West Hotel Sydney, Curio Collection by Hilton

Very nicely presented, contemporary hotel in a convenient location close to Wynyard Station. Service was lovely, very friendly and approachable. Room was a generous size, very clean and the option to rent Dyson hair products was a nice touch! Breakfast covered a good amount of offerings without being too over the top (the chia pudding was delicious). We opted for a few share plate for dinner in the onsite restaurant, all of which were delicious, particularly the cured salmon, massaman curry croquettes and chilli caramel chicken with papaya. Minor noise from local Saturday night traffic but being on a higher floor, wasn’t an issue for us. Special thanks to Jialin who checked us out and sent a kind message afterwards. Would definitely stay again.

For a weekend in the city this was a great value stay with a deal that included breakfast and 25% off food and beverage plus early check in and late check out if available. On checking in we got offered an up grade for $20 which was available for early check in which we took. Staff were very professional and welcoming. Room was very comfortable and clean. Dinner in the restaurant had limited menu but good service and opened at 5 which was good for going to the opera. Breakfast was usual affair, could have had better coffee and water for tea hotter. Hotel is more boutique style in a location halfway between Town Hall and Wynyard and close to Maritime museum at Darling Harbour. It is a bit hilly walking back to Wynyard where we used light rail to Circular Quay.

My husband and I stayed at the West Hotel over the weekend to celebrate his birthday, and we had the most wonderful experience. Check-in was easy, the room was beautifully presented and spotless, the staff were really warm and welcoming, and the buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious. This was our second stay, and it certainly won’t be our last. Thank you, West Hotel, for another memorable visit! 🩷

I had a five-night stay here and it was a very pleasant base in the city centre. Arriving early evening there was no queue at all to check in and it was completed in moments. My room was on the fourth floor and at the end of the corridor. Views from the large windows weren’t overly spectacular but it was possible to see the Saturday evening fireworks at the Quay which was great. The decor was modern with a good amount of storage space and various lighting options. Everywhere was clean and the large bed comfortable. There was a good amount of storage space in the bathroom and the walk in shower was spacious and had great toiletry dispensers. ||I couldn’t get the coffee machine to work but there was a separate kettle and the air-conditioning was very noisy, but fortunately effective. There’s both electric sockets and USB-A sockets next to the bed although one of the ports was broken. Otherwise sleep quality was great and housekeeping always did a great job.||I found the location really good - a short walk to key areas and surrounded by bars and restaurants. Plenty of transport options are also nearby. I'd certainly stay again and even for an extended length stay it remained cosy and comfortable.

Amazing hotel! I booked this hotel based on the reviews and they are so accurate. The bed is like a cloud, excellent shower and bathroom, kettle and mini fridge (re stocked every day and all items are free!). New towels each day and bed made. Great location to walk down to the mall or a longer stroll to the bridge / opera house. Would highly recommend this hotel and I’m so glad I stayed here. Will stay here again! Only small negative of no view out the window in this room- just looking at buildings but that’s okay!

I had a wonderful stay at West Hotel Sydney, Curio Collection by Hilton. The front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful throughout my stay. I had a rather tricky issue with a parcel, and they went above and beyond to help me sort it out efficiently. I’m truly grateful for their assistance and professionalism. The room was also very clean and well-maintained — a comfortable and quiet space to relax after a long day. Thank you for the excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great location, very clean, easy walk to prime areas and public transit ||I made reservations months in advance, online-chatted with staff several times and always had prompt, thorough responses - even when I had errored on the reservation dates. ||Our room safe would not operate and they quickly offered to replace the battery. ||the doors between our connecting rooms were key-locked and had to be specifically requested. ||I also appreciate the staff's helpfulness and friendliness in person - especially|Front desk-Minseong, natsumi, sherry, Joshua, patryk |Breakfast- Steffen and team

Exceptional service across the board. The staff were attentive and very professional. Check in was a breeze and the bar was top notch for an evening beverage. Upon checkout, the morning staff were very helpful in calling a cab to the airport. Location is great for walking proximity to the circular quay area and opera house. Will stay again.
