Located right next to the bus station. Offers amazing views of the mountains. Clean, has spa(extra) and swimming pool (included). Good choice for breakfast, dinner is also available for extra 19,5 CHF. Price is OK for what you get.

Important: Cable Car and buses are for free in summer when you stay in Saas-Fee! Expensive for a hostel but very modern rooms. Nice breakfast buffet! Good dinner options available. Beautiful view from the terrace, room and dining area as well as from the swimming pool. Service at the reception could be a bit faster.

We literally booked last minute as our original hotel left us stranded at the car park at night and a kind stranger we bumped into at the car park took us to her hotel to get out of the snow and to see if the staff get can help us which turned out to be Wellness 4000. The lady at reception was so helpful trying to contact our hotel for us and after faffing around for about an hr we still had no luck so decided to see if we can stay at Wellness 4000 and luckily they had a spare room. Initially we were told we would have to switch rooms the following day but again the kind lady at reception helped to switch things so we didn't have to do that. The rooms were basic but clean and functional with a great shower. Breakfast was really good and so was their dinner (you have to book for dinner). Saves you venturing out into the snow, and a 3 course meal was provided which was healthy and very reasonably priced. The spa area was fantastic! Its huge, modern, clean, loads of facilities, in a dark granite stone surroundings and with beautiful views of the snowy mountains. What a relaxing place and absolutely worth it staying just for that alone! First time experiencing the Aufguss in the sauna and loved it! 5 min to the car park and 5min walk to the closest ski lift so a great location. Thank you for rescuing us that night and putting us up :)

Nice little spot, nothing fancy with rooms, simple. Very big plus is spa ( naked). Location is central village, but for ski- quite a walk to télésiège 🚠. Tor’tally fine for 1-2 night, hostel but Swiss style ) people are very good there.

We had an amazing trip in this private hostel room. The moonlight was reflected countless times in the multiple layered window pane. It was a deep, multi-layered experience.|Even the sauna was very nice, save and relaxing for tripping. And the people were so tolerant and open.|Best recommendation!

Saas Fee, along with Zermatt, Gstaad and St Moritz is probably one of the most expensive locations in Europe, so what counts as value needs to be recalibrated for this premium Swiss resort context. So if you are expecting a $50 youth hostel you will be disappointed to pay $120 per night. The WellnessHostel4000 is cheap by Saas Fee and Zermatt standards, not by international hostel standards, and maybe not by normal Swiss village hotel standards. ||However... in summer all gondolas are free if you stay overnight, so what you pay more on the hostel you save on the Saas Fee gondola fees. Note that the 4 franc coffee and croissant offering in the hostel cafe will not be beat elsewhere, though, as well and the 19 franc dinner buffet is similarly cheaper than any restaurant in town. It is expensive but cheaper than all other alternatives!||However, Saas Fee is a stunning setting - a small village nestled under mighty mountains with towering peaks and glaciers around and excellent winter sports and summer hiking. And the hostel has prime real estate - the closest ho(s)tel to the bus station and the car parking house in the car free village.||The staff are excellent - really, really friendly, helpful and positive. There are free lockers for luggage storage. We stayed twice and on both occasions the staff were superb. The 4 bed room was fine, very clean. The room for the first stay had two bunk beds, the second one bunk bed and two singles for a slightly higher cost. You are supposed to take the linen off the bed yourself and deposit it in the wooden box, this takes a minute and was not a hassle. The wifi is reliable, the room comfortable, with each bed having a USB charging point.||The big benefit is the spa, which is up there with the best five star hotels, featuring two huge saunas with full size glass windows looking out over a forested gorge, a big steam room, chill out room, jacuzzi, which are all textile free, no kids allowed, but you are given a large cotton hammam towel to cover your modesty. There are ice showers, freezing fog sprays and gentle rain shower, and a full indoor swimming pool. All this only costs 13 francs per day to enter if you are staying - superb value and a great facility. The room key works for spa and pool access, locker use and the room. There is also a gym, which we did not use as the outdoor activities were strenuous enough.||Breakfast is simple, but included in the price, the buffet dinner more a value experience than a gourmet experience. Not luxury, but if you hike or ski all day, who cares?

This a review solely on the massage I received yesterday. I am a female who had a male named Fernando give me a back, neck & shoulder massage for 30mins. The massage was 55chf (which I considered a fair price for Switzerland) The room was small but clean & calming. The music wasn't distracting & the pre-massage consultation covered everything you'd expect (pre existing conditions/areas of pain/discomfort/knowledge that if you wanted to change the pressure or needed a break you were able to do so) I gave Fernando little to no information & he was able to locate my specific 'problem areas' without direction. His technique was professional & the pressure was perfect. I know some women may be apprehensive about having a male therapist but Fernando made me feel comfortable from the beginning & was respectful throughout. I couldn't recommend this experience enough & will be booking again for both my husband & I in near future.

A well-located and clean hostel. Stayed in both 4 and 6 bedroom rooms. The 4 bed had ensuite facilities, but the common bathroom was clean and nearby - not much of a problem to use. They have spa facilities but depending on the package, these are on included (and you pay extra for the whole stay and not for a single day). Very close to the Alpin express lift and a 1min walk for bus terminal, so excellent location.

Yelp
An excellent hotel disguised as a hostel, wellnessHostel 4000 was an absolute pleasure. The breakfast variety was extensive and delicious and included: four types of cereal, 2 or 3 types of cured meat, 2 or 3 types of yogurt, birchermuseli, cheese, bread, and hot drinks. The hostel has a fitness center and a pool on premise which guests can use for an additional fee. The hostel is located a 2 minute walk from the local bus terminal, making it a very easy place to stay. It is also located near a number of local skiing/ hiking trails. The rooms are simple but functional. Note that the town does not allow large cars but has remote parking for gas cars and a number of miniature local buses, which adds to the adorable small-town feel.
