West Garden Spa

Very relaxing and a great place! My massage was great and look forward to going back!

On June 21st 2021 I emailed west garden spa. To asked specific questions about their services, like what are prices and hours rates for the different styles of massage services offered to clients they respond back saying they would respond back to me as soon as possible but they never email or call me back I have never been to this spa before so I couldn't rate them on their massage therapist on how their perform their skills. I can only say there seem to be terrible lack of communication from this spa!.

Man Oh man I have to Say my experience with Sarah was freaking amazing! She was funny very humble, nerchering and playful. she new exactly what I needed and how I needed it. I felt Speacial in Sarah's care! I'll definitely be there regularly. A great massage therapist is hard to come by when your just walking in to places. How ever this one was right on time. Thank you

Do your research it’s a scam do not go to this spot. They got the worst customer service.

My husband and I just had a couples massage given by Michelle and Mimi and we loved it. They were sweet, professional, and did a wonderful job working on our problem areas. We were pleasantly greeted and the facility is clean and relaxing. I frequently get massages and this is one of the best that I've had. Highly recommend!!

Best spa in New York City. I regularly visit when I am in town. Great service, very clean and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. Ask for Lilly or Lucy both incredible and can fix anything. I had a bad shoulder and after visiting with Lilly numerous times I was able to workout again and have no pain. Great people!!

Had the worst experience ever!! Therapist wasn't friendly at all. Barley talked English. And guess what, after turning over half way through my massage session, I found out the room door was open!!!!!! I can't imagine I had most of my massage session door open and no privacy whatsoever. In addition to laundry room was next my massage room and drier was on al the time. So un-relaxing. However, I complained to the front desk lady and gave me a 50% discount on my session.

Great place for a happy ending, following a deep tissue massage. Nothing else on offer sadly but whatever they do, they are good at!

I was touched inappropriately and when I left mid massage to inform the manager Julie, she just laughed at my face.

I have been going to this spa for over a year. I am a weekly customer. Jasmine is amazing. She knew exactly were my stress points were, in addition to that , at the end of my massage, she then stretched my body. She actually cared about my well being. I only see Jasmine . I am sure there are other competent technicians. Jasmin is my go too. In addition to that, Julie at reception is so friendly, and always remembers my preferences. When ever I go there I am so comfortable, from the moment I enter, until the moment I leave. I work and live in NYC, this is the best way to relieve the stress of the city.

Has to be one of the best mens spas i've been too. They have a really cool fish tank in the lobby with jellyfish. The place is spotless clean with a nice steam room and saunas that you can use as long as you wish. There is a flat fee (dont remember how much) to get in and it includes an hour long full body massage when you are ready for it. I have been here a few times and have never felt rushed out of the steam room or sauna for the massage or to leave the place. For sure hit it up!

This is a very good place to get a quick recharged. Knowing that Manhattan is such an stressful city. West garden is he place to go to.

Fantastic Service from Lucy Linda and Rosa. The establishment seemed to be very clean but it looked to me like it is slowly starting to age. The wallpaper was peeling off The walls. The varnish on the lockers seem to be wearing away and gives it a dingy look. I hadn't been there in a while but it seems it's lacking upkeep. But the personal service was fantastic.

I have had upwards of a hundred massages all over the world. The one Tammy gave me here certainly ranks one of the top three. I am very, very impressed. Will definitely go back the next time I am in NYC. I don't know what the other person is talking about when he said this place is racist. I am Chinese, they appears to be Korean. I have seen Caucasian, Jewish and Hispanic in the changing room. It appears we were all treated well.

Buyer beware. While the massage itself was good, I was touched inappropriately. I didn't ask for that, and I wasn't asked if I wanted that. The result is that I left feeling pretty awful.
