Wendy's

The breakfast burritos were amazing. First time to eat Wendy's breakfast. I was expecting a little piece of crap roll-up like you get at McDonald's. This thing was big, had a couple of eggs on it, potatoes, and sausage, sauce. It was really good. You can see in the pics that it was as big as my water bottle and as thick.

The kids wanted Wendy's, so went to our usual spot on Wolf. They have Chicken Strips now !!!

I came back and I was faced with Delia’s terrible attitude. This is the worst Wendy’s in the Bay Area. I haven’t given this Wendy’s chance after change and they continue to let me down. This Wendy’s is so bad I rather drive across town to Saratoga or Capital Expressway to dine here. Every time I drive up to take my order I always have to wait anywhere from 5-10 min. My big issue with this location is that I work late and they advertise that they close at midnight. They rarely stay open to midnight at this location, they lack integrity here. I have came often at 8pm or 9pm and they where closed. Every time I have ordered here the person taking the order never had enthusiasm and they sound tired and drained. I really hope Ai doesn’t take over their jobs because they seem to not really care about service here. Wendy’s is my favorite restaurant but this location is my very least favorite. They have bad service, long wait times and they always close early. You’ve been warned. It’s not with my hard earned money to waist it at this location. Apparently there was a corporate visit the last time I ordered and the employees were more worried about impressing the corporate visitors than giving service to the clients. Times have changed and they have the worst service I’ve ever encountered here.

Wow this really surprises me! The food took much longer than usual but the fries were hot the burger meat was fresh and the nuggets were warm there was nothing to complain about and probably one of the best burgers I’ve had in faster in a long time. The service was good and the dining room was clean there was a random homeless lady there I think but I know I don’t have much control over that. I would definitely eat here again.

I ordered for delivery just a couple of items, completely screwed up my order the baked potato was hard as a rock. The condiments are requested and paid for, I didn't receive nor did I get a fork to eat it with, no salt pepper napkins or straws for the two frosties I ordered, there was one spoon in the bag. They will not answer their phone, corporate is closed Eastern Time... I spent $40, on a burger with bacon, and there's no bacon, purchased a chicken sandwich a baked potato and two frosties. It wasn't even ketchup on the burger. Don't waste your money!!! I can guarantee I won't be paying for this, I can't eat it then I'm not paying for it!!!

I don't know what is going on with this place but you can only order through the drive up window. The dining room is closed. I ordered a kid's meal because I wanted the toy. The cheeseburger was cold.

Update (06/26/2022): Dining room is still closed so we ordered using the drive thru and because of the time of day there was a fairly long line. We ordered the 50 piece spicy nuggets ($12), Dave's triple combo, Baconator fries, a small chili, and the Strawberry Salad combo with the total being $52. The food was okay overall but they forgot one of the combo fries and the other fries were floppy. We didn't go back through the drive thru to get the fries so that isn't on Wendy's too much. The cashier was very fast, accurate, and spoke/understood English which helped make the visit a pleasant one. Food was decent overall. Fries were hot, my husband enjoyed his burger but not the spicy nuggets, and I thought the spicy nuggets were pretty good but my burger was really dry. Large combo with a triple burger, a large combo with a double burger and baconator fry substitution, and a 6 piece spicy chicken nuggets came out to just under $32.

Dine in closed at 3pm order taker wouldn't be quite so I could order my food. SINGLE WAS BURNT TASTED HORRIBLE. got t he combo only good thing wsd NOTHING!! do not choose this place location. Horrible.
