I adore Weltcafe, for its unique coffees if nothing else. Their Mexikanischer Kaffee is a must-try for coffee lovers, containing cinnamon, clove, and ginger (if I remember correctly), and it's only €2,90. Their Ethiopian coffee is also really tasty - it also has ginger, and cardamom I believe, and again only €2,90, which is a great price for any coffee in Vienna, but especially a really good coffee, and *especially* a specialty coffee.
The only food I've tried at Weltcafe were the freshly made chips, which are a bit of a cross between chips and pommes frites (more on the chip-side, though), and these are absolutely amazing. Really, _really_ good, y'all. The other food I've seen (and smelled), particularly the curry dishes, are motivation for me to continue visiting this establishment and try their food in the very near future (friends tell me it's quite good). This place is also very vegetarian- and vegan-friendly. Do give it a try, especially the coffee, but if you're meeting someone here, either make a reservation or arrive early to find a table; seating is sometimes a bit difficult because it's a pretty popular place!
