Werkhaus Margate

Oddly rude and snobbish staff. They are only selling Stan Ray. Big deal. It’s hardly RRL, LVC, Filson or Pendleton. I mentioned to some other local businesses that the attitude stank and they said they are well known for it. Such a typical pompous twit name for a store too. They probably think they invented workwear. Seen much better shops run by people half their age in Asia. Doesn’t cost a penny to say hello to your customers, especially when they say hello to you. I caught the man looking me up and down. No doubt realised that my boots & clothes were more rare and valuable than his entire stock.

Fabulous shopping experience. Great and interesting selection of second hand clothes including dungarees I never want to take off, gorgeous dresses WITH POCKETS! Cool overalls, T-shirts in colours impossible to choose between (I now have two!) and the owners are super friendly and make you (and your entourage!) feel welcome.

So stylish without being intimidating. Staff are super helpful and the utilitarian fashion selection in here is amazing
