Helpful and friendly staff Volunteers were able to explain and provide information about our questions/enquiries. Reasonable entrance fee. The building itself was quite remarkable.the ground is huge and we cannot wait to come back again in spring. Cafe/restaurant served delicious light bites. Staff at the cafe were friendly and i appreciated a nice smile. It has a car park but it’s quite a distance. However, they have an accessible shuttle bus. Dogs allowed in the ground and cafe. Has disabled parking and toilet.

I visited the snow queen Christmas event that this place currently has on. It was my 1st time visiting and I loved the atmosphere of the place. The building is still in the middle of being renovated, after years of neglect, but you can still go round most of the building. The newly renovated part is looking really good, and it was nice to see the rooms being used again. The grounds are immaculately kept with lots of features in the grounds. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed a coffee in the library, it was so nice and comforting. Its definitely worth a visit.

My partner and I visited Wentworth for the first time and we honestly loved every single moment of it. They have a Snow Fairy Christmas event on at the moment so we decided to visit. Parking was really easy to get to, very professionally laid out with ample parking. Bit muddy on wet days but there's wooden boards to drive on so you don't get stuck in the grass and mud We paid £20 each to enter the house which I think is fair considering the funds help with the upkeep of the house Each room is decorated in a lovely style and each room is really felt magical. Plenty of space to walk around without bumping into other visitors There's a cafe and gift shop in the house with very reasonable prices. The cafe staff are very welcoming and friendly. The cafe is dog-friendly if needed. Toilets are available too. Overall I've really enjoyed coming here and highly recommend visiting if you are in the area

Wow what a stunning venue and grounds with spectacular views. We visited during the new steampunk event and I was blown away by the scale of the building. The accessible areas are beautiful and the history on show is super interesting. I can’t wait to go back as more and more is renovated and opened to the public. They offer tours and behind the scenes events you can prebook and have an onsite cafe with good menu choices available. The staff are friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the building and grounds. There’s a fantastic creative area in the gardens for children and rooms set up in the house for them also. A great day out.

Absolutely wonderful! After so many years of neglect, it’s been lovingly and carefully restored to its full splendour. Every detail has been brought back to life with such care and respect for its history. It’s truly heartwarming to see something so beautiful given a second chance — a perfect blend of preservation and passion. You can really feel the love and effort that went into every part of the restoration.

Spectacular on the outside however nothing really to see inside except some walls. Only a few rooms are open for visits and there is literally nothing in them, all furniture has been removed. Was expecting to see how people lived back then but all the rooms are empty. I went at the begging in of November and was not impressed by gardens either as they looked like everything was left behind in them. May be better in summer or when they hold events but on a regular day is not worth the money at all.

Beautiful country house. My kids loved the Christmas event and had a nice walk around the gardens. The cafe was nice, all the staff were really busy yet all happy to help.

We went to the steampunk weekend and was not disappointed. The stalls were brilliant and the displays were very good too, I especially enjoyed the Doctor Who part 🤩. The trail through the forest of bewilderment was brilliant with of engaging stuff for children.
