They were subcontracted by the builder we used. Job was delayed as apparently, the scaffold was not erected to the spec outlined by the builder. I've been told there were checks that should have been done prior however the builder dealt with them directly to rectify it. This review is based on the delays and quality of work as experienced by our builder which ultimately affected us as the end client.

Pleasant sales person, competitive quote but communication with me thereafter was poor. The very pleasant installation team didn't arrive on the booked date which resulted in significant delays for other contractors. I had to initiate all communication with them and I would advise residential clients to take care when contracting with this company.

Well run company, punctual and good consistent communication through the duration of our project. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

Congratulations on a well run company. We have been engaged with many of your staff for the last 9 months, having your scaffolding erected around most of our house. Everyone, from sales and quoting, office, scaffolders on site, and inspectors have all been a total pleasure to deal with. Everyone has been very personable, professional, and responsive. Your scaffolding equipment is solid and well installed making us feel totally safe even up 5 stories. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Let down by zero communication. Our scaffold was installed 3 days late, not a single phone call from them, they just didnt turn up. The painter was annoyed as he lost 3 days work. Then it took 3 weeks to get it taken down after we were finished. I had booked this months before, no excuse for this level of service.

Thank you Wellington Scaffolding for finally rectifying the issue of leaving Scaffolding stays in my house. Even though i had to communicate my dismay several times and I heard nothing back from you for such a long time, you did fix the problem. You have restored my faith in you. Please know that there is nothing wrong with being busy and all you need to do is simply communicate with honesty about when you might be able to rectify a situation should it occur. No one is perfect.

Great team to deal with, especially the lad named Ryan. Excellent quality of the scaffolding too. Would use these guys again.

Not that I hated them as they r a very gd company.we had them come around to quote some scaffolding 3 days ago and they were meant to send a quote out to us the next day and still havent heard they seem only interested in the really big jobs which is a shame as word of mouth is the best advertising
