West End Hotel | A Heritage Boutique | Marine Lines | Mumbai

Restaurant Staff are Polite and Customer Friendly. Yes. I on regular basis visit Gourmet Restaurant of West End Hotel, Mumbai for having either breakfast or lunch or dinner. This time we 06 colleagues visited this restaurant for having lunch. Out of we 06, two had vegetarian food and four had non-vegetarian food. I am all time strict vegetarian. We ordered mutton and fish among non-vegetarian cuisines and palak-aaloo dish and daal tadka in vegetarian cuisines. Tandoori rotis were superb in taste, as usual. I love tandoori rotis here. Crispy rotis prepared with whole wheat flour only. All items were good in taste. All items were prepared fresh and served in hygienic condition. Service was awesome. Staff are guests friendly and professional. We loved our food!

Totally recommended ! Pros 1. Location of property is nearby all the major attractions , some are even walkable 2. Many restaurants nearby , we can dine - in or either order via swiggy/ Zomato . 3. The staff is very polite and hospitable . 4. Room tariff is decent for the facilities provided. 5. Breakfast is limited by good in taste . 6. Rooms are clean and some are big too. Cons 1. Basic equipment like hair dryer , kettle etc are not provided 2. Bf is same almost all the days , if we stay longer we will get bored .

No view don’t expect but Great location can travel entire south goa from here where u can see total Bombay heritage and history Rooms are okay facilities are not modern but fine Go for it it u get discounts or else try other valuable hotels Facilitates are moderate and hotel is vintage

The rooms were tidy and nicely furnished, just the right mixture of modern comfort. The A/C was not working so we called for repairing after repairing ac the room was nicely chilled. Housekeeping was great, providing excellent cleaning. Can't complain about location, either. very good access to public transport, Bombay hospital, Khao Gali Not the end of the world, but certainly no five-star performance. In the end a pleasurable experience, nonetheless.

Situated opposite to bombay hospital, easily accessible. Rooms are good and service is also good. Provides delicious food with courteous service. Staffs are well mannered and helpful. I spent two days here and faced no issues. It also have bar to spend quality time with friends and family. One of the best hotel in marine lines. The only problem with service was basic amenities like combs ,body wash etc. are not provided.

Nice room located at the main junction, next to Bombay hopefully. Food is good at the restaurant less than a kilometre from Church gate railway station.

Very pleasant stay. The hotel is very near to many south Mumbai tourist spots. Rooms were clean and they even allowed us to check out late. Would highly recommend for couples or family stay in south Mumbai.

This is an old building. The room was ok. There were mosquitos in the room and bathroom. The food is overrated and not that much satisfying. The buffet breakfast was good. The service men over there are literally nagging for money, they want tips for each and every service they provide.
