This place just keeps getting better and better!|This was our third stay at West East Suites in Santorini, and this time we had the joy of sharing the experience with our daughter’s in-laws—on their very first visit to Greece and Santorini. Once again, West East Suites exceeded all expectations.|From the prompt and thoughtful email communication with the reservations desk (thank you, Fay!) to the warm welcome upon arrival, the staff treated us like family and instantly made us feel at home. Their attentiveness, even to the smallest details—always comes with a perfect balance of warmth and professionalism.|The rooms… oh my goodness! They are one of the main reasons we keep coming back: spotless, beautifully designed, and offering breathtaking views of the caldera. Every detail reflects the owners’ dedication to creating an unforgettable guest experience.|And the food! Breakfast is a highlight of each day, with plenty of fresh and delicious options. Yet I always return to a traditional Greek favorite—kagiana—scrambled eggs with tomatoes and basil, simple but elevated to perfection. Add to that the serenity of the atmosphere—peaceful, relaxing, and authentically Greek—and you realize why this place is so special. Fotis in the bar will make you the best cocktail in town and Ioanna will serve you with the best smile. How could anyone go wrong with a chef recognized for six years in a row at Fly Away, the west-east restaurant? |This year we expanded our activities: in addition to visiting the museum in Oia, we toured a winery (Santorini’s wines are truly unique, grown without irrigation and nourished only by the island’s humidity) and, for the first time, took a catamaran trip around the caldera. Swimming in its deep blue waters (over 1,200 feet!) and watching the Santorini sunset from the sea was unforgettable. Best of all, the staff at West East Suites arranged everything seamlessly, making it a completely stress-free experience.|Guess what—our next trip is already in the works! We can’t wait to return in June or September for yet another stay at our favorite place in Santorini.

Our whole family chose this location for the views so my son can propose to his future wife at Fiora . Upon checking in, we were greeted by Faye and Lena. These two wonderful people or phenomenal and checking in our group of 11 people in a very timely fashion, explaining how to get around and offering us a delicious local drink right at the entrance . They allowed us to check in a little earlier than expected .They quickly organized our bags and had them delivered to our room. We then changed and went to the pool area where once again we were greeted by an amazing staff, Joanna Vasius , Fotis, Harry, Stratis . They instantaneously served us refreshments and propped up umbrellas to make it comfortable.||My wife worked with Faye, who was once again extremely helpful and helping her find fresh flowers to be given at the proposal and assisted her with the planning of my son‘s proposal.|Absolutely amazing people who were willing to go the extra step to exceed our every expectation|The views were absolutely remarkable some of the best I’ve ever seen in my life. I will definitely come back to this location and into this hotel and would highly recommend to anyone seeking exceptional service.

Unbelievably luxurious hotel! Outstanding service received our entire visit. Spectacular view! Great place to relax and rejuvenate. Front desk receptionists made great recommendations for boat tour and wine tastings. The bar and restaurant staff were passionate about their service and products. The food was outstanding with beautiful presentation. Perfect vacation!

The pool was far smaller than we’d imagined, making it unappealing for relaxation. It turns into a dining venue in the evenings, so you can’t use it in the late afternoon. A road right below ruins the view, dispelling any notion of the infinity pool showcased in their photos. It’s no wonder hardly anyone hangs out there. We chose to visit another hotel for a superior pool and Caldera view, which really sums up our experience in this hotel||The hotel’s pictures imply great views from most rooms, but in reality, few deliver such a view, and it’s hard to tell until you arrive. At check-in, we were asked for the card used to book. Since I didn’t have it, they said they’d cancel our reservation and demanded a new payment, which seemed shady. I’ve traveled quite a lot, and no hotel has ever required this. The manager was abrupt and insistent, making the situation even worse.||The staff’s dismissive and arrogant attitude only added to our frustration. On the upside, breakfast was really good, with up to standard service and the option to have it brought to our room, which was quite convenient. The parking lot was also spacious. Beyond these advantages though the hotel didn’t live up to the quality we expected.

The pool was much smaller than anticipated, making it difficult to enjoy. In the evenings, it transforms into a dining area, so relaxing by the pool in the late afternoon isn’t an option. The view is obstructed by a road directly below, which undermines the infinity pool vibe promoted in their photos. It’s no surprise that few guests linger there. We ended up visiting another hotel for a better pool and Caldera view, which speaks volumes. Most rooms lack the stunning views suggested by the hotel’s images, which is hard to discern from their website. Upon arrival, we were asked to present the credit card used for booking. Since I didn’t have it, they insisted on canceling the reservation and demanded a new payment, which felt highly questionable. I’ve stayed at hotels worldwide, and this was a first—never have I been asked to cancel and repay. The manager was unyielding and discourteous, adding to our unease. The staff’s arrogance and lack of assistance further soured our stay. However, the breakfast was satisfactory, with attentive restaurant staff and the convenience of in-room dining. The ample parking was also a plus. Overall, aside from breakfast and parking, the experience fell short of expectations.

Best location in Santorini. Close walk to Imerovigli and a manageable hike to Oia. The view from our room was fantastic but also offered privacy unlike many accommodations on the caldera. Staff was great with recommendations for places to eat.

This is simply a first class hotel with fabulous accommodation and views of the Caldera to die for. Everything is perfect, the staff are brilliant and the breakfast which you can either have in your room or in the restaurant area is just the best. It is such a shame that the island has been so effected by the way the British press have totally misrepresented the impact of the tremors, Santorini is a gem of an island and is an absolute must

This was a great hotel away from the busy ends of the island. Rooms had hot tubs outside which was amazing. The breakfast is unmatched. And the staff of truly amazing. Our family loved our stay here.
