Kind, caring customer service. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchenette was extremely spacious and equipped with everything you would need including modern decor and appliances. A very comfortable stay. |Close to amenities. Would highly recommend.

I booked a room for two nights for an elderly friend in the recent ice storm. The main reason for picking this motel was that we were told breakfast was included. When checking in, we were told no breakfast offered. The TV was not working. The owner sent his son but he was no help. Fortunately, my elderly friend found one sports channel. My friend also reported the shower wasn't working. He reported it to the owner who mumbled something and didn't investigate. When my friend asked the cleaning lady the next morning, she said oh it hasn't been working for a while. My friend put a bottle of water and a sub in the fridge. Both were frozen solid the next day. There was no phone book in the room for my friend to order take out. He is elderly and doesn't have a cell phone. I would not recommend this motel. A bad experience for my elderly friend. Did I mention also the power went out the second night and only came on in the morning. Try finding your way around a strange room to get to the bathroom!

We booked and stayed in a room last minute due to poor winter weather/driving conditions. Our stay was very comfortable and easy. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and the room was clean and new. Breakfast was simple and a nice bonus to our experience. The inn is located just minutes to almost everything in Bracebridge. I would totally stay here again!

rooms were super clean, super cute, not very big but was perfect for what we needed for the night. definitely would recommend!!

Jay is very courteous and feel you like a family. Rooms.are very neat and well managed. I fully recommend this motel for a peaceful stay.

Showed up on a Friday night with my daughter, got into a room within a few minutes. The owner/front desk guy was very friendly and personable. The outside of the building doesn't do the inside justice. Nice big rooms, newly renovated bathrooms and great location! Definitely would stay again!

This room with kitchette, all newly renovated. They let you have pets, the managers were very nice. Lots of places to eat and get groceries close by. Beds are very nice. We will be back.

This is the exact type of motel we look for. So clean, so central to everything. Staff is awesome. We got room #2 with the kitchen amenity and we're blown away! Booked for the weekend unfortunately. :( So one night it is. Next year's plans will revolve and staying here a few nights. Tons of sights within an hrs drive of your new home away from home. :)
