Finding a good therapist has been quite the journey and I’m so glad I found Wellnest! They really took their time to match me with the right therapist and I love that the clinic is made up of mostly racialized women. I feel very seen and heard. I’ve been recommending them to all my friends.

I’ve been going here for more than two years I believe, and it has changed my life. I strongly recommend this clinic for anybody from any situation or identity to seek assistance as they will be paired with the therapist who best suits their needs. There are checks and balances with the entire team along the way, and outstanding leadership. Combined professional experience is unmatched by many other clinics in Canada. I specifically sought out therapists who could connect with my language, upbringing, and background, and the diversity of Wellnest is its greatest asset for its clients as it’s much easier to connect with a therapist who understands your multifaceted/multidimensional experience as a person of colour and other intersectional identities.

I took part in a 6 week Mindful Muslim therapy group with Wellnest and absolutely loved it! Zainib’s vision to make therapy accessible to all communities is refreshing and evident through their social media, workshops, diversity of therapists and e-newsletters. An impressive team of therapists; they are progressive, professional and culturally conscious. It was crucial for me to find a clinic whose staff was capable of understanding my unique needs as a racialized woman, and I'm so glad I found this place.

Very happy with the services provided by Wellnest. Professional, friendly, available and well organized. The booking system they use is easy and provides booking reminders by text and email, which is great for my busy schedule. Also works with my insurance provider (and assuming most insurance companies). Highly recommended.
