Would give no stars if yelp allowed it. This has been our regular spring break hotel spot for the last 4 years. Never coming back again.
Checked in and the room had a flimsy dirty showerhead with gunk on it, dirty vents, broken outlet, non-working tv, broken deadbolt.. that's just the beginning! We were on the 3rd floor where all the rooms had dirty trash outside their doors (diapers and food) and there was a empty 13 gallon trashbag stinking up the ice machine. They moved us to a different room the next day, same thing, dirty trash out in the halls, they put us in a ADA compliant room (why?? 1 adult and 2 kids), this one had a bathroom sink that didn't drain, a shower with no water pressure (the pressure at the outdoor shower by the pool had better pressure), oh and I had to make the beds for us because, guess what?! they didn't bother with fitted sheets so when my kids moved around, all the sheets came out! Also, I believe pre-pandemic, they started charging $100 on your card for "incidentals" plus a "amenities fee". Well,owner of West Inn and Suites, if you're going to charge an "amenities fee" you should have your pool heated like it says it is on your website. False advertising, really bad breakfast, poor service (Mon a.m. manager was beyond rude) and neglect all over the property, even the restrooms by check in were disgusting and outdated. Posting this on trip advisor, expedia, travelocity and hotels.com for all the non-yelpers. I wish I could get a damn refund for our stay. What a horrible vacation.
