For the price, I was very surprised how unprofessional the servise was.
When we arrived, the receptionist announced our room number loud enough for the whole lobby to hear.
The room had a huge window with nice view of the river, but only had thin curtain that did nothing to stop the sun from shining directly into the bed in the morning. At 8:30am we were woken up by room service comming in to clean?! By the sound, we were not the only room they woke up. We had to put a DND card on the door next night, but since the sun woke us up anyway I heard them going around waking up other rooms again.
The breakfast bufet was ok, but held in an underground space with little staff that did clean up the dishes, but I didn’t see them wiping tables or setting up new cutlery for incomming guests - we always had to get cutlery from the bufet ourselves.
On booking.com the hotel advertises parking on premises, but doesn’t mention the capacity is quite limited. You can pay extra for a guaranteed parking spot or pay for parking on town parking lot infront of the premises if you’re not lucky.
