We dropped in spontaneously and were immediately assigned a nice table. The atmosphere is very cozy and the service is very friendly, quick, and courteous. The food arrives very quickly, and the wine pairing is very good. It's incredibly delicious, perhaps the best we've eaten in Tbilisi!

I was specifically looking for a place to enjoy good hummus and carefully considered several options. TripAdvisor recommended this restaurant as the top spot for hummus in Tbilisi, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, this is not truly a “hummus place”, and the taste was far from what authentic hummus should be. The baba ghanoush also didn’t resemble the original dish in either texture or flavor. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for its ambiance, not the food. What I tasted was below average in flavor. The hummus was overly salty and lacked the right texture — it didn’t feel like hummus at all. I believe it would be more appropriate to rename these dishes as “vegetarian spreads” to avoid setting the wrong expectations. That being said, I have to say the restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. It’s a perfect place for a date, a romantic evening, or even daytime meetings. I really appreciated the cohesive interior design — everything was styled with taste. The olive green walls paired with orange seating created a luxurious and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. I truly enjoyed the space, just not the food. Service was also excellent — polite, attentive, and professional.

The atmosphere absolutely deserves top marks, excellent service all around. However, I was quite disappointed with the octopus dish. I ordered it specifically because of the appealing photo on the website, but the actual dish was much smaller and didn’t match the presentation at all. Paying 43 GEL for such a small portion feels unreasonable. I’d strongly suggest removing or updating the photo to better reflect reality, as it sets expectations that aren’t met.

I had the pleasure of dining at Weller on my very first day in Tbilisi, and I couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome. Mariam and Nuki were absolute sweethearts — their hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. They helped me choose a meal that was both delicious and comforting, and every recommendation was spot-on. The ambience at Weller is cozy, elegant, and inviting — a perfect place to relax and enjoy your time. Thank you, Mariam and Nuki, for making my first day in Tbilisi so memorable. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Amazing dining experience! Our waitress, Nuki, was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to guide us through the menu. The steak was the best we’ve had in Tbilisi—perfectly cooked and delicious—and the chicken was wonderfully juicy. The side dishes, especially the pepper carpaccio, were outstanding. Cocktails were so good, we had to order twice! The cozy ambiance, with real plants and inviting decor, made us feel right at home. Considering how much we ate and how reasonable the prices were, it was a win-win. Highly recommend!

A lovely atmosphere and great friendly service. The food was good and I enjoyed the harissa chicken. The hummus and pita appetizer was the highlight. The price was a little high for the amount of food though.

Unbelievable and unbearable long waiting time with a half empty restaurant. Was waiting for shakshuka for 30 min, and then 10 more for bread. The food was good, but the portion was a kitten plate and it had only one egg. Egg comes without bread and no one even offers it when I was ordering the meal. It’s simply a joke, never seen anything like this before. Went to have another breakfast after having breakfast 🫠🫠🫠 And the ventilation in the dining areas barely works after just 30 minutes inside, all your clothes smell like food.
