I was specifically looking for a place to enjoy good hummus and carefully considered several options. TripAdvisor recommended this restaurant as the top spot for hummus in Tbilisi, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, this is not truly a “hummus place”, and the taste was far from what authentic hummus should be. The baba ghanoush also didn’t resemble the original dish in either texture or flavor. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for its ambiance, not the food. What I tasted was below average in flavor. The hummus was overly salty and lacked the right texture — it didn’t feel like hummus at all. I believe it would be more appropriate to rename these dishes as “vegetarian spreads” to avoid setting the wrong expectations.
That being said, I have to say the restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. It’s a perfect place for a date, a romantic evening, or even daytime meetings. I really appreciated the cohesive interior design — everything was styled with taste. The olive green walls paired with orange seating created a luxurious and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. I truly enjoyed the space, just not the food.
Service was also excellent — polite, attentive, and professional.
