a relaxing morning there and enjoyed lunch by the pool—the poke bowl was delicious, and the drink selection was excellent. However, we accidentally left our credit card at the pool and had to return the next day to retrieve it. I believe this could have been avoided if the spa pool had been open, or if a system were in place to allow guests to use spa credit at the pool instead of leaving a card on tab. The spa’s facilities were impressive and well-managed. Although it was a busy day, the flow of guests between rooms allowed us to fully experience each area. We enjoyed the hot and cold plunges (the cold pool was at a manageable 54 degrees), as well as the steam room and sauna. However, the lavender relaxation room was consistently occupied by guests napping across the benches, which made it challenging for others to use. If this is a common occurrence, it would be helpful for the staff to encourage a similar flow as in the other rooms so that everyone can enjoy it. Despite these minor inconveniences, this remains one of the best spa experiences I’ve had. I look forward to returning once the spa pool reopens and highly recommend making a full day of it.

Great friendly service from front desk! Excellent class with aerial yoga. My daughters and I had massages and Nicole and Anastasia were great! Beautiful decor and relaxation area, whirlpool, cold plunge, steam room and pool and showers. Sauna was not working. Food at pool pricey but good and substantial portions. Beautiful view. Great coffee/ tea, muffins, trail mix all complementary and appreciated. Overall wonderful day and experience! Thank you!

My visit to the Well & Being Spa at the Scottsdale Princess Hotel was truly more than what I needed. My therapist was amazing(can't remember her name), I received a CBD Gemstone Massage using the beautiful Antara line, along with a Knesko Gemstone Eye Mask, which made the experience incredibly relaxing. My cousin and I were looking to unwind and enjoy quality time together since we both have very busy schedules. She received the Arnica Deep Tissue Massage with Stephanie and absolutely loved it. We also spent time at the pool, where we ordered the poke bowl and chicken bowl, both were delicious and exceeded our expectations. The only area that could have been better was the check-in experience. Upon arrival, the front desk receptionist provided our tickets and requested payment, but the price listed was different from what we had been quoted over the phone. When I pointed this out, she explained that pricing depends on availability and how busy the spa is, similar to airline pricing. I found this surprising, as this was never mentioned when booking our appointments. While they did honor the quoted price, the explanation and overall interaction could have been handled more clearly and warmly. There were also a few comfort issues during our services. There was no hot water in the showers, my cousin's treatment room was quite cold (the therapist apologized and mentioned she had just turned the heater on), and my massage table warmer was not on when I first got on the table. Fortunately, it improved as the massage progressed. That said, the spa attendants were wonderful, very helpful, attentive, and clearly dedicated to maintaining a clean and serene environment. The robes were neatly hung, and all amenities appeared clean and properly sanitized. Overall, it was a great experience, but I was expecting a higher level of customer service from the front desk, as it sets the first impression of the spa. The checkout front desk coordinator, however, was lovely and very kind, which ended our visit on a positive note.

My boyfriend surprised me for my birthday with an all day resort pass to the spa. I had been here with girlfriends a couple months prior and both times I felt like I enjoyed a singular experience in Arizona. Relatively the cost is reasonable and the amenities included are better compared to other resorts in the area. The day pass comes with a massage or facial, access to the pools, gym, fitness classes and spa all day. The spa is definitely the highlight for me. The staff is very nice and accommodating and the locker rooms and amenities are well kept and constantly replenished. The pool slide and poolside piña coladas are a highlight! The only thing that could make the spa even better is more co-ed spaces for couples!

Came here to celebrate my sister's bachelorette and it was amazing! The vibe was relaxing, luxurious, and perfect for a girls' getaway. Everyone on the staff was attentive, accommodating, and incredibly helpful. The amenities that came with booking a service were such a nice touch, and the poke I ordered was delicious. We all left feeling super refreshed and will definitely be coming back.

My son gave me a gift card for the Well & Being spa at the Fairmont so I booked a facial and massage. I pulled up to the hotel valet and walked to the spa. The resort is beautiful and the spa smelled so good as I entered. It's a beautiful spa, with fountains, whirl pool, jacuzzi and fitness center. I had full access to all amenities after my services, including the pool, dedicated to spa guests. There's poolside service for food and drinks. I chose the ahi salad and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc and it was perfect. I highly recommend this spa! Great for residents as well as visitors.

A great experience. I had a 60 min full body medium pressure massage and I absolutely Loved it! It was a birthday gift from my husband (bless him haha) and I had to pay a small portion of the difference in taxes (i think) My masseuse was so kind (I forget her name) but I have another gift from Christmas and I am looking forward to going again! Tip - carry appropriate clothing if you want to get into the cold bath/pool. They have relaxing chairs where you can also have tea/apples etc while you are waiting or after your massage! Great showers and there are plenty of lockers too.

The best spa in AZ! I usually get the signature journey or the deep tissue massage. The pool is not my favorite but the food is actually really good. I love their salads. I recommend you stop at their spa boutique on your way out. Their eucalyptus shower/spa mist is the best!

Best spa in Scottsdale! And I'm local and have been to many of the resort spas in Scottsdale/PHX. They have every amenity you could think of and even a cold plunge. You feel relaxed the second you step foot here. I wish I had a masseuse to recommend but the one I had seen multiple times moved away so I'll try to find someone else but I'd imagine everyone is top notch at this place! I would definitely recommend subscribing to their email list- they often have specials/promos.

Beautiful spa and amenities. Steam room, sauna, hot tub, cold plunge pool and lavender relaxation room were all relaxing and enjoyable. I had a facial -wonderful and refreshing. The highlight for me though was the 90 min Purification Ritual where they used an espresso mud for exfoliation, and moisturizing wrap and a perfect massage with it. All of people working there were nice and accommodating. Top notch amenities made this a wonderful spa experience.

Sisley spa was the way to go! A spa within a spa. Shay was with us to get us started and gave an exceptional tour of facilities. Our facials were epic. Definitely take a before and after pic. I was very pleased with Paulette in the treatment room. Will definitely come back to try all the Sisley treatments. In the end we closed out with Michayah and had a lovely time chit chatting with her! Highly recommend the Sisley spa.

My husband and I had a great experience at Well & Being. We did not have the opportunity to stay at the hotel, but took advantage of spending our afternoon here. We only scheduled a couple's massage on this visit, but we checked in about two hours early so that we could enjoy the facility before our massage. The only con I have is that the only snacks we were provided were three different nut/trail mixes. If you want to eat anything else, you'll have to order that. The massage room had its own en suite with whirlpool tub. Has anyone used the tub that's located in their massage room? I still have yet to use the tub, not sure if I ever will. Anyhow, our massage therapists were Anastasya and Rick. Both of them used the right amount of pressure for our 60-min salt stone massage. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep on 3 separate occasions. It was a great experience and we would request them again in the future. We were also offered water and chocolates at the end of our massages - it was a nice touch. We were warmly greeted and welcomed upon entering. The facility itself is well appointed. The rooftop pool was unfortunately closed, but if we had wanted, we could have ventured to the other pools on the hotel property. The only co-ed location of the spa is a small whirlpool area with a waterfall. In each of the men and women's section of the spa, there is an aromatherapy quiet room, steam room, sauna, Swiss shower chamber, cold plunge pool, and whirlpool. On the day I went, there were a lot of women enjoying the spa, we all could fit into the locker room areas nor partake the steam room at the same time. I like to do a circuit of sauna, cold plunge, and whirlpool. The only thing I did not try was the Swiss shower. Everything was really nice. The cold plunge and whirlpool were smaller than I had imagined, but all of us were strategic in using the different pools/rooms, so no one missed out on anything. We had a really enjoyable, relaxing time here.

My husband and I spent the day at the Well & Being Spa for our anniversary this weekend and it was truly amazing!! The spa is beautiful and relaxing, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the service we received was beyond 5 stars!! We arrived early to enjoy lunch by the pool and enjoy the amenities, definitely recommend spending a few hours at the spa either before or after your service.

I have been here previously spending the day with my daughters. This time one of my daughters and I got a manicure and it was awful! We went on Thurs... today is Monday and my gel manicure for $119. 00 is chipped. It was just a terrible experience. The girl, Olga, was just rude. We were to have a treatment that would last 75 mins... and they said we weee done at less than an hour. I would never go back to the spa ever again. The girl who first talked to us , my daughter felt as if she was snooty... how sad. Really, I'm won't be giving up my nail salon any time soon! Olga did not even know how to do nails compared to the little shop I go to. I will tell anyone... don't waste your money. I may try Four Seasons again, but post Covid too many restaurants and resorts have lost quality and service. So sad... Send your money on something else!

I went to the well and being spa two days ago and geez, it was anything but tranquil. It felt like a super busy, stressful gym locker room. It was waaayyyy oversold. Super loud. Had to wait 10 minutes to even fit into the tiny locker area. literally bodies after bodies, standing room only. And every woman was shouting louder than the next to get her voice heard by her group. It was wild. Never before have I had such a negative experience. It was the worst, least restful or peaceful spa. I paid $600 for a basic facial and basic massage for my friend, and we only spent 2 hours there because the facilities were so overrun. I HAD to escape this spa and go home where I could relax. It's off-season. I can't imagine what's it's like when it's busy season. Very disappointed.

I booked this spa for me and my gfs for our weekend away. I read a lot of good things about it and while I think the services were excellent, the amenities were lacking. The good - - variety of fitness classes - These are free on the day of your service so I signed us up for aerial yoga and it was so much fun. My abs hurt the next day. I loved it. - The front staff - very friendly, helpful, top notch customer service. - The masseuse - I thought she did a great job on my back and put me right to sleep The not-so-good - - The layout - while I believe the spa is three floors big, the layout is not as grand as I would have expected. The whirlpool area was pretty small and enclosed. We were not able to fit all six of us in the area so we just separated and used the other amenities like steam room and sauna. The prep areas and locker rooms were huge in comparison to the whirlpool area. - The pool - there is a pool available on the third floor, but it is actually shared by the hotel guests as well and is relatively small. When we got us there, most of the chairs were already taken and the pool was crowded. I would recommend this place if there were maybe two or three in your party, but for larger groups, it might not be the most comfortable place.

My spa experience here was one of the highlights of my trip. We booked with the Sisley Spa, a spa within a spa, and we were glad that we did. It included a more personalized service, champagne, additional snacks, and different products. The spa itself was gorgeous and relaxing. Despite the 117-degree temperatures while we were there, we were still able to enjoy the outdoor pools. We had lunch by the pool, the food was yummy, and the service was quick. If you are looking for a complete spa experience, book today!

I came to Well & Being for a spa day with friends. It is a beautiful spa. We really enjoyed the work out classes, especially the aerial yoga! There's light snacks throughout the day available, but I thought there would be more. The muffins were okay. I wish they left the nuts out longer to have a snack in the late afternoon. The coffee was nice. I used the espresso machine, but was disappointed when the cream was very cold. The highlight is the spa area! I absolutely loved the steam room as well as the plunge area. It was so relaxing. The robes and sandals are very comfortable too. I had a facial and enjoyed it a lot. I think it is expensive though. I like the services at my local med spa more. When I was leaving with my friend, there was an issue with the gift card she used. She went to check the balance and there was an additional charge on the gift card that the front desk could not explain at first. The front desk was not helpful and rude when they could not understand the discrepancy. The spa charged another member of our group to her gift card without informing her. The issue was solved, but it was disappointing to see how the front desk handled the issue. Overall the spa is nice but expensive. I had a great day, but I am not sure I would return.

Had an amazing experience thanks to Olga at the salon. She was excellent with everything- service, perfect mani+pedi, and professional. She's a sweetheart and great conversation was a bonus. Saw a previous review and Roberta sounds like a Karen that never has a good experience anywhere. Some people are sad and miserable and make themselves feel better by putting the blame on other people online.

One of my favorite spas in the valley. I like that I can valet my car, but then it's a bit of walk to the spa. The ladies checking me in have always been so kind and helpful. I love that I can grab a coffee or a cold drink and a little snack (muffins or nuts) and then go down to the locker room. The cold plunge and the hot tub are my favorites. I also enjoy the lounge chairs while you wait for your service and then I usually end up by the pool and dipping into the outdoor hot tub. It's a great way to spend a day with friends and relaxing.

I was mocked and treated like a freak just wanted a manicure & pedicure. the provider was rude and ignorant. first, she scoffed at covid lock downs, mocked people who got vaccinated and asked me if I "got one of those shots?" I had no interest in discussing any such things and certainly didn't want to hear her opinions. Then, before my pedicure, she reeled back in horror to see a medical device sleeve on my leg (goes from mid-calf to thigh). I said, just do from my ankle down (I just wanted my toe nails painted!) or I could roll the sleeve up above my knee. "No, no" she said loudly, "I have to get a manager to come look at this!" So she ran away and I waited several minutes and was stared at until she returned with a man and a woman to inspect me. Again, I said there was no problem and I removed my sleeve to above my knee. They nodded and left.

Disappointed in leaving this review as I have previously enjoyed this spa. The experience was nothing as it was before. The most anxious experience. I signed up for the yoga flow class to start the day, the spa attendant directed me to the wrong location so I was late. Yoga was nice. Not enough lockers for attendees, it was madness and chaos. There is a no cell phone policy in the women's locker room which is ignored, I saw several women taking videos and pictures even as there were women undressing, absolute disregard. Massage was amazing. The only positive of my experience. After my massage I went to the pool to try to grab lunch, it was packed right as they were open for lunch, I tried to ask the attendant where one would get lunch if there is nowhere to sit and he was pretty irritated. His payback was 'losing' my credit card later as I tried to checkout. I'm disappointed in how this spa has changed, I would recommend Aji for a true relaxing experience. Would not recommend.

Wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely terrible experience. The spa completely botched a 60-minute massage reservation that had been made by me two weeks in advance for my girlfriend to enjoy a relaxing spa day with my mom and sisters-in-law, all of whom separately booked their own massages. Instead of a peaceful afternoon, she was treated with shocking rudeness by the staff, who acted like it was my/her fault when they couldn't locate the booking. After they relistened to the 13 minute call from two weeks earlier, they finally admitted that they were only "holding" the time slot for her but were expecting ME to call to reconfirm it - and when they didn't hear from me, then they cancelled it, which makes zero sense. They made no effort to contact me to about this so-called "hold" - which is apparently different from a "reservation" and can be cancelled without any notice or any attempt to help the customer. Completely terrible protocol. To make matters worse, they refused to let her even sit by the pool with the rest of the group (all 3 of which were paying good money for massages) unless she paid for a service--which, by the way, wasn't even available until after 5pm. Only after I complained were they willing to offer to waive the fee. What kind of spa turns someone away from a family gathering over their own mistake? It's one thing to mess up a reservation, it's another to go out of your way to be inhospitable and condescending in the process. The Fairmont "Well & Being" Spa managed to ruin what was supposed to be a special, relaxing day. Completely unprofessional, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. Avoid at all costs.

I love this spa. My friends, family, and I anxiously await the summer deals because coming here is so much fun. Summer deals make it affordable. The staff is amazing, so are the facilities. I really wanted to join their membership program last year that had discounts on massages/food throughout the year, but since I travel for work, it didn't make sense for me to do that. Every massage therapist I have had has been top notch. They have all done excellent deep tissue massages, my main stay for massages. They have a cold pool, a couple hot pools (one co-ed, one in each locker room), there are multiple showers to clean up after you are done. There is a steam sauna, dry sauna, scent room (I forget what it's called), and a fun shower room not to bathe, but that has massaging heads. The roof top pool could do with more shaded areas because in the summer, that is so hot, and the pool is shallow, so it is also very warm. There are misters on the shaded area. One day I may go not in the summer, but since I am almost never at home, and when I am, I am busy with other appointments, so I come hang out in the summer.

This was my first spa day ever and it was amazing! The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. My massage was so good and so needed. I loved the eucalyptus steam room, hot tub, and lavender inhalation room. I also enjoyed being able to use any of the pools. I will definitely be back!

I usually love going to the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess for my spa treatments but today was just not their day.. I will say I did start out with an hour long private stretch class which was great with Debbie! I had a massage scheduled for later in the day which gave me time to enjoy all of the spa amenities. However, they omitted to inform me that the pool for the spa was closed until October. I asked for a pool with no children and the front desk sent me to the pool right next to the spa because according to her there weren't many families and it was a slow day. Bologna!!! There were a minimum of 30 kids!! I ate my lunch which the fries were not edible due to way to much salt and the salad was decent. The wait staff was not existent so you'll need to go to the bar. While I was there I asked for a transfer to the adult only pool by golf cart and it was awesome!! Finally went back to the spa and had a magnificent massage. The snacks had all peanuts with no other options so that stunk because I'm allergic to peanuts. All in all, it was meh

Came here for my wife's and my 1 year anniversary. Went during early November so it was cool in the morning and warm by noon. Calling in to make an appointment was easy, we didn't get the couples room, but each had a hr massage. Went for the deep tissue massage, and it was one of the best ever. The amenities were amazing including the sauna and eucalyptus inhalation room. The top pool wasn't too busy but was crowded by noon. Great service that came by for drinks and food at 11am. Overall a great experience and will be coming back!

I had an amazing facial with Miki yesterday. She was so kind, friendly, and happy! She did a fabulous job and I would go back any time to see her! Jaime was amazing on the rooftop pool. He was extremely busy and still gave us amazing service while having a friendly smile and making us laugh and have a great time! These two outstanding employees definitely deserve recognition and raises to keep the customer experience and reviews heading in a positive direction!

I had such a lovely time here with my two best friends. Great amenities to wind down before your treatment, we lounged in the rooftop pool and had lunch as well. The small touches here and there were what made my day so special.

I went Saturday (April 19, 2025) for the 90-minute Hacienda treatment. I've been before and usually love the experience, but this time was chaotic and honestly disturbing. No one helped with lockers--just confusion. It was 10am on a Saturday and a lot of the lockers were taken, but usually an attendant will walk you and show you where to go, but it was just chaos. The worst part was actually when a female cop with a gun stood in the women's locker room for 15+ minutes while escorting someone accused of theft. Women were fully naked, trying to change, and this cop just stood there, watching it all unfold. It was invasive, unsettling, and felt dangerous. Who wants to be near a POLICE OFFICER with a GUN during a spa service?? Why didn't she just make the woman leave? It completely violated any sense of safety or privacy. The treatment was wonderful and I loved every minute of that, but did not like the other part.

The well & being spa is just beautiful! The amenities are incredible and staff is very attentive. There is food and drinks available to be purchased and delivered poolside. I had a lovely botanical facial. While services are expensive, you are welcome to enjoy all of the amenities throughout the day. I recommend getting there early and spending the full day!

Sisley spa at the Princess Fairmont in Scottsdale provides top of the line spa services. I experienced the Black Rose Facial and Sisley Rejuvenation Body Rub! Must experience at least once in your lifetime!

This is an amazing way to treat yourself! After doing this I made a mental note to try and do this at least 2x a year! We got together a group of girls and had a blast. The grounds are beautiful and ambiance is all very calm. Only downside was the adult only pool was very busy so not many chairs to sunbathe. Block out at LEAST 4 hours to fully enjoy your experience.

Had such an amazing day at Well Being Spa! The massage, food & vibe was unmatched. The Spa is extremely clean and the pool attendants did an awesome job checking on us throughout the day. My massage had the right amount of pressure and the masseuse was very professional. I definitely recommend this spa! 10/10

For years, we have made the spa a staple when our friends and family visit. Last time, December 22, 2024, our experience was subpar. The rooftop pool was under construction, which we were not told when booking. This is part of the experience. We were able to go to the sand pool instead, but the service was not great. The wooden lounge chairs...were falling apart as the foot apparatus fell off, and I asked the "strong, fit waitor man" to help me, and he said, "he doesn't do that as the last one he tried to fix broke." Also, the Margherita carafe we ordered had zero tequila in it....we had to order a couple extra shots.$$$$$. The locker room needs remodeling as well. I was waiting at the end of the bench to put my pool bag away as the locker was way in the corner in the back. It was a busy section. This employee with four other women (perhaps a bridal party?) yelled at the women at their lockers and said loudly, "If you are not using your locker or getting dressed, you need to leave because I have three lockers I have to open." I would not recommend going to Well & Being spa currently as their spa pool is under construction. They had anticipated it being completed in Fall 2024, but yet incomplete. This has resulted in overcrowding as they have not reduced capacity. Amenities are unable to be accessed and you are tripping over people in attempts to get to your locker. The sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, inhalation room, etc were flooded with people as you lost the rooftop pool as a central place to hangout. I would also encourage people to be weary that I was charged $15 more for a male's 60 minute massage than a woman's. Their argument was that they have "dynamic pricing" at more popular times, but the appointments were at 1:30pm & 1:45pm. The men's massage at 1:45pm incurred the additional $15 fee. This feels discriminatory and I would caution others to look out for this. Overall do not go until the pool is complete unless you want as crowded locker room without the space to enjoy what you are paying for.

Spa is beautiful. Amenities are what would be expected but the noise level is absurd. Lots of loud women chatting and some on cell phones. For the price of this experience the caddy loud chit chat was not expected at all. I talked to the front desk who are aware of the issue but state they do not have a quiet policy. Sitting in steam room with 3 women chatting her friends IUD for 5 minutes made me leave. Then the 2 women complaining about a cheating husband and the other woman was not relaxing. The final straw was the women on her cell phone in the hibernation room...not expected. I had to leave. The massage and amenities are fantastic. The relaxation experience after is a zero! Very disappointing...

Came here for a good friend's baby shower and the whole experience was absolutely amazing. Right when we walked into the spa we were greeted by Janet. She was great explaining everything to us regarding the spa. She made sure that if we had any issues or questions, we could get her to help us (we didn't need any because it was great). Pink was my masseuse and she was AMAZING! She made sure I was comfortable throughout my whole massage. Alma did my sister's massage and she was also amazing. We will definitely be back here again. Such a great experience.

This was a my second visit to this spa. I had a travelzoo special which included lunch. I got a pedicure. My attendant was great. My pedicure was done very well. I like that the salons is not attached to the spa. I came here to celebrate my birthday and used a vacation day so that I could hang out all day. This location has a great gym and other group fitness options. We unfortunately did not get to take a class as the website had the wrong time for the Barre class. My friend and I pointed out the inconsistency of the website time but front desk didn't seem to care. We ended up just working out in the gym. Luckily I did a HITT class before coming or I would of been more disappointed. Gym did have everything you need to break a sweat. Spa amenities include fancy hot drinks, and nice grooming product. Lunch by the pool was good, we shared a cobb salad. I also grabbed a cold glass of wine. My friend had yummy blackberry vodka cocktail. Downside to this spa is how small the locker area is. It is also ways cramped. Hard to find a locker as first come, first serve. Also trying to get the right size slippers was trying. I will be back to the spa but for a Fairmont, expected more of a 5 star experience.

I had a great massage here. That's all I can really speak to but I know often at a hotel resort the spa can be overpriced (this is) for subpar service likely because no one expects a repeat customer. My massage was awesome. I get 12-24 massages a year and I would put this place in the top 5 of places I have gotten a massage. Very pleasant surprise. Lovely atmosphere as well beyond the locker room. The massage room was set in a great location and the other amenities at the spa were inviting. If I lived in the area I'd likely come back for the expensive massage. It was worth it.

This place is amazing! The location, many amenities, dynamic landscape, all the pampering goodies, etc. The spa services are plenty to pamper yourself with. Plan on being there for several hours! I totally enjoyed my message and facial treatments. As well as the eucalyptus inhale room, hot therapeutic whirlpool, swiss shower, and grotto waterfall. The staff was super amazing and awesome. I did not enjoy my time rooftop pool, locker area, or lounge waiting areas. There were too many loud individuals and with phones. It was not peaceful and relaxing at all. It was SPA'RTY time! I had to return to the quieter areas to feel at Zen. Visit the garden atrium area, you can talk at a normal level and enjoy the teas, coffees, fruits, and munchies.

My neck, my back, they made me feel good, so I'll be back! What an absolutely amazing experience and you best believe I'll be back. Had a great time with the family and you pay what you get for, a day like a Queen! I purchase a magnesium massage and a facial for my mom. I paid roughly around 450-500$ with taxes & gratuity which provided us access to all the amenities. We were there for about 4 hours, enjoying the jacuzzi, sauna, waterfall pools & our paid services. My massage therapist was great, he was an older Filipino man, I believe his name was Roy or roger (started with an R), and his customer service and skills were fantastic. My mother gets facials pretty frequently and this has to be the first facial she walks out where she was content and didn't feel like she was jipped. A must experience to treat yourself! Yes

My wife and I are here at the Well & Being Spa today and at the Fairmont Princess Hotel for the Labor Day weekend. We have stayed here many times before and have never had any issues. In fact, Fairmont is our "go-to" Resort chain. Unfortunately today it all changed! A gentleman working here at the Well & Being Spa pool area, named "Jamie" is less than enthusiastic to be working here today. You can see it on his face and hear it in his voice. The smallest request seem like we are asking him to "move mountains". He acts annoyed when we asked him for a beverage or even an umbrella so that my pregnant wife can not be in the sun. I would confront him directly today but having over 120+ employees myself, I can tell you for a fact that this gentleman has no business being here. Rude. Unprofessional. Unapologetic. And very unlike any Fairmont employee I have ever come across. The Fairmont brand is known for its Excellence in Service. There was none of that today. Very disappointed. If I could give a "Zero Star" rating, I would. I eventually stopped speaking with Jamie today. I couldn't handle him anymore and felt that it would be best to separate myself from him. If I could give anyone a "Five Star" today, it would be Alex at the Well & Being Spa pool area. He was the COMPLETE opposite of Jamie. Alex literally was exactly what my wife and I have come to expect from a Fairmont. Prompt, courteous and professional service. He treated us like we were his guest and more importantly we were humans. Thank you Alex!!! Also, our couple massages were fantastic as always! We never miss the opportunity to visit the spa when we are in town.

We loved the massages! My husband and I will definitely be coming back. In fact we tried to book another service but they were completely booked for the entire weekend. So my advice... book in advance or you might not get in!

This is hands down my favorite spa in all of Arizona (and yes, I've been to almost all of them!). I have received both massages and facials, and have never been disappointed. The best part of this spa are the amenities - my favorite steam room in all of the spas in Arizona, and you can't beat the relaxation at the private negative edge pool at the top of the spa! We come here for birthdays, mother/daughter days, and any time I need a self care day.

Had a great experience! Couples signature massage. You can select gender preferences if you want. We didn't. There are gender separate locker rooms. In the locker rooms is where the amenities are located: the steam room, sauna, cold plunge, Swedish shower, regular showers. For covid, 2 max per room. The shared space includes a waterfall hot tub. So unique and cool. For covid, 4 max per room. They have an upstairs pool with bar. We didn't utilize it this time but we usually use it and lay out. Not a lot of people. Didn't feel crowded. Locker room attendants were so nice. Always coming back!

This spa has many wonderful amenities, including a private rooftop pool, a sauna, and a jacuzzi, among others. Everything is kept very clean and the attendants are all very polite and helpful. As soon as I entered, I felt immediately relaxed. My masseuse David was absolutely fantastic, and I can say that this massage was the best I've ever had. Everything was perfect, from the temperature of the towels to the sound of the distant waterfall I could hear from the private patio in my room. I usually carry a ton of tension from being under a lot of stress and it was alllll released with this massage. I don't really have words to accurately describe how I feel right now. Please do yourself a favor and get a massage here from David!!!

It was my first time coming here in January 2024 and is now the best spa I've ever been to. My mom and I got the Sisley Phyto-Aromatic facial and the Sisley Harmonizing Salt Stone massage. Both of them were so amazing and relaxing. All of the products they used smelled really good too and felt great on our skin! Before our treatments we had lunch up at the rooftop pool. We had chips and guac, salad, and Asian chicken lettuce cups. All of it was great and the macarons in the Sisley spa were too! My mom and I thought they could have been sitting out for a while, but they were actually really fresh! We could tell they really pay attention to every single detail at this spa. It was very clean too and had a nice eucalyptus inhalation room, steam room, and sauna. There was also a plunge pool, jacuzzi, waterfall area, fitness room, and shopping area. I will have to try the aerial yoga class there next time! Every single staff member we interacted with was very kind and helpful as well and wanted to make sure we had a great experience there. It was a perfect spa day and we will definitely be back!

This was the best spa I have ever been to. I bought a day pass as a resort guest and spent all day here. I left feeling so relaxed. When I arrived I got a full tour which was helpful to orient myself in the large, multi-floor space. I started the day with a floating sound bath at 9am. It was great but realistically could have been twice as long (only about 30 minutes were spent in meditation with the sound bowls--it ended too soon). After that I spent hours going between the dry sauna, steam room, cold plunge, hot tub, swiss shower, inhalation room, and fireplace area. Since that area is gender-separated it was clothing optional which I highly prefer for things like sauna. The vibes were like a Roman or Greek bathhouse from the old days, with marble, high ceilings, rich wood, and a skylight. The co-ed grotto and rooftop pool were also lovely. I got the Mediterranean salad with black garlic tempeh which was so satisfying. It's been weeks but I am still dreaming of this place so I figure I should write a review! The staff was so great too, from the front desk to Ms. Sana Rosa who did a great job maintaining the locker room and towels for us.

Such a beautiful and spotless facility with caring, professional people as well. I was late booking so I could only get a 1/2 hour massage at 4 pm. Plenty of time before my 5:30 dinner reservation at La Hacienda! From the moment I entered the building I felt pampered and I got the building tour as well. One recommendation I do have is that, if you want a lounge at the rooftop pool, get there super early (lounges are first-come first-served). The price of a treatment includes all-day access to facilities. I used the hot tub and pretty much had the room to myself. My massage therapist, April, was an expert and delivered just the right amount of pressure during my treatment. I am already hoping to return to this spa paradise.
