We just returned from a visit to Glacier National Park and stayed in one of the cabins in West Glacier/RV park for three nights. Our cabin experience was excellent. The cabins are modern and clean. There are balconies with chairs for relaxing. The camp store even offered delicious Montana brewed coffee all day. The access to West Glacier and town can not be beat. I would look no further than these sweet little cabins for your visit to Glacier.

What a gem. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff very kind and helpful. Our cabin was spacious and had more than we needed. All I can say is, WOW. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

Property was cute and quaint, right outside of Glacier National Park. Pictures were deceiving as there was no view of lake from cabins. In addition, there’s a train track VERY nearby and makes peace impossible from the sound of the train all day and night. Finally, there’s a $250 non negotiable damage deposit for the cabins that was not stated in Expedia at all and once you arrive, the cost of your stay is nonrefundable so if you do not have the money for the deposit, you’ll lose the money for your stay as well. We just want other families to be aware. This cost is in case you damage anything, of course, but would have liked to know these details before reserving.

We stayed in Apgar Village in a cabin and found the area terrific. Easy access to Going to the Sun Rd, and a quaint small street with shops a restaurant and a few ice cream places. Located on lake McDonald we took a motorboat out and saw Eagles nesting along the shore not far away. Our favorite hike was Trail of Cedars up to Avalanche lake. We did not see thwm but 2 bears were seen before we got there.

We loved the stay right near the entrance to the park. Note that the office does have limited hours so notify them if you will arrive late. The cabins appeared to be relatively new and were well stocked with 4 of everything for cooking. The front room had a full-sized bed and the back room had bunks. There was also a couch and a small dining table. The bathroom was very clean and nice. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our cabin. So cute! The area is convenient. It had AC, which was nice as we were there in an unexpected heat wave. The cabin is new and well equipped. The online survey to get housekeeping needs when you want them was nice as well!

Within walking distance of the West Glacier RV campground, this small but terrific village contains a wonderful cafe, gift shop, grocery, great pizza, ice cream, and coffee. Most prices are as reasonable as can be expected and some better! We thoroughly enjoyed dining in their clean outdoor area with our pets. Watch out for the yellow jackets - they're no fun!

We stayed in the motel here. The room was basic but not comfortable. There was no bar fridge, toaster or kettle which are staples of all basic lodging. Our sheets had stains on them. We asked for them to be replaced the next day and came back to just a fresh top sheet placed on an unmade bed. This is basic lodging in a good location but could definitely be improved. These sentiments were shared by some staff, acknowledging that the motel was not at the same standard as other lodging provided. Wifi did not work which was frustrating as we had no service either in the park. Shower was temperamental. Staff at the RV park we’re helpful with storing our luggage after check our.
